I work from home as a graphic designer, which gives me incredible flexibility throughout the day. The only fixed commitment I have is my English class every Tuesday at 13:00. Other than that, my schedule is completely open, and I can easily adapt my visiting times to match your cat's usual feeding, medication, or playtime routine. Since I'm based in Amsterdam, I can easily visit your home once or twice a day, even on weekends and holidays.

I exclusively offer home visits (1 or 2 times a day). To protect the territory and peace of mind of my own cats, I do not bring other pets into my home, nor do I offer overnight stays. My focus is entirely on keeping your cat safe, happy, and comfortable in their own familiar environment. I am extremely strict about hygiene and safety. During my visits, I will scoop the litter box (up to twice a day if needed), clean and refill their water bowls, and wash their food dishes. On warm Dutch days, I pay extra attention to keeping their water fresh and cool to encourage hydration. If your cat is used to leash walks and you'd like me to take them out, I'm happy to do so. Otherwise, I will make sure all windows and doors are securely closed before I leave. You’ll also get daily updates with photos and videos after every visit so you can see exactly how they are doing.

I’ve been living with and caring for cats for over a decade. My journey started back in 2012 when I adopted my first kitten, Suzy, with my mom. Growing up with her taught me everything about cat body language, respect, and patience. Currently, my partner and I have two rescued cats: Luna (adopted in 2020) and Zuko (adopted in 2021). Zuko came to us incredibly young because his mother was adopted before he finished nursing, which caused him to have severe stomach and bowel issues. Through this, I learned a lot about specialized veterinary diets, gut health, and how to administer oral medications without stressing the cat. I also have practical experience with post-surgery care. When Luna was spayed, she had some trouble with her stitches and wounds, so I had to closely monitor, clean, and manage her recovery (which is usually trickier with females). I’m completely comfortable with wound care, keeping cats calm after surgery, and giving pills or liquid medicine if your cat has a treatment ongoing.

Gustavo is an exceptional caregiver who truly understands cats. He is absolutely amazing with pets. When we adopted our first cat, Luna, I was actually quite nervous around cats since I was only used to dogs.
