About: I’ve always loved animals as long as I can remember. I have had a lot of pets ranging from a pony to turtles to cockatiels. I have four kitties that are my world 🌏 I’m always grateful for the opportunity to love on other animals too! 🥰 I have been a pet sitter on Rover previously when I was a travel RN in Seattle. I currently work at Krishna Cow Sanctuary and have a flexible schedule. I currently work part-time with a flexible schedule. I have been a nurse for the last five years in oncology. I am taking some time for myself to rejuvenate. I prefer getting to build relationships with pets and their people. It’s great for all of us to have continuity of care. My kitties are family and I love spoiling them and making sure they have healthy lives. I also use Rover when I visit my family and friends on the mainland, and know what it means to have someone else make sure that they are well cared for until I get back.

About: I've taken care of dogs since I was 10 years old for neighbors, friends and family. These people have relied on me to walk, feed, and board their pets. I have worked and volunteered at National Mill Dog Rescue for seven years where I have enjoyed socializing with dogs in a kennel or play yard, command puppy parties and walks, and have lead outreach programs and events. I have also just graduated from college and am headed to Colorado State Vet school this upcoming fall! I currently just moved back home from Hilo, HI after graduating college and will be attending CSU vet school this upcoming fall, so I'll have plenty of time to walk, run, and play with your pups or kittens this summer! My schedule is currently very open on weekdays and weekends. Home services are currently inactive. I follow whatever feeding schedules, rules, and habits the owner has established, and I ask detailed questions before a sit begins so there are no surprises. I treat every home I stay in with care and respect, leaving it in the same condition I found it. For drop-in visits, I arrive on schedule, spend quality time with the pet rather than rushing through, and send updates so owners know everything is going well. In either case I make sure animals have fresh water, are fed on schedule, get appropriate exercise and attention, and are never left alone longer than is comfortable for them. I'm attentive to changes in behavior or health and will contact the owner promptly if anything seems off.

About: **I AM TRAVELING OUTSIDE THE COUNTRY STARTING 5/20/26 AND WILL BE BLOCKING MY CALENDAR TILL I KNOW I WILL RETURN. ** I travel off island often and can't have my own puppy family, so I will watch your fur-babies like they are my own! I enjoy the adventure of pup-sitting at homes all over the island. I work remotely so am able to be away from my place for long stretches of time. While I like to explore the local areas I stay in, I will mostly be snuggled up with your fur-babies typing away. I am a veteran with Rover- In fact I have been pet-sitting before Rover existed using Craigslist. I have a huge love for all animals and am very experienced with caring for different types of animals and breeds. I am patient, and gentle with a huge heart for animals. I understand every household has different culture. I always try and mimic all the rules of the home. Pets not allowed on the couch? no problem. Dogs like to sleep in the bed with owners? I am an expert puppy snugger. Perhaps the best. I will try and reinforce all commands and rules so there is a seamless transition upon your return. When dog-sitting in your home I will leave it better than I found it and happily respect boundaries and house rules. * My property is in Hilo but I am open to sitting at homes all over the island. In fact, I love to! I will text picture updates to my clients so they feel comforted that their sweetheart is being loved on. Why I love dog sitting: I had a Golden Retriever rescue for over 15 years till he passed 10 years ago. I travel a lot and didn't think it was fair to get another dog, but have been pet sitting since. I LOVE having dog energy still around... and the friendships I have made with my puppy parents. For my lifestyle it's the best of both worlds! I work remotely so am very flexible with my schedule and love having pets around to love on while exploring new and interesting locations on this beautiful island. My place is in Hilo but am open to doing pet sit stays all around the Big Island. Initial meeting can be done with a zoom call before meet and greet if too far from my area. I can also do house drop in visits if it coordinates with my location at the time needed. Right now I am primarily house sitting since my property does not have a fenced yard. I will match your schedule as best as possible and take care of your place the way you desire.

About: Dogs are very special to me, I’ve always wanted one but growing up I was never allowed. So I walked my neighborhood dogs or played with my friends. I absolutely fell in love with dogs and I understand their behaviors and how to properly manage them inside, outside and around other dogs as well. About: My dog of 15 years (lab mix) died a few years ago. I miss her, but travel a few times a year and don't want to leave a dog that long. I have lots of love to give and I love walking with a dog. I have extensive house and dog sitting experience with references. I send owners photos of their happy pups while caring for your pet as if were my own. I work at home (writer and online teacher) so your pet will be by my side during the day and we will take frequent walks together, if your pet likes that. I work at home and walk several times a day so I can bring your pet with me if they’d like to go for a walk. I’m also affectionate with animals, and they are affectionate with me so cuddles will be on the agenda. I have a park nearby and access to nearby home wirh fenced where I could visit with your pet so they could run around even more.

I also have experience with puppies and toy breeds. I have a chihuahua. My family raises AQUA quarter horses, and I have years of farm and ranch experience. I have raised many orphaned kittens and I understand cats. Pet care is my priority. I wake up in the morning interacting with animals and I continue to provide for both cats and dogs throughout the day. I usually feed after the dogs relieve themselves and then I will also feed cats. I then check water dishes and clean up any messes or cat litter. Then I interact with the pets and check their well-being. About: I’ve grown up around 3 labs since my first memories, I was always there to walk, bathe, and love them. I then started professional dog sitting in college in 2018. I’m currently a travel nurse only working 3 days a week during the day, I have a lot of free time but I can’t make the commitment to having my own pet due to how often I switch cities. I always crave walking/ running with a dog as I go on walks/ hikes/ and go to near by parks to exercise.
