About: My family has had pets since I was a young kiddo. I’ve had dogs, cats, hamsters, fish… the works! I also volunteer at animal shelters as well as help train the animals. I even fostered animals coming out of abusive situations and helped rehabilitate, socialize them and find there forever homes! (One being a foster fail. He's a member of our family now ❤️) My pets get the best all natural food and treats for their tummies as well as any toys they want and top quality beds… so, your pet is in good hands and with a house full of animal loving weirdos! I’m my own boss and create my own schedule so I am incredibly flexible. My dog has his routine right now where he gets taken out for walks 4 times a day as well as at least an hour of playtime! If your fur baby comes to stay with us my dog will stay at his grandma’s (he loves going to her house lol) I have a fenced in yard currently and feed my pets all natural foods and treats! My dog currently eats twice a day, gets treats here and there, a LOT of backyard time (if he wants), multiple walks and about an hour of playtime!

About: I’ve grown up taking care of animals with my own pets. Have experience dog sitting and walking with puppy’s through elderly dogs. Always have been passionate about being dogs best friend. I am currently a student at Stony Brook taking 14 credits during the day. Message me for drop in visits or walking to find a time that works for the both of us. My home has a natural fence of a swamp. I take my elderly dog (Esther) out on walks every other day (ussally the beach) and on the off days we stay out in the back yard playing fetch. This seems to be the best schedule for an elderly dog full of life but with fading joints.

About: I have grown up with pets my entire life, always having a dog in my home who’s treated as a family member, if not better:) My love for animals led me to volunteer at the Humane Society during college, where I was a trained dog walker and provided as much TLC to the dogs and cats as I could. I also volunteered at a local rescue that supports pregnant dog mamas and their puppies, where I helped walk, socialize, and assist with training. As of now, I work part-time during school day and am available after 1pm. I do have clients I see during the after school hours, but can sort out days times and times through message. I have full availabilities on the weekends and can help care for your fur babies throughout the day. I always allow pets to approach me before petting them or putting on a leash. I’m very calm, avoid sudden movements, and am very attentive, When I’m with an animal, they are my top priority.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs my entire life, I sleep with four every night. I don’t think you’ll find someone more loving than me, I work with my mom for a non profit I am currently a Vet Tech student in a local college. I am off on weekends and I can work around my hours during the week to care for all animals. The dogs I have come in contact with have always been affectionate and loving toward me. I helped raise a dog that my mom rescued before she adopted me. The dog had fear aggression which I helped the dog work through. If it were my home I have a fully fenced backyard with four fur balls that would love your dog as much as I will. I can crate if necessary and even separate the dogs in my home.

About: I have pet sit other dogs prior but the one dog that sticks out is my sister’s black lab. Shakira was a black lab mutt with an auto immune disease. She needed twice daily medication and to be taken out side frequently. I work nights as a custodian for a school district ! So I’m available early to mid mornings for walks or house sitting over the weekends. As I have a cat, my number one priority for him is always making sure the doors are shut. He’s an indoor kitty and I ensure that it stays that way. Always guaranteed to have food and water and a clean litter box.

About: I have been around dogs for most of my life. I have also volunteered at one of the largest assistance dog organizations for more than 13 years. I typically handle between 20-30 dogs of multiple breeds every week. My responsibilities include socialization, light grooming, and free run with playtime. I'm currently training in transportation and first aid I will provide a safe, fun, and playful environment for you Cherished Canine. My horrendous personal experience with pet sitting has alerted me to the pitfalls of in-home pet care.

About: I’ve been caring for dogs for about eight years and have had four of my own — a German Shepherd, a Boxer, a Havanese, and a Maltese-Yorkie mix. I’ve also helped care for my neighbors’, friends’, and family’s dogs when they needed it. I’m comfortable with both big and small breeds and love making sure each dog feels safe, loved, and well cared for while their owner is away. I’m currently attending college, so my schedule is flexible around my classes. I’m available all day Monday, Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday, after 5 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and after 11 AM on Fridays. I can provide walks, playtime, feeding, and companionship I don’t offer pet sitting at my home as well as dog walking because I already have two dogs and three cats and don’t want to put any animals in a hectic environment. However, I’m happy to come to your home to care for your dogs or cats. I make sure your pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved in their own environment, following all instructions you provide.

