They talked to her and played her calming kitty music during each visit. I appreciated that they sent such detailed notes after every visit. That combined with the lovely pics they sent (not always easy with a nervous cat and energetic mice!) put my mind at ease so we could really enjoy our trip. About: I am no stranger to the animal world. I have been active in the horse world since five years old. I have over fifteen years of hands on experience with animals of all shapes and sizes; Dogs, cats, horses, livestock, chickens and other various farm animals. I have experience training dogs and a love for working with older rescues! Taking care of the four dogs, horses, and chickens at home requires us to be up by 7 in the morning. My weekend work schedule can be quite busy during the summer seasons, and my weekly schedule tends to be constant yet unpredictable. Please feel free to ask about the scheduling details, as I am very flexible. We have spacious runs, 30 to 60 feet long, and across the road, there are hundreds of acres of trails for our animals to explore. Our mission is to keep them engaged and active, as their world is shaped by what we provide. With plenty of stimulation, we can effectively manage behavior and craft positive relationships.

About: I have a lot of patience for animals and I love entertaining them, whether that’s playing with them or going on a long walk. For the younger ones, or ones that just have more energy, I would love to run them and keep them in shape. I am super flexible this summer, aside from a few weeks of travel, so whatever works for you works for me. My main priority is going to the gym, but other than that I’m all yours! Whether it’s feeding, walking, brushing, playing, or simply snuggling, I’m always giving my full attention and affection. Also, I think mental stimulation is often overlooked in animal care so I try to incorporate fun games and activities.

About: I have been dog sitting since I was in middle school. Friends, family, friends of friend, and neighbors have trusted me with their furry family members. As someone who has a little pup myself, I know the care and consideration each individual animal needs and deserves. I've worked with a variety of breads, behaviors, and ages and feel equipped to ensure a safe walk, play time, or check in for your dog. Personally, I've adopted a puppy Cairn Terrier, Ruckus. I've loved training with him, creating a bond, and learning more about dog behavior. It's been a really fun journey. He's a sassy little guy. I have been off Rover for the past few years, moving around and attending Grad School. I am excited to be back to help the Essex community care for their pets. I currently work from home, full time. I have flexibility in my schedule to do walks and drop in visits for your dog. Where I can provide full and undivided attention. When I have a dog I'm looking after, I will ensure safety and fun - however that looks for your doggie. Going for a walk, playing catch in the yard, or even just laying on the couch getting some pets. Your pet will be my priority for the duration of my visit.

About: I have the experience of 3 years of dogsitting my neighbor’s lovely golden retriever, and miscillaneous other neighbors have had me walk all different kinds of dogs too over the years I just graduated highschool and work part time in the evening so I’m free basically every weekday until 3:00pm, some days even after that. Weekends are generally the same. I am very good at interacting by and playing with dogs, and keeping them happy while you’re away. I also love going on walks so naturally I love walking dogs!

About: I worked as a dog walker for a year where I walked 6 dogs at a time usually walking around 36 dogs per day. I would also brush out feed and give the dogs water and any meds they may need for the day. Lastly I grew up with dogs my entire life so I know how to care for them very well I an currently babysitting and looking to walk dogs in my free days as a summer job. I am available most days and am happy to do any length of walk or visit needed I have a fenced in large yard and 2 very friendly dogs so if I ever needed to bring your dog to my house it would be completely safe

About: I've been around animals my whole life. I grew up with dogs, and these days I'm often the person friends and family call when they need someone to look after their pets. I've spent plenty of time walking dogs, feeding them, playing with them, and making sure they're well cared for while their owners are away. I'm comfortable with dogs of all sizes, including larger, high-energy breeds. I enjoy getting to know each animal's personality and building trust with them. I've even trained my own cats to do tricks and respond to commands using positive reinforcement. Taking care of animals is something I genuinely enjoy, and I take the responsibility seriously because I know how much people's pets mean to them. Pet care fits naturally into my routine. I work from home on Mondays and Fridays, which gives me the flexibility to provide walks, drop-in visits, and pet care throughout the day. Outside of work, taking care of animals has always been a regular part of my life, whether that's spending time with my own pets or helping friends and family with theirs. Because I work a consistent schedule and plan my time carefully, I can be reliable and punctual when it comes to pet care. I enjoy getting outside for walks and spending time with animals, so it's something I genuinely look forward to rather than trying to squeeze into a busy schedule. I try to keep things as close to the pet's normal routine as possible. When I'm caring for a pet in their home, I follow the owner's instructions and make sure they're getting everything they need, whether that's walks, meals, playtime, medications, or just some company while their owner is away. I pay attention to each animal's personality and body language and adjust my approach accordingly. Some pets want lots of attention and activity, while others are happier with a quieter approach and a little extra patience. I'm comfortable with both. Safety is always important to me. I make sure doors, gates, and leashes are secure, and I keep an eye out for anything that seems out of the ordinary. My goal is to make sure pets are comfortable, well cared for, and as stress-free as possible while their owners are away. I make sure that I'm always available, and communication is a huge priority for me

About: I have experience caring for all animals from their younger years to very senior. I’m comfortable handling an emergency situation if needed. Your pet will always be in safe, loving hands with me. The only day I can’t work is on tuesdays as I go into the office that day. Every other day is fair game! I’m available days or nights as needed.
