About: I have been doing drop in visits and walking for over a year now and I would love to do it more often. I’ve loved meeting different dogs and getting to know them and their personalities. I have always had pets in my life. I currently have four dogs and three cats. Because of them I have experience with grooming both dogs and cats, dog walking, feeding medications, cleaning litter boxes, handling large or reactive dogs, training, and more. I am available Monday through Friday and would love to have more jobs early in the morning or in the afternoon. I have a flexible schedule and would love the opportunity to look after your dog or cat! My dogs have a fenced in yard and free roam of the house. They are walked regularly and love to go to the beach and hike. My cats also love to go outside, but only if they are leashed and can be supervised. They have beds and litter boxes throughout the house, a water fountain, and can eat whenever they are hungry.

Charles was amazing! Bandit loved him. I came in late at night before heading out the next day for a family emergency and Charles made the effort to stop in and meet Bandit while I was there. I would highly recommend and use him again.

Laura was amazing and my dog adore her! It was clear that she knows a lot about dogs, and truly enjoys being with them. She got my stubborn GSD to go for a walk and play ball after just one meet, which is no easy feat.

About: With a lifetime of experience caring for animals of all kinds — from energetic large dogs to gentle senior cats — I bring patience, skill, and genuine love to every pet I meet. I understand that every pet has specific needs, and I am flexible to updating my setup to meet those needs as best I can. I currently have a dog and a Russian tortoise, and have had pets ranging from 150lb Newfies to 5lb kittens, so I understand how different individual pets can be in their needs for safety and comfort, and I always strive to meet them where they're at. I’m experienced at administering a wide range of medications, providing special care for older or anxious pets, and reinforcing basic training routines. My background even includes caring for small animals like rodents and reptiles, so no creature is too big or too small to feel at home with me. I am available to care for pets during weekday business hours, Monday-Friday from 9-5. I can provide occasional weekend care in my home, but only for animals that are comfortable around small humans. Whether caring for pets in my home or yours, I focus on creating a calm, safe, and loving environment. I follow each pet’s routine closely — from feeding and walks to playtime and cuddles — to help them feel secure and comfortable. I’m attentive to every detail, keeping things safe, consistent, and stress-free, so your pets can relax and you can have peace of mind while you’re away.

About: Hi Pet Parents! 🐾 I may be new to Rover, but I bring over 6 of professional pet care experience from Wag, where I built long term relationships with pups (and their humans!) through a ton of walks, drop-ins and sittings! What sets me apart? - Consistency & reliability: I treat your pets and your home with the same care I’d want for my own. - Experience with all kinds of dogs: from shy rescues to energetic puppies to senior pups or disabled dogs who need gentler attention and care - Communication: I keep you in the loop with updates, photos and videos so you can relax knowing your best friend is happy and safe. I know how much trust it takes to leave your pets with someone and I don’t take that lightly. Whether it’s a quick walk, an overnight stay or daily drop ins, I’m here to make sure your pets feel loved and cared for while you’re away. Can’t wait to meet you and your fur babies! 🐶🐾 Pet care isn’t something I squeeze into my day. it is my day. I’m currently doing this full time, which means my schedule is completely centered around dogs. Whether it’s morning walks, midday check-ins or overnight stays, I build my days around making sure each pet feels cared for, exercised and loved. Because this is my full time focus, I have the flexibility to adapt to your pet’s specific routine and needs, so they get consistency and attention just like they would if you were home. When I care for pets in their own home, I focus on keeping their routine as normal and comfortable as possible. - Walks & exercise: I match your dog’s pace and energy level whether that’s a quick potty break, a long walk playtime. - Drop-ins: I handle feeding, fresh water, litter or potty breaks and always make time for playtime and affection so your pet feels loved, not just “checked on.” - Sitting: I provide companionship, stick to your pet’s daily schedule and make sure your home is respected and cared for while you’re away. I completely understand how much trust it takes to let someone into your home. For extra peace of mind, I always encourage pet parents to use cameras if they’d like because that way you can see your pets happy and comfortable while you’re away. I also send regular updates, photos and videos so you can relax knowing your best friend is in loving hands.

