About: I worked at a dog rescue/ groomer for 3 years! I would take the dogs to the beach and walk them occasionally, do home boarding visits and clean up cages! I have been grooming for about a year. I currently work part time. I go into work at 9 and leave at about 2:30 Tuesday through Saturday. Usually go to the gym at night but that’s only for an hour and a half. I fulfill any specific needs of dogs and will cuddle, play and hangout with them. I groom my dog at home so if grooming is needed I can also fulfill that too!

If I don't have an overnight sitting, I come home throughout the day to take my dogs out and give my chickens some late-day time to forage. If I'm unable to make it home in the evening, my partner happily steps in to care for our furry family members. My days are joyfully filled with animals! I take pride in bringing the same patience, compassion, and attentiveness to caring for other people's pets as I do my own. I care for every pet as an individual, taking the time to understand their personality, routine, comfort level, and their specific needs. About: Hello! I’m new to Rover and would love to have the chance to care for your pets! I have grown up with dogs my whole life, mostly small (i love big dogs too!) and a variety of breeds! I’ve also had experience with dogs of all ages from puppies to senior so I understand the demands of all stages of life. I also have experience training basic commands. In addition to pet care, I also have experience with house cleaning services. If you’d like, I’m happy to provide light or full house cleaning during your booking for an additional charge. I am currently working full time so my availability is weekday evenings after 5:30 pm, weekends (all day), and Mondays late afternoon-evening after 3 pm I have a fenced in yard with a lot of room for your dog to run around! I have a mini poodle who would never hurt a fly, he’s getting old but still a puppy at heart. He is very friendly and will keep your dog company! With a crate provided, there is room to set that up as well.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs my entire life, I sleep with four every night. I don’t think you’ll find someone more loving than me, I work with my mom for a non profit I am currently a Vet Tech student in a local college. I am off on weekends and I can work around my hours during the week to care for all animals. The dogs I have come in contact with have always been affectionate and loving toward me. I helped raise a dog that my mom rescued before she adopted me. The dog had fear aggression which I helped the dog work through. If it were my home I have a fully fenced backyard with four fur balls that would love your dog as much as I will. I can crate if necessary and even separate the dogs in my home.

I will be working M/W: 12pm- 8pm T/TH: 7am- 3pm Friday: 10am - 6pm If I’m not at work I’m with your pup! I will usually have a break throughout the day that allows me to come home or stop by for potty breaks, walks, feeding, and check ins as needed. My parents are also home so your pup will never be left alone for more than a couple minutes! Someone is usually always home. On weekends I am always around which allows me to spend the morning, afternoon and evening providing attentive care, exercise, playtime, and companionship. Whether I am caring for pets in my home or in a client's home, my priority is making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and maintain their normal routine. At my home, pets have access to a fully fenced-in yard for supervised outdoor time, exercise, and play. About: I have always LOVED dogs of all sizes & breeds. I used Rover back in 2018 for some time but unfortunately my life got too busy to give the dogs all the attention they need and deserve. As I have a lot of extra time right now, I have decided to return to Rover and I’m excited to make some new furry friends. Dogs seem to be naturally comfortable & relaxed with me, as I with them. During high school & college, I did a lot of dog sitting. I genuinely enjoyed the "work" (it was more fun than work) and bonded with each and every one of these dogs. I usually stayed at my clients' homes while they were away. Sometimes for just a weekend, other times up to 2 weeks or more. I have dog sat and walked for numerous types of breeds including Pit bulls, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Huskies, Standard Poodles, Chihuahuas, French Bulldogs, Kerry Blue Terriers, Golden Retrievers, Labrador Retrievers, Welsh Corgi, Shih Tzus, Mixed breeds, and many more! While most of my clients were healthy, I have also dog sat for dogs with medical issues that require medications (including injections and seizure, medications) and/or special needs. Dogs bring so much joy to our lives and are a part of our families. I understand how stressful and upsetting it can be when you have to leave a loved-one home when you have to travel or even just leave for a few hours for work. It is very important to find someone you can trust that will love and care for your dog just as you do! I can guarantee, when with me, your loved-ones will be safe and treated with love and respect all dogs deserve. About: My background in canine care began at the Little Shelter Animal Adoption Center in Huntington, NY in 2008. I was employed there for several years as a dog walker and socializer, working with a wide variety of dogs and puppies from many different walks of life. All of the dogs were rescues, and so special care needed to be provided, with exercise, playtime, feeding, and even medication distribution. After working at the shelter, I found myself at a few local grooming parlors, working as a bather. As you've probably experienced, most dogs do not love being bathed and groomed, and so I would try my very best to make them comfortable in the unfamiliar situation they were in, taking the time to check in on them frequently and give them lots of reassurance and loving. Patience goes a long way! In January of 2015 I had my first two-month long house and pet sitting job. However, since then I've been working a full time office job and have been unable to enjoy much time with canine companions. I will regularly pet sit for close friends and family, but I'm ready to spend more time around furry friends! I'd love to meet you and your pup and ensure that they're properly taken care of and loved while you're out on the weekend, working, or away on vacation!
