“Sarah was great at stopping by and caring for my two cats. I almost think to good, my cats didn't seem to miss me when I got back. Sarah sent photos and spent time with them so they didn't feel neglected. Sarah also went above and beyond by shoveling snow! It snowed while I was away and Sarah cleared the walk way and some of the driveway. Plus she also let the cats have some outdoor time in the snow (they are indoor/outdoor cats so it was good that they got some outdoor time while I was away so things seemed normal).”

About: If you require a morning walker or need someone to run a few miles with your energetic dog, I am your person. I have experience with various types and sizes of pets. I am also very meticulous about their needs and yours. Please let me know their preferences and behaviors so I can best meet their needs. As a student my schedule varies but it I am typically available for morning and afternoon services such as walks and check-ins. I could also accommodate afternoons services depending on the week and request. My weekends are typically free unless specified otherwise. Available to do dog sitting on weekends (Friday, Saturday) but message me directly for my weekday availability. If you are requesting drop-in services at your house, please let me know what your pet requires. I can offer play time, refill water and food, medication administration, brushing, and complete certain household tasks. Occasionally, if I do overday dogsitting, your dog will have a fenced-in backyard to run around in.
“We needed a dog sitter for our two golden retrievers while our daughter was getting married. We chose Jess. Jess listened to all our requirements and assured us that Gracie and Remy would be cared for, played with and would be exhausted that day. She was right. We loved the pictures she sent us of them having a good time. In fact, although I came home early from the wedding, Jess pulled in right after me and the dogs went to her. We will definitely use Jess next time.”

“Gianna has sitted for my babies multiple times. I trust her completely. She’s gone out of her way to help me with the dogs and things at my home while I was away. So glad I found her!”

“Melanie and Anthony went above and beyond taking care of our 2 dogs. Caring professional.and reliable dog sitters. Use them if you can. Great communicators too.”

About: Hello! My name is Samantha, and I’ve been surrounded by fur babies my entire life. Growing up, I had two miniature poodles, one of whom had special needs. He struggled with chronic allergies and a seizure disorder, and I helped care for him with daily medications and a special diet that gave him a long, happy life until he passed at 16 years old. Today, my family includes two standard poodles, two parrots, and a rabbit. Beyond that, I also care for the wildlife around my home. I feed 20–30 blue jays daily, I feed stray cats, and I’ve built enough trust with the wild rabbits in my yard that they now let me hand-feed them. Those quiet moments with animals bring me so much joy. In high school, I pursued my passion for animal care by completing the BOCES veterinary program, where I earned two Awards of Excellence. I also hold a Veterinary Medical Assistant certification, which reflects my dedication to giving animals the love and care they deserve. I’m starting college this fall and am excited about my future, but my love for animals will always hold a big place in my heart. That’s why I’ve decided to make room for even more fur babies by offering my help here to anyone in need. I’m flexible with my schedule and happy to work with you to find times that best fit your pet’s needs. Any time of the day you need, I’m there. When it comes to caring for your dogs, I make safety and trust my top priorities. Whether I’m walking your pup, staying with them in your home, or just dropping by for a visit, you can count on me to treat them as if they were my own. I always pay close attention to their surroundings, making sure walks are safe, leashes are secure, and they’re never put in uncomfortable situations. Your trust means everything to me, and I know how important it is to feel at ease when leaving your pets in someone else’s care. I follow all instructions carefully, maintain consistency with their routines, and keep communication open so you always know how they’re doing. I also believe a calm, positive environment is key to happy pets. Whether it’s giving them plenty of exercise, engaging playtime, or just quiet companionship, I do my best to create an environment where your dog feels safe, comfortable, and loved.
“Claudia was great with my pup. She is punctual, great with communication and an awesome dog sitter. My pup was very excited to have her stop by. We will definitely be using her again!”