About: I have always loved dogs and eventually the begging worked when we got our first family dog when I was 7. Along with our own family dogs, I have taken care of many different dogs in my life, from Maltese to Great Dane, from 9 weeks old to 15 years old. I have dog-sat neighbor's dogs for weeks at a time, taken care of service dogs, and began fostering in 2020. I care for and love all dogs like they are my own and am learning more and more about training as I foster service dogs in training while at school! I am currently in school taking four classes so the majority of my time is free. I am available for walks/care about every day of the week except for 12:30-4 on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The way I care for a pet varies between clients as sometimes I am asked to do simple training, while other times I'm told the dog is totally fine hanging out they just need someone to be home. I always follow the owners instructions/recommendations to ensure the best experience for all involved! I also do not typically feel comfortable letting dogs off leash outside unless the area is fenced in, I prefer to be on the safe side. Your dog will be in the best hands :)

About: I’m a registered nurse with over 30 years of experience caring for animals, including dogs, cats, and even horses. What sets me apart is my calm, attentive approach and my ability to handle pets of all ages and needs — from playful puppies to senior pets requiring medications or extra support. I’ve also volunteered at local animal shelters for years, gaining hands-on experience with a wide variety of breeds, personalities, and behavioral needs. I’m comfortable administering medications, following specialized care routines, and creating a safe, loving environment for every pet. Whether your pet needs energetic playtime, gentle companionship, or specialized care, I bring a blend of professional skill, real-world experience, and deep love for animals to every visit. Pet care is a natural and fulfilling part of my daily life. I structure my schedule around the animals I care for, making sure they get the attention, exercise, and companionship they need. As a registered nurse, I’m organized, calm, and attentive — and those qualities extend directly into how I care for pets. Whether it’s morning walks, feeding routines, playtime, or administering medications, I’m consistent and reliable. I also spend plenty of time outdoors, so incorporating dogs into my active lifestyle is easy and enjoyable. Caring for animals isn’t a side task for me — it’s something I genuinely love and prioritize every day. When caring for pets, my top priorities are safety, trust, and maintaining their familiar routine. With over 30 years of experience — and a background as a registered nurse — I bring a calm, reliable, and detail-oriented approach to every visit. I follow your care instructions exactly and always take time to understand your pet’s habits, health needs, and personality. Whether your dog needs medication, your cat is shy, or your senior pet needs a little extra support, I provide attentive and loving care tailored to their unique needs. Your pet stays in the comfort of their own environment, and I do everything I can to make their time without you as stress-free as possible. I’m respectful of your home, tidy, and always communicative — so you can enjoy peace of mind knowing your pet (and your space) is in good hands.

About: Apart from raising an all-white bearded collie from infancy to her departure, I have welcomed countless dogs of friends into my home and walked an equal number over the years. I rencently formalized my experience and love of the four-legged friends into a welcoming business where I can provide your dog with the best 'leash' on life with pampered care. As a communications consultant for non-profit cultural institutions, at this stage in my career, I only take two at a time, and they take a back seat to my four-pawed client. My work is flexible to accommodate daily walk-times (M-F) and availability for weekends and holidays. Dogs in my care overnight take priority for the period of the visit. I work with the owner to develop a care plan, including walks, playtime, and other requirements during the dog's stay. I only walk or sit with one dog at a time. There are no double bookings so I can provide complete attention to my charge.

About: Hi there! My name is Jamie, and I’ve grown up with cats and dogs my entire life—I’m a true animal lover at heart. I’m very active and enjoy spending time outdoors, so dog walking and pet care feel like a perfect fit for me. I currently have a 5-year-old Australian Cattle Dog mix and a 15-year-old cat. Both are incredibly friendly and do great around other animals. I live in a house with a yard (which we plan to have fenced soon) and have a beautiful walking trail right next to my home—perfect for daily walks and fresh air. I’m so excited to meet your fur baby and promise to treat them with the same love and care I give my own pets. I’m fortunate to work from home, which gives me a very flexible schedule. I take my dog, Roux, on daily walks, let her out multiple times a day, and even bring her along on car rides. My senior cat enjoys lounging at home and relaxing on the porch on nice days. Pet care is always a top priority for me, and I’ll make sure your pet feels safe, loved, and well cared for. Pets in my home are welcome to roam freely and relax wherever they’re comfortable—including the couch or bed. We love snuggles and are happy to share that same affection with your pet.

About: Hi there, I’ve been taking care of my dogs for over 20 years. I’m mature and responsible, and afraid of nothing! I know how their minds work, and know that they just want to be loved. I’m a stay at home mom with free time from 7:30am to 2pm, and evenings after 6. I’m also available for overnights as my husband schedule allows.
