About: I’ve previously worked for another pet service where I took dogs on walks and did drop-in visits. I also have some experience with cats, but I have a 5-year old dog myself. I have experience taking care of elderly dogs as I dog sat for a family friend for a few months and stayed the night at their house once a week. I would take the dog for walks, spend time with him and give him any medication he needed. I love animals and it doesn’t feel like work to take care of them for me. I am a teacher, so I am free during school breaks and on weekends. When I am not working full-time at school, pet care will be my first priority. About: I’ve taken care of all kinds of dogs (and other animals!) for many years. Family, friends, and co-workers have relied on me to watch and care for their pets whether it’s walking, feeding, playing, even taking them to the vet. I’ve taken care of dogs of all sizes and ages, from senior bull mastiffs to pugs under a year old. There is no dog too big or too small because they’re all perfect to me. At a client’s house I still follow any guidance/schedule given to me. In between I typically take the dog’s lead. I’m at their house so it’s important to me that I respect their space (and the clients above all)! I like to take their cues to make sure that their sense of routine isn’t disrupted.
