I follow their normal routines as closely as possible, including meals, walks, playtime, potty breaks, and rest. I give each pet plenty of one-on-one attention and make sure they have a clean, safe, and comfortable environment. I’m also happy to provide regular updates and photos so you can have peace of mind while you’re away. Most importantly, I treat every pet like they’re part of my own family!

I always make sure doors, gates, leashes, and fenced areas are secure, and I pay close attention during walks and playtime to keep pets safe. I’m respectful of every client’s home and will treat both your pet and your space with care. I’m also happy to send updates and photos so you feel comfortable while you’re away.

About: i’ve been taking care of dogs ever since I was a little girl. I helped my mom out every day with our two dogs that I have in my house and I help my grandpa out with his dog as well. I used to have 100-140 pound Pitbull‘s so I am able to work with big dogs as well. One of my dogs at home is blind, so I do take extra care of him and I am able to work with dogs that need a little extra care I am currently attending college at stony brook university. I am looking for a job to keep me busy but manageable with classes. I am also missing my dogs back at home so I would love to be able to tend to other peoples dogs!! I am available every day of the week, the hours do differ each day depending on my classes that day! I have 2 dogs at home. One of them is blind so i do have to take extra care of him. I take my dogs on daily walks/runs. I also pet sit for my families and friends. My other do at home is very hyper and needs a lot of exercise and I tend to be the one in my family who takes her out and plays with her.

About: I have always LOVED dogs of all sizes & breeds. I used Rover back in 2018 for some time but unfortunately my life got too busy to give the dogs all the attention they need and deserve. As I have a lot of extra time right now, I have decided to return to Rover and I’m excited to make some new furry friends. Dogs seem to be naturally comfortable & relaxed with me, as I with them. During high school & college, I did a lot of dog sitting. I genuinely enjoyed the "work" (it was more fun than work) and bonded with each and every one of these dogs. I usually stayed at my clients' homes while they were away. Sometimes for just a weekend, other times up to 2 weeks or more. I have dog sat and walked for numerous types of breeds including Pit bulls, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Huskies, Standard Poodles, Chihuahuas, French Bulldogs, Kerry Blue Terriers, Golden Retrievers, Labrador Retrievers, Welsh Corgi, Shih Tzus, Mixed breeds, and many more! While most of my clients were healthy, I have also dog sat for dogs with medical issues that require medications (including injections and seizure, medications) and/or special needs. Dogs bring so much joy to our lives and are a part of our families. I understand how stressful and upsetting it can be when you have to leave a loved-one home when you have to travel or even just leave for a few hours for work. It is very important to find someone you can trust that will love and care for your dog just as you do! I can guarantee, when with me, your loved-ones will be safe and treated with love and respect all dogs deserve. I enjoy getting "down and dirty" with "my dogs," whether it's playing with them on the living-room floor or at the beach, park, and/or backyard. Snuggling with them is always enjoyable and relaxing too. I have a flexible schedule that allows me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to the pets in my care. I love spending time with dogs, whether that means going for walks, playing, exploring parks, or simply keeping them company. I’m able to work my schedule around each pet’s individual needs and routines, so they receive plenty of attention, exercise, and affection while their owners are away. When caring for pets in their own home, I make it a priority to keep their routine as close to normal as possible. I follow their usual feeding schedule, walks, playtime, and any other routines their owners have established. I believe dogs thrive on consistency, especially when their families are away. I love giving dogs plenty of attention, affection, exercise, and playtime, while making sure they feel comfortable, safe, and well cared for in their familiar surroundings.
