About: I have a lot of patience for animals and I love entertaining them, whether that’s playing with them or going on a long walk. For the younger ones, or ones that just have more energy, I would love to run them and keep them in shape. I am super flexible this summer, aside from a few weeks of travel, so whatever works for you works for me. My main priority is going to the gym, but other than that I’m all yours! About: Have raised two labs, so can handle all age spans. Recently have done senior care for my own dog, who passed at the age of 16.5. I am passionate and have a basic understanding in animal nutrition. I believe that the love and care your pour into in animal is what you get back in return. I have dog sat for several friends and family members over the years and am comfortable with all of the things that come with it. The two dogs I typically dogsit for are both large dogs that are scaredy cats and can only walk certain routes (they aren’t brothers, just an incredible coincidence lol.) I’m very comfortable advocating for your pups if they need space/can’t be around people and will remove them from stressful situations. I’ll give them plenty of attention and love if that’s what they want, but if they just want someone nearby I’ll give them their space. Pretty much every dog in my life has been a diva so I understand the fine lines they have sometimes!
About: Hi. My name is Caitlyn and I recently moved to Newburyport. I’m originally from Salem, Mass. I’ve lived on the Northshore all of my life. I adore all the beautiful dogs and cats around here and would love to help if anyone needs a walker/sitter. I have loved animals my entire life and since I was a child, I’ve had a couple of different dogs over the years and was always the primary caregiver to them. Currently, i have just one, my mini dachshund, Ms. Vada. I recently lost my beautiful 18 year old cat Tinkerbell who I have had since she was 6 months old. I miss her so much. I live in a complex type community and have a perfect little route I walk my dog within the property, however, she generally pulls the leash towards the beach and sometimes we go off our path and I follow her lead. (She’s spoiled!) I love going to the dog park, to the beach, or random trails on the Northshore where she can have a bit more freedom and run “free.” My dog is friendly and generally gets along with all other dogs. She’s a little love bug.
About: I am a very flexible and understanding person. I have spent most of my life with animals. I own cats, a bunny, and a horse. I love and care for my pets, so I can assure you that I will love and care for your pet as well. I have 7 cats at home, a bunny, and I own a horse. I spend the majority of the time with animals. I play with them all the time and care for them. I make sure to feed my animals in the morning when I wake up and in the evening. I know how to give medication if needed, or any other essentials your pet needs.
