About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life. I grew up caring for dogs, cats, ferrets, birds, horses and turtles. I have pet/house sit since I was 14. I have experience with all ages and needs. Whether you have a high energy pet that requires long walks and a lot of playing, or a pet that just needs lots of company, I am happy to meet their needs. I love all animals and want to ensure they are having the best days in my care. Pet Care is my full time job. Every pet has different needs and I adjust my schedule to meet the needs of the pets in my care. I will follow any instructions you leave for care. I know it is hard to leave your fur baby and will try and keep the care as consistent as if you were there. I will let dogs out frequently and provide walks. I am happy to send pictures and updates. If permitted, I am happy to bring your fur babies with me to the beach, on hikes or just cruise. If your dog needs socializing work, I will take them to dog parks.

About: I’m very patient and allow animals to introduce themselves to me instead of forcing an interaction. I love seeing all the different personalities that animals have and learning what their special love language is. I’m currently living in HPP in Keaau and I am willing to travel island wide for house sitting. I work remotely so I need reliable internet but I am available to be home with your pet most of the day. I have a little dog with a warrior spirit. We are willing to do a meet and great if you think I can bring my dog for house sitting. If you’d rather I don’t bring my dog, I can manage that too. He’s used to playing with large dogs including pit bulls and poodles/doodles. Feel free to reach out and ask questions. I am willing to just let your dogs out and feed them but I am also willing to be present day and night if requested. Just let me know your expectations.

About: I have been taking care of animals since I was young. I lived on a farm where we had so many animals to take care of. Cats dogs pigs horses chickens cows. I love animals. They have so much love to give and most times they brighten your day. Animals make the days better I take care of everyday one cat and two dogs. They are very spoiled. They sleep in my bed with me have toys and sweater for cold days The cat just wants to be feed gave food and will bother me when she wants love Make sure there are a is clean. That they are feed and have plenty of water. Make sure the fur is brushed and that they smell good. Bath time is essential to having a happy dog. Cats not so much. Make sure there nails are trimmed and a comfy place to sleep.

About: Dogs are very special to me, I’ve always wanted one but growing up I was never allowed. So I walked my neighborhood dogs or played with my friends. I absolutely fell in love with dogs and I understand their behaviors and how to properly manage them inside, outside and around other dogs as well. I value each dog as a companion and take the best possible care of each one I encounter. Friends have counted on me to feed, bathe and take care of their pets for years. I’m a current 12 credit student at Hilo Community College studying Accounting. All my classes are online so I have pretty much any time available to work for the Rover App. I have a closed off house that is pet friendly. Reliable transportation and a strong excitement to watch over a friendly animal companion. I am very excited to work with you and your buddy.

About: I have taken care of puppies/dogs from a young age and have always loved animals. I grew up with fish and turtles as well! We have a Shih Tzu Maltese mix that is friendly to all fur babies and humans. I am very reliable, punctual, and have always followed through with everything that I do. Rest assured that your fur baby will be safe with me. I have decided to follow my passion in life. With that, I took a leap of faith and decided to do what I truly love, which is caring for animals on a full-time basis! Hours are from 6 am-6 pm for doggy day care. We have a house with a completely fenced in and gated yard so your fur babies can roam around freely! I vacuum on the daily as well! We do have split ac units in almost every room. In addition, we maintain our property with pesticides that are safe for dogs in our yard to prevent fleas, ticks, and heart worm. To ensure a safe environment, we expect that your dog is on flea, tick, and heart worm medicine and are up-to-date with all vaccines.

About: For the last 2 years I’ve owned and operated a dog daycare and boarding business from my home. I have a fully fenced acre that is mostly grass (not lava) for dogs to come learn, play, and be safe! I also do drop-in visits, and sometimes offer house sitting, at your house for animals that need to stay home. I also have a produce farm here at my property so I am usually outside. Dogs are welcome to come inside and outside as they please. I practice positive reinforcement training at all times. I am interacting with the animals. They will not be left alone or be lonely while they are here. Your dog will go home tired, socialized, and happy! I do not have kennels. If a dog uses a crate at home, I will ask that you bring their “house” with them. This ensures that they have a safe and familiar place to be while they are here. If they do not have a kennel, it’s important that you bring their bed, so they have their own smells and place to rest while at my place. I have 2 resident dogs and a cat who love to have friends over! Cat can be separated if needed. I prefer to have potty trained and well behaved dogs at my house. I can not accept aggressive dogs as I have my own animals here to keep safe. Please reach out with any questions! I look forward to meeting you soon. I typically schedule my own day around dog needs. I have an air conditioned room that dogs can go into and be alone if they need some down time. I often play calming music and keep healthy treats on hand (I will have an allergy discussion with every booking!)

