“We are so fortunate to have found Kadence. She has a calm, soft demeanor and was unfazed by my fearful Chihuahua barking at her.Once Finn realized that I was leaving he jumped onto her lap and watched me go.That never happens.Kadence sent pictures that assured me that Finn was laying calmly with her.It was a huge relief for me to be able to spend Thanksgiving with my family knowing that Finn was in good hands.Kadence is professional and was here when she said she would be.I highly recommend her.I’ve already booked her, again, for a weekend.”

About: I love cats and dogs, my family has owned many pets my whole life. I have a lot of experience in how to care for them. I recently graduated from college and moved home and I'm currently working a part-time job so I have plenty of time to care for your pet. I have two cats at home right now so I cannot board any animals, but I have a car and would love to take yours on walks or at home sitting.
“Jess was terrific with our senior terrier, Loki and finnicky cat, Willie. When Willie brought her a mouse carcass she diligently mopped our entire deck floor to eliminate the remains! She goes above and beyond. Sent us many pictures to put us at ease and communicated timely when we wanted to check in or she had questions! We’ll be inviting Jess into our home again!”

“Janine stayed for a couple of nights at our home taking care of our old English sheepdog and she was fantastic! She sent us plenty of pictures and video and kept us in the loop about how he was doing. Our dog looked happy and it was apparent he was having plenty of fun. We've already booked her to housesit for our dog again. I couldn't recommend her enough!”

About: I am a bit obsessed with animals, especially dogs. I have cared for my family's dogs all my life and have had wonderful experiences caring for and bonding with pets through housesitting, which I have really enjoyed doing these past few years. I love being outdoors and go on adventure walks with my own dog every day. No matter the weather, I’d rather be on a walk! I work multi-week shifts elsewhere in the country, so when I am at home I have lots of time to schedule pet care. I am especially looking for dog walking and drop-in visits that I can schedule according to your pet’s needs. About me- I have a large backyard and a residential neighborhood that is great for walks. I have a very sweet and chill doodle named Rufus who gets along with other dogs. I want to ensure a safe and happy experience for you and your pet. I don’t take any risks if I am caring for someone else’s pet, the same as I would expect for care of my own dog. Your dog will feel safe with me. I always use praise and positive reinforcement to best work with your pup.
“5 stars across the board.... We felt so comfortable with Carolyn house sitting and dog sitting... She sent so many photos and our dog looked so happy... Amazing communication and super caring!!! Carolyn will be our "go-to" hopefully long term”

“I am very impressed with just how caring Heather was with my 2 dogs. She was very tentative to their needs. Heather followed my instructions and even sent me pictures of my 2 babies. I will be using Heather again in the very near future.”
About: I have been taking care of pets since I was very young. I am currently working as a veterinary technician. I have a bachelors degree in veterinary technology. I have medical expertise and experience in administering medications. I thoroughly enjoy working with new pet parents and I am happy to answer any questions about pet care. My only request is to meet with pet and owner in their home before the date of the service required. I am currently not working so I will have plenty of times for your pups! My schedule may be subject to change depending on employment situation. I am currently not able to house pets in my home at this time.however I am happy to take care of your pets in their home. Whether I need to walk them or just have them run around in a fenced in backyard either isn’t an issue. If I am staying overnight I pride myself in being a good house guest and make sure the house is as clean as when you left it. I have experience with training equipment such as choke collars, and basket muzzles as well.
“Arianna was amazing! She was super communicative, super professional, extremely friendly, and sent tons of pictures of Basil while I was away. I would definitely recommend her for house/ pet sitting and would absolutely book her again.”

