I honestly don’t think I could recommend Nicola highly enough. We were in a bit of a difficult situation and needed someone to help with Mikkel at very short notice. Nicola was so kind and willing to help, even though it was last minute. From the very beginning, she made everything feel so much easier and gave us the feeling that Mikkel was in very good hands. She is such a genuinely lovely and caring person. She is reliable, responsible, clear in her communication and always keeps her appointments. But what I appreciate most is that she doesn’t just see it as “walking a dog”. She really takes the time to understand Mikkel, asks questions, pays attention to what he needs and clearly cares about how he is doing. You can tell that she puts thought into everything. She is attentive, asks if she is unsure about something, communicates easily and is always very clear about what is happening. That might sound like a small thing, but when you are trusting someone with your dog, it makes such a big difference. It gives you real peace of mind. And Mikkel absolutely adores her! 🥰 He is so happy to see her, and that honestly means more to me than anything. You can immediately see that he feels comfortable and safe with her. It’s so lovely to know that he isn’t just going out for a walk, but is spending that time with someone who genuinely enjoys being with him and treats him with so much love and attention. Nicola is also just such an easy person to talk to. She is warm, open, understanding and very approachable. Nothing feels difficult or awkward to ask, and communication with her has always been really easy and pleasant. She has been incredibly helpful and understanding, especially considering how suddenly we needed help. I am genuinely so grateful that we came across her. What started as needing someone to help us out at the last minute turned into finding someone I would feel completely comfortable trusting with Mikkel again and again. I would honestly give Nicola more than five stars if I could. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ It is rare to find someone who is not only reliable and responsible, but also so kind, caring and genuinely loving towards your dog. Thank you so much, Nicola, for helping us when we really needed it, and for taking such good care of our sweet Mikkel. We feel very lucky to have found you, and I know Mikkel does too. ❤️

Nicola was amazing with Fiadh and really made sure she was well looked after while I was away giving me peace of mind . Would 100% recommend and I will be rebooking in the future next time I am away .
