About: Hi! I'm Cat, and it is my literal pleasure to care for your dog, cat, lizard, bunny, or parrot! What you can expect from me: -Fast, clear, and concise executive-level communication. -Deep breed-specific knowledge of behavior underpinned by my time as a vet receptionist -High quality photos -Easy, flexible scheduling -Complete focus and attention to detail -Genuine joy and enthusiasm to care for your pet In my previous life, I was a design program manager within corporate tech (Meta, Comcast, Pinterest), and I'm thrilled and privileged to pivot into pet care. I have cared for dogs of every size, flavor, and temperament. I have extensive experience training dogs, and quite frankly, I've watched a whole lot of Westminster dog show. In particular, I have specialized experience with shy or nervous dogs and will provide them the space and understanding needed to relax and feel comfortable. I am happy to walk or jog to help burn canine energy. Not afraid to get down in the dirt and play! I have been deeply involved in cat rescue since 2020, when I began working remotely. I have fostered dozens of cats over the years. This includes kittens with complex medical issues. I am very capable at medicating cats and kittens as well as identifying when a cat may be feeling unwell. When you board with me, your pet will not be left alone for more than 1 hour. I only board pets from one household at a time and provide dedicated personal care. When your baby is at my house, they are family. Feel free to reach out with any additional questions. I'm currently working remotely doing project-based contract work, so I have plenty of availability and scheduling flexibility. If boarding or house-sitting, I will be fully available and no pet will be left alone longer than an hour. I have a friendly chihuahua mix (8 lbs) and 2 cats, but if needed, I have plenty of room to give everyone their own space. I have an unfenced backyard with plenty of room to romp. Dogs will always be leashed or tethered in yard.

About: I have hands-on experience working with animals through both therapy dog work and my previous experience as an assistant to a veterinary technician. This has given me a strong understanding of animal behavior, health, and how to handle pets with care, patience, and confidence. I’m comfortable supporting pets with different needs and always focus on making them feel safe, calm, and well cared for. Working from home allows me to be a consistent, calming presence for your pet throughout the day whether at my home or yours. I truly enjoy spending that time with them—whether it’s going on walks, giving them attention, or just being nearby so they don’t feel alone. I know every pet is different, so I follow their lead and make sure they feel comfortable and secure, whether they’re full of energy or prefer a more relaxed, quiet routine. I keep your pet’s routine consistent while providing attentive care, companionship, and a calm presence. Whether it’s walks, playtime, or quiet time, I adapt to their needs and make sure they feel safe and comfortable while you’re away. I am also a photographer which could lead to getting some great photos while you are away!

About: I’ve owned and cared for four dogs of my own, giving each one consistent love, structure, and attention. I regularly take shelter dogs out for walks, playtime, toys, and treats to brighten their day. I’ve been a dog-lover since I was young, and I often dogsit for friends and family, giving every pup the same patient, reliable care I give my own. I work full time, but I’m consistently available every day between 4pm and 7pm. That window fits perfectly into my routine, and I’m always ready for walks, drop-ins, or evening care during those hours. Safety and trust are always my first priorities. During drop-ins and walks, I follow your pet’s routine exactly as you prefer; feeding, water, meds, or crate needs included. I keep a close eye on gates, doors, and leashes, and I make sure every walk is calm, controlled, and enjoyable. I always send updates, photos, and notes so you feel fully informed and confident while you’re away. Your pet gets my full attention, patience, and care every visit.

About: Hi! I'm Bri ☺️ I've been an animal lover for as long as I can remember. I've lived with animals since before I could talk, and caring for them has always been something I genuinely enjoy. Over the years I've had the opportunity to care for animals of all ages, sizes, and personalities, and I love getting to know what makes each of them unique. 🐶🐰 I'm currently offering walking and drop in visits. I know every fur baby is different. Some want to play the entire visit, while others are happiest taking a slow, sniffy walk or getting belly rubs on the couch. I'm happy to meet them where they're comfortable and give them the kind of care that helps them feel relaxed and happy. 🐾 As a dog mom myself, I know how important it is to find someone you trust with your fur baby. I treat each and every one as if they were my own and always make sure they receive plenty of love, attention, and patience. I'll also send lots of photos and updates during every visit so you can relax knowing your baby is happy and in good hands. 📸 I'm comfortable caring for baby, adult, and senior pets and I can administer oral medications if needed. My goal is to make every visit a positive experience for both you and your fur baby. I can't wait to meet you guys! 🩷 I work from home, which gives me some flexibility throughout the week. My availability can vary depending on my work schedule, so let me know what you're looking for and I'll do my best to make it work! 😊 Your baby's safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I'll follow your care instructions closely, whether that means sticking to a feeding schedule, giving medication, playing with a specific toy, or reinforcing your training routines. I'll treat your home with the same respect I would my own and make sure your fur baby gets plenty of love, attention, and care while you're away. 🩷

  • 94% can help with giving oral medications or injections
  • 96% can help with daily exercise

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