About: I’ve cared for family dogs my whole life and I’m usually the person family and friends call when they need a reliable pet sitter. I have experience with dogs of all ages, from energetic puppies to senior dogs who need extra patience and gentle care. I’m comfortable with dogs of all personalities and also have experience administering medication to my own dog, Milo, so I understand the importance of consistency, routines, and paying close attention to a pet’s needs. With Milo, I handle everything from bathing and daily care to teaching basic tricks and maintaining a structured routine. I truly enjoy building trust with animals and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. I’ll treat your dog with the same care and attention I give my own. What makes me stand out from other sitters is the amount of time and attention I can dedicate to your pet. Starting in June, I’ll be home full-time during the weekdays and available for drop-ins and house sitting, allowing me to provide flexible scheduling, frequent potty breaks, companionship, and attentive care throughout the day. For walks, I focus on making them both fun and mentally stimulating — not just a quick walk around the block. Depending on your dog’s personality and energy level, walks can include sniff breaks, exploring new routes, light training reinforcement, and engaging activities to keep them mentally enriched as well as physically active. My drop-in visits can include: * Potty breaks * Feeding and fresh water * Playtime and exercise * Snuggles and companionship * Basic routine care and attention For house sitting, I provide overnight stays along with attentive daytime care every 0–2 hours depending on your dog’s needs. This includes potty time, walks, feeding, playtime, cuddles, medication if needed, and making sure your pet feels comfortable and cared for in their own home environment. Pet care is already a huge part of my daily routine, so caring for animals comes very naturally to me. My own dog, Milo, has a structured schedule that includes walks, playtime, feeding, grooming, training reinforcement, and plenty of attention throughout the day. I’m very used to planning my routine around a dog’s needs and making sure they feel comfortable, stimulated, and cared for consistently. Starting in June, I’ll be home full-time during the weekdays, which allows me to give pets much more attention and companionship than sitters who may be balancing another full-time job. Because of this, I’m able to provide frequent potty breaks, consistent supervision, and flexible scheduling for drop-ins, walks, and house sitting. I especially love building routines that help dogs feel safe and relaxed while their owners are away. I don’t believe pet care should feel rushed or transactional. I genuinely enjoy spending quality time with animals and paying attention to their individual personalities and comfort levels. Some dogs want long walks and active play, while others prefer slower walks, cuddles, or calm companionship. I adjust my care to fit each pet specifically. Mental stimulation is also something I prioritize because I know it’s just as important as physical exercise. During walks and visits, I like incorporating sniff time, interactive play, and enrichment activities to help keep dogs mentally engaged and happy. For puppies, I’m patient with routines, potty training consistency, and energy management, and for senior dogs, I understand the importance of slower pacing, medication schedules, comfort, and gentle care. One thing that makes me stand out is the level of attention and presence I provide. I’m not someone who simply stops in for the minimum amount of time and leaves. I truly enjoy bonding with pets and making sure they feel loved and comfortable while their owners are away. I also know how important communication is for pet parents, so I make an effort to send updates, photos, and details about how their pet is doing so they can feel reassured and connected. Whether it’s a walk, a drop-in, or overnight care, I aim to make pets feel like they’re spending time with someone they know and trust rather than just being “checked on.” I currently do not host pets in my own home, but I’m happy to care for them in the comfort of your home where they feel safest and most comfortable. My goal is to keep your pet’s routine as normal and stress-free as possible while giving them plenty of attention, companionship, and care. For drop-ins, I provide potty breaks, feeding, fresh water, walks if needed, playtime, mental stimulation, and lots of cuddles and attention. For house sitting, I stay overnight with your pet and provide attentive daytime care including potty breaks every 0–2 hours depending on their needs, walks, feeding, medication administration if needed, playtime, and companionship. I have experience with puppies, senior dogs, and administering medication to my own dog, Milo, so I’m comfortable adjusting care to fit each pet’s personality and needs. Starting in June, I’ll be home full-time on weekdays, allowing me to provide flexible scheduling, frequent check-ins, and more quality time with your pet than many sitters are able to offer.
“Katlyn has been great with our two dogs! She is punctual and sends photos when the drop-in is completed. She did a great job feeding the two dogs in one of the drop-in visits and even administering medication for our puppy with allergies. Would highly recommend Katlyn!”

“Fantastic. My cat was very comfortable and happy with Julia as her drop in visitor. She provided excellent service, updates, pictures, and made sure my cat was well cared for while I was away. 10/10”

“Madison was great! My puppy ripped up an Amazon package and she so kindly cleaned up the mess and put the item somewhere he couldn’t get to! She kept me updated the whole time and handled his puppy craziness so well! Highly recommend!”