About: Hi there! My name is Allison, and I'm excited to share that I’m opening up my schedule to take on more pet sitting clients! 🐾 Caring for animals has always been my passion, and I’ve been pet sitting for about six years now. Over the past two years, I’ve grown a loyal base of repeat clients, and with my schedule opening up a bit, I’m ready to welcome more furry friends into my routine! I'm currently in school studying to become a veterinary technician and also work at an animal hospital — so you can trust that your pets are in caring, capable hands. Whether it's playtime, long walks, snuggles, or special care needs, I'm all about making sure your pets feel safe, loved, and happy while you're away. At home, I have two energetic dogs and two sweet cats of my own, so I understand how much your pets mean to you — they’re family. I’d love the chance to meet your pups (or cats!) and help keep their tails wagging while you're busy or out of town. Hi there! I wanted to share a bit more about my availability and services for pet sitting and drop-in visits. For in-home dog sitting, I’m primarily available Friday through Sunday, as those are the days I have off from my job at an animal hospital in Londonderry. I find weekends are ideal for pet sitting since I can spend more quality time with your pets and give them my full attention. That said, I’m also open to weekday bookings — I just like to be transparent about my schedule. I work Monday through Thursday with shifts from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, except for Wednesdays, when I work 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM. If you're located near my workplace, I do get a one-hour break during the day and can check in around noon, which can be a great option if your pets are comfortable being alone for a few hours. Services & Pricing: * 30-minute drop-in visits: $20 per visit * 3 or more visits in one day: Discounted to $50 total instead of charging over 60 * In-home sitting: Starts at $50 per night Pricing may vary slightly depending on the number of pets or special care needs, but I’m always happy to work with you to create a plan that suits your pets and your budget. My goal is to make sure your animals receive loving, reliable care while keeping things affordable for you. If you have any questions or would like to discuss a customized plan, feel free to reach out — I’d love to connect and meet your furry family! I take safety very seriously, at my home I have a fenced in yard it is short though so any dogs who could jump or have a history with being a little mischievous stay on a 15 foot lead. I am insured as well! If the stay is at your home then I follow your rules to the best I possibly can to keep your pup safe and happy at all times!
About: You're going away, and the only one more anxious than your pup watching you pack a suitcase, is you, wondering who will take care of them with just as much love and care as you would. That would be me (and my husband and two dog obsessed toddlers)! There are people who like dogs, and then there are dog people. We're the latter! I’ve had dogs in my family my whole life, and cared for dogs through Rover and for friends for over 12 years. I have experience with dogs of all ages, sizes, and health needs, and feel comfortable providing medication. After taking a long Rover maternity leave, we're ready to welcome dogs back into our home. Pups coming into our care MUST be good with young kids (ours are 4.5 & 3) and fully house trained. My husband and I both work in schools, so weekdays we are typically home by 3/3:30pm. When the weather is nice, we try to spend as much time outside in the afternoon with our kids in our huge fenced in yard. During school vacation weeks and weekends, we are almost always home, or adventuring nearby to find walking trails, playgrounds, or other outdoor/dog friendly spaces. I always want to replicate what they’re familiar with while you’re away so that they are as comfortable as possible. This will look different for every dog, and we are flexible to that. Safety is a massive priority for our family, as it is just as important for us that your dog and we enjoy their stay. Dogs are never left unattended in our fenced in back yard - my husband or I will always be outside monitoring them. Baby gates separate the kitchen/dining area from the living room/play room area, and used when dogs are eating or if our kids/dog are getting overstimulated and could use a break. We never let the dog off leash if we take them to a public park or walking trail. We do not go to dog parks.

About: I’ve had pets my whole life including dogs, cats, birds, fish, and rodents. I have also watched dogs for friends and family. I stop to pet every dog I come across out in the world, with the owner’s permission of course. I’m always looking to make friends with animals. My dog passed away at 17 in November 2024, so I would love to fill some time with more animals until I’m ready to adopt again. I’m currently self-employed and working part time, so I have plenty of time to walk and play with your furbabies! My schedule is pretty flexible, especially for the rest of this year. Outside of your home I can take your pup to a local dog park, or take them for nice walks on some local trails, or even around your neighborhood.
“Chasity was absolutely amazing with our anxious girl. She met Motu at the meet and greet and Motu was extremely anxious and barking and would run away but Chasity let Motu come to her and didn’t over crowed her. She stayed at our house for 3 nights and Motu ended up growing very fond of Chasity after the patience Chasity had with Motu. I didn’t worry while we were away as Chasity was very communicative with us. When we came home, our house was clean. We will definitely be booking her again!”

“Anna was super responsive and did a great job taking care of my dog, Nelly and my cat Wendy. This was my first time having someone house sit and I was really nervous but Anna was very communicative and sent me lots of photos. There’s nothing better than knowing your pets are in good hands while you’re away. Would highly recommend and would definitely book again! Thank you Anna!”

“I hired Alena last minute when my regular sitter got COVID, and I am so glad I did!! Even though there were only a few days between when I found Alena on Rover and my trip departure, she made herself available to come for a meet and greet, which I was so grateful for! She was very understanding of my nervousness of leaving my very shy cat with a new person and went above and beyond to make both him and I comfortable while I was away. She also kept my other cat busy with toys and playtime while his brother was hiding, which was wonderful. She checked in regularly, send so many great pictures and left our home clean when she left. I’m so glad I found Alena and I would highly recommend her pet sitting services!!”

“Ty literally came to the rescue for us. He was accommodating and so understanding of our ever changing plans. He arrived on time and was very communicative. When we arrived home our dog seemed quite content. We will use Ty again.”

About: I’m a licensed veterinarian in Brazil and I’ve been surrounded by dogs my entire life. My father is a huge dog lover, so I grew up helping care for our family pets from a very young age. In Brazil, I had four dogs who are now happily living with my parents. Here in the U.S., I have my sweet mini Goldendoodle, Madalena, who is very friendly and loves having company. Because of my background in Veterinary Medicine and my lifelong experience with dogs of all sizes and personalities, I feel very confident providing safe, responsible, and attentive care. I treat every pet as if they were my own. I work at a coffee shop from 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday. After 3:30 p.m., I’m fully available for pet care, including walks, drop-in visits, and overnight house sitting. On Sundays and Mondays, I’m off from work and available all day for boarding, daycare, and other services. Your dog’s safety and comfort always come first. I offer a calm, clean, and cozy home environment where pets can relax, play, and feel secure. My mini Goldendoodle, Madalena, is very friendly and gentle, which helps visiting dogs feel more comfortable and welcomed. Whether your pet stays in my home or I care for them in yours, I always follow their routine exactly as instructed—feeding, walks, potty breaks, playtime, and rest. I’m very attentive to body language and behavior to make sure each dog feels safe, respected, and stress-free. I provide constant supervision when I’m home, lots of love and positive interaction, and a peaceful space where dogs can settle in comfortably. My goal is to make every pet feel like part of the family.
