Jakk also went the extra mile and took our dog to the groomer so I didn’t have to reschedule his appointment. She sent regular photos and videos and was very reachable, flexible, and responsive. At first I was anxious to leave our floofs with someone new to us, but it took about 30 seconds to realize Jakk loves animals and they love her back. About: I have worked at a cat boarding facility for the better part of five years.
