About: Ever since I was a little girl I have always been surrounded by extra love from my pets. I cannot imagine my life without any of my furbabies that I’ve had the honor of loving and caring for along the way. Both my dog, Champ and my cat, Shea currently have my heart. They are the absolute best of friends. I’m inseparable from my dog. He is an Akita-Husky mix who recently just celebrated his 12th birthday. When I’m not at work teaching, I’m usually bringing him on adventures. About: I’ve previously worked for another pet service where I took dogs on walks and did drop-in visits. I also have some experience with cats, but I have a 5-year old dog myself. I have experience taking care of elderly dogs as I dog sat for a family friend for a few months and stayed the night at their house once a week. I would take the dog for walks, spend time with him and give him any medication he needed. I love animals and it doesn’t feel like work to take care of them for me. I am a teacher, so I am free during school breaks and on weekends. When I am not working full-time at school, pet care will be my first priority. I will listen to any requests made by the pet owner for what they want me to do, such as letting them out in a fenced backyard or keeping them on a leash.