About: I was fortunate to grow up in a household with so many wonderful pets- dogs, cats, bunnies, goats, horses. I love all animals but have a special place in my heart for any kind of dog, big, small, puppy or seniors. Having taken care of so many animals over the course of my life I understand the responsibility of caring for all types of dogs to make sure they are safe and happy as they deserve and treat all of the one's I am lucky enough to know as if they were my own. When I am not taking care of my pack I help out my neighbors and friends with their pets and volunteer at an equine rescue farm where I do everything from feeding, bathing, walking horses and cleaning out stalls. Not much makes me happier than a happy animal! I care for many different animals and arrange their care around the best schedule for them. Feeding, walking, playing, petting and grooming them as needed morning through night. Their safety and happiness is a priority to me and I am fortunate enough to have a lot of energy and love to provide them. My dogs sleep with me at night. I feed them in the morning and a dinner time. I play with my dogs throughout the day. My entirely property is fenced in allowing my pets outdoor access 24/7. I live on a relatively quiet street that many dog owners enjoy walking on so my pets get to see passersby often. I also live in close proximity to numerous nature preserves and the beach and walk my dogs everyday to make sue they get outside socialization and a chance to explore nature safely in all weather.

About: At the young age of 12 I created my first PowerPoint presentation to convince my parents to get our first family dog! She lived to a wonderful 14 years and enjoyed every second of it. I'm so thankful I got to take care of her throughout her long life! Towards her elderly years, I was able to gain experience in providing her the proper medicines which gave me some experience should I need to care for other dogs with similar needs. In addition to my dog, I've watched family and friends dogs on numerous occasions and enjoy every second of it! It's great interacting with different breeds and meeting new friends:) My current work schedule is a rotating 4 days on and 4 days off. During my 4 days off it provides great flexibility and much more free time than the normal 9-5 office job. I have a large fenced yard and a fairly big home to provide comfortable living space for the dog. I also would not mind staying in clients homes to watch the dog in order for them to be more comfortable.

About: Recently retired and looking to keep busy! I have taken care of animals most of my life. I raised kids & we always had pets. I enjoy most spending my time outside and would love to enjoy it with a pup! I am recently retired and have lots of free time to spend with and caring for your pets! I am available week days and weekends flexibly. I will treat your pets as my own while they are in my care. I’m also happy to assist with house watching responsibilities taking in mail and watering plants.

About: Your dog will become part of our family while staying in our home. Swimming in our in-ground pool, playing in our large fenced yard, snuggles on the sofa, trips to the beach or local Avalon Park trails for long walks! When your dog comes to my house, he/she will become part of our family during their stay. I will follow your instructions, schedule, and routine for your dog while they are with us. Your dog will receive lots of exercise, attention and love. My husband and I both work from home so your dog will never be alone for more than a few hours. I have a huge fenced yard with in-ground pool (dogs are allowed to swim). We are located in the beautiful Historic Village of Stony Brook and love walking the dogs to the beach and also Avalon Park trails. We do have an indoor/outdoor cat so your dog must be able to coexist with the cat but they can easily be kept separate. I have many excellent references to share with you, including clients from the Guide Dog Foundation and rescue organizations that I have fostered for. You can set up a free meet and greet at my house. I look forward to meeting you and your dog! I am home full time so your pup will have constant attention! Your pup will have lots of exercise, play time and of course lots of snuggles. I have a fenced yard and supervise your pup at all times. I have the ability to make your dog an only dog if necessary. I have plenty of time to play with and care for your pup! If I am not home, my husband is home so your dog will rarely be left alone. I have a large fenced yard for playing and we will walk in our beautiful neighborhood if that’s part of your dog’s routine. Your dog will be supervised at all times and will have lots of attention!

About: I have grown up with different dogs my entire life. My best friend was a Rottweiler named Sampson and I had him from a pup. I create trained him as well as click trained him to become a good citizen. I have experience with large breeds as well as small. I have cared my many fur babies in this own homes, keeping them happy with conversation, brushing, play time and long walks. I feel that all breeds deserve love regardless of the negativity they may get from others who don't understand the breed. I have owned pitbulls and have found them to be loyal and loving and don't judge any animal. I have experience training my own dogs as well as freinds and family. I'm currently working PT as a home health aid and have flexibility and free time Tuesday through Saturday to walk and hangout with your beloved fur baby. I would come to your home and watch your dog, take them for a walk, snuggle, feed, play, brush and engage them with conversation and provide them love and support.