About: I am a full time employee in an assisted living. I had my sweet dachshund for 17 years, and caring for her through her senior years taught me how to care and keep senior pets happy. Now I have a happy, energetic bernedoodle and two adorable bunnies at my parents house and always miss now that I am away. I I have been around both small and large dogs all of my life. Growing up I constantly house sat, fed and watered pets while my neighbors were away for pocket money. I look forward to becoming your dog’s new favorite sitter! I have work till 5pm and then the rest of the day I have time to take care of your pets. When I lived with my pets I would let them out in the yard in the mornings and as soon as I would get home. I made sure to give them attention and affection everyday. I have dealt with senior dogs and am well aware of their limits. It is my promise that I will make any dog of any age as comfortable and as happy as possible.

About: My name is Morgan. I love animals no matter what type, breed, size or age. I have one dog and three cats, all of which I rescued from animal shelters. I love my pets more than anything, if you choose me to watch your pets, I can guarantee you I’ll treat them like my own pets! I am very organized and personable. I pride myself in being very tidy and respectful, especially while inside your home. I will focus 100% of my time on your pets while I am working with them because I find it very important to always show animals the love and attention they deserve. Please feel free to ask me any questions about me, my experience or my availability! I look forward to hearing from you! Pet care is honestly just woven into my daily routine at this point, it doesn't feel like a separate task. My mornings start with feeding and a walk, which actually gives me a great reason to get outside and move before I sit down to work. Throughout the day I'm mindful of keeping things consistent for them, meals, playtime, making sure they're not just sitting alone for too long. Evenings are usually when we wind down together, which I genuinely look forward to. It's one of those things that adds structure to my day without feeling like a chore, more like a grounding ritual than a responsibility. I care for pets the same way I'd want someone to care for mine, with consistency, attention, and a lot of patience. In my own home, that means sticking to a routine they can rely on: regular feeding times, daily walks or play sessions, and making sure their space is clean and comfortable. I pay close attention to their moods and energy levels because animals communicate a lot through behavior, and catching when something feels off early makes a big difference. When it comes to caring for a client's pet, I make it a priority to understand their specific needs before I ever step through the door. Every pet is different, different diets, different temperaments, different routines, and I take detailed notes on all of it. I follow the owner's instructions closely, keep their environment familiar and stress-free, and always communicate updates so the owner feels confident and informed while they're away. I treat their home with the same respect I'd want someone to show mine, and I treat their pet like my own.
About: I have been caring for a large variety of animals since I was 13, including dogs, cats, reptiles and small mammals. I have worked in various pet care positions including wildlife rehabilitation, animal educator, and pet care specialist. I have done volunteer work with local shelters and rehabilitation centers since I could work. I am known within my community as the "animal girl" and am frequently contacted for advice, care, and pet sitting. I am fairly new to this app, but am definitely not new to caring for any kind of animal big or small. I currently work at Stony Brook University mon-fri 12pm-4pm. Any times outside of that range I should be available for! I am very flexible with my time and if you absolutely need care in that time frame, I may be able to shift my schedule for the day. I currently do not offer services in my home as I have a dog who takes a while to warm up to strangers. Future opportunities may be available, but right now I am prioritizing her comfortability.

About: I’ve always had a love for animals and enjoy making pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while their owners are away. Whether your pet needs walks, playtime, feeding, cuddles, or just a calm companion, I’ll make sure they feel loved and cared for. I work from home, so pet care fits very naturally into my daily routine. Since I’m home often, your pet won’t be left alone for long periods of time, and I can help keep them on their normal schedule so they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. For house sitting, I’m also able to bring my work equipment with me, which allows me to stay with your pet while still working remotely and giving them consistent care and companionship. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I make it a priority to keep their routine and environment as normal and comfortable as possible. I carefully follow all instructions for feeding, walks, potty breaks, medications if needed, crate routines, and any house rules. I’m respectful of every client’s home and will treat both your pet and your space with care. I’m also happy to send updates and photos so you feel comfortable while you’re away.

Kim is reliable, communicative, and amazing with animals! She has been doing drop in visits for our puppy for several months now and we have nothing but good things to say about her! She has helped worked on many tricks and behaviors with our dog to keep her mentally stimulated during her visits and she’s amazing about not encouraging unwanted behaviors like jumping that we are working on. Highly recommend her! We have been recommending her to all our friends!!
