About: Love to work with all types of pets! Years of experience with dogs and cats, I am very attentive to care instructions and always leave the pet and parent happy! I’m always family & friends first option for pet care🤍 which is where I got my experience from. I’m currently back home for summer and my schedule is completely open! I love pets so this is the best way I could be spending my free time. I am very attentive to care instructions and I walk small/medium dogs because I am pretty small, I do love dogs of all sizes which is why I am open for visits and drop ins🥰 I am not knowledgeable about trainings however I do appreciate a dog that can listen to simple commands.

About: When I was growing up I would work at my neighbors farm and help with all the animals. She had dogs, cats, horses, goats,chicken, any animal you can think of I've probably been around. Yes even birds lol Before you book with me please know I do have a 6month old whose with me 24/7, i would still absolutely love to watch your babies for you as long as they're okay with babies. I look forward to booking with you(: I currently work part time, Wednesday afternoons, Thursday, Friday, and Saturdays. Other than my job I will definitely be present with all your furr babies🐶🐱 I have a fenced in yard. I plan to buy more toys and treats once this wonderful opportunity takes off. About: Aloha- Here, at our home, we have 3 dogs (listed in my profile). Also, a retired Lana'i School teacher (a regular pro-dog walker too!); and now 4 outdoor cats that have adopted us. They come and go as they please 🤷 I have decades caring for fur babies, both dogs & cats. Aside from my own babies, I was previously employed as a care provider at the Lana'i Animal Rescue Center on the island of Lana'i (previously L.A.R.C., now Lana'i Cat Sanctuary). Additionally, on Lana'i, I did in-home sitting for cats, dogs, and was one of only a handful of foster dog moms on the island. This was also in cooperation with L.A.R.C. In the 90s I was a grooming assistant, so I don't mind giving baths, if that is something you desire for your dog. We are also familiar with giving meds over here, and certainly don't mind working with specialized diets, ages & needs. As a mom, I know these are our kids with individual personalities and needs. I'm here to meet those needs with love, cuddles & kindness (and Play!). For Home Sitting & Boarding: Right now my hours are open, if that changes, I will immediately update. When I am hired to care for an animal, I do just that, so my schedule will revolve around the animal in my care. 1st priority always. I encourage you to make a list of things you might want me to know about your baby. I keep a comfortable & reliable routine so visiting dogs know what to expect and that they're safe. Walks can be a nice bonding activity: Most important is one-on-one attention & playtime. My own dogs are kept separate; in an entirely separate part of the house. My doggie guests have their own large, private room with its own entrance and an adjacent outdoor covered deck/lanai for lounging in the sun & watching neighborhood activities. About: I have taken care of dogs from a young age and have always loved animals. I grew up with fish and turtles as well! We have a Shih Tzu Maltese mix that is friendly to all fur babies and humans. I am very reliable, punctual, and have always followed through with everything that I do. Rest assured that your fur baby will be safe with me. I decided to follow my passion in life. With that, I took a leap of faith to do what I truly love, which is caring for animals on a full-time basis! Hours are from 6 am-6 pm for doggy day care. If you are late in picking up your dog, there will be an additional $15 charge added to your total. We have a house with a completely fenced in and gated yard so your fur babies can roam around freely! I vacuum and mop on the daily as well! We do have split a/c units in almost every room. In addition, we maintain our property with pesticides that are safe for dogs to prevent fleas, ticks, and heart worm. To ensure a safe environment, we expect that your dog is on flea, tick, and heart worm medicine and are up-to-date with all vaccines.

About: I am a conscious Christian teacher of 20 years and care for all animals in a special way. Each pet is unique and so should be cared for in an individual way. About: **I AM TRAVELING OUTSIDE THE COUNTRY STARTING 5/20/26 AND WILL BE BLOCKING MY CALENDAR TILL I KNOW I WILL RETURN. ** I travel off island often and can't have my own puppy family, so I will watch your fur-babies like they are my own! I enjoy the adventure of pup-sitting at homes all over the island. I work remotely so am able to be away from my place for long stretches of time. While I like to explore the local areas I stay in, I will mostly be snuggled up with your fur-babies typing away. I am a veteran with Rover- In fact I have been pet-sitting before Rover existed using Craigslist. I have a huge love for all animals and am very experienced with caring for different types of animals and breeds. I am patient, and gentle with a huge heart for animals. I understand every household has different culture. I always try and mimic all the rules of the home. Pets not allowed on the couch? no problem. Dogs like to sleep in the bed with owners? I am an expert puppy snugger. Perhaps the best. I will try and reinforce all commands and rules so there is a seamless transition upon your return. When dog-sitting in your home I will leave it better than I found it and happily respect boundaries and house rules. * My property is in Hilo but I am open to sitting at homes all over the island. In fact, I love to! I will text picture updates to my clients so they feel comforted that their sweetheart is being loved on. Why I love dog sitting: I had a Golden Retriever rescue for over 15 years till he passed 10 years ago. I travel a lot and didn't think it was fair to get another dog, but have been pet sitting since. I LOVE having dog energy still around... and the friendships I have made with my puppy parents. For my lifestyle it's the best of both worlds! I work remotely so am very flexible with my schedule and love having pets around to love on while exploring new and interesting locations on this beautiful island. My place is in Hilo but am open to doing pet sit stays all around the Big Island. Initial meeting can be done with a zoom call before meet and greet if too far from my area.