About: I've taken care of dogs since I was 10 years old for neighbors, friends and family. These people have relied on me to walk, feed, and board their pets. I have worked and volunteered at National Mill Dog Rescue for four years where I have enjoyed socializing with dogs in a kennel or play yard, command puppy parties and walks, and have lead outreach programs and events. I'm currently a junior in college who is unemployed, so I'll have plenty of time to walk, run, and play with your pups or kittens! My schedule is currently very open on weekends and during the week it can fluctuate with my class times. I can always make a house stop or walk anytime after 9 am. Home services are currently inactive. However I can provide pet care in the comfort of your home to be sure your pup is enjoying their stay while you're away.

About: I am a healthcare worker transitioning out of the medical field and into a different career and role of care. I am a huge animal lover and have grown up with cats and dogs my whole life with a specialty in senior dog care. We lost both of our senior dogs (one at 13, & one at 14 wonderful years) within a year of each other two years ago. Molly, our Border Collie was diagnosed with a blood disorder at age 8 which brought a lot of hospital visits, special needs, patience, and medication schedules. I have a special place in my heart for senior care. I have experience with rescues, senior animals, small dogs, timid dogs, and dogs that require a lot of exercise. Comfortable with all sizes and breeds, from Chihuahua's to German Short Hair Pointers to Cane Corsos, and all mixed breeds. From dog walking, overnight sitting, feeding, medication administration; all led with love, trust and reliability. My husband and are I building a hobby farm and homestead and I would love to have the opportunity to care for any and all animals. About: Hello! My name is Shelby, my #1 passion is Dogs. I have had a Dog my entire life and would love to watch your Dog(s) for you. I'm from Seattle, WA but I currently live on the Big Island of Hawaii. Your Dog will love staying at my place, 3 acres in Hawaiian Acres, partially fenced with our friendly companion pups named Stinkaroo and Koa. "Stink" is a 50 lb rescue dog, Pitbull,Catahoula & Blue Heeler mix who is currently 4 years old, very friendly and submissive. Koa is a pitbull mix who is 2-1/2years old, also very friendly and has lots of energy. We also have an older pup who we rescued off the street. His name is Zeus and hes about 7 years old. He a bit of a mutt chihuahua, terrier mix. Zeus is smaller about 14 pounds, he is friendly but also can be a grumpy old man, very mellow. We lost 2 of our elder Dogs in 2019 to Cancer. Having new friends come and stay would be a joyful experience for all of us! Myself and my Husband both work from home, so we have lots of time to watch after your Dog and will never be left alone. For overnight visits, we are glad to send you pictures and updates Daily. We also offer drop offs and pick ups. Our Dogs sleep inside on a Dog bed or in our Bed. We do not chain up Dogs and prefer not to watch dogs that need to be chained up. We allow our Pup on the couch, but we are glad to follow all your house rules. If you have any questions, just ask! We'd love to do a meet & greet so we can make sure we're a right fit for you. Keaau, Kurtistown, and Pahoa are all 10 minutes from us. My husband and I work from home so we will have plenty of time to play with your pup, take walks, and potty breaks etc. We have a partially fenced in front yard, as well as a gate on our lanai so your pup can enjoy the nice weather safely. Anytime your pup is with us it will never be alone and will always be on leash when we go for walks, potty breaks etc. Our pups will also be here to keep yours company and happy. I work from home so I have a lot of flexibility when I am watching your pup. Potty break, walks, play time, out of the house adventures etc. I have raised a lot of pups, I am more than happy to follow certain rules/routines or any restrictions you may have for your pet regardless if they are in my home or at their own.

About: I love pets, and I'm sure your pet will love me too! Taken care of pets not only in one state but many! Your pet is like family. Why not treat them with the best care possible. I am currently available during the week and weekends. Working mostly early morning shifts as a bartender so taking them out when needed is guaranteed! About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats literally alllll of my life. I’ve also worked in pet stores and have past experience with birds, fish and reptiles! Currently I have one cat myself and regularly house and dog sit for my friends. They’ve praised my work so much I figure it’s time to offer this service to others :) I’m comfortable giving oral medications to your pets as well, however I do not administer injections unless walked through by owner prior to the sitting booking.

I know how hard it is to find a good sitter (I am occasionally looking), so let me help you. If our schedules work out I am happy to help out! I work from home, so I am always around to help, talk to and keep company your loved pets. They will be cared for and in the company of my other frenchie's. I have a fenced yard. Within the fence we also have another fenced area in case one of the pets needs to be separated. It's a nice space because it's warm, with lots of toys and covered. We live on an acre, so taking walks is a plus! We allow the pets to sleep inside and we have lots of comfy beds.
