I was very nervous about leaving my babies and my house for an extensive period over the holidays, but Cathy did everything that she could to reduce my anxiety and make sure that the babies were happy. We talked daily and she sent pictures - this as well as interacting with them through the Furbo made me feel connected even thousands of miles away. By day two, I was not nervous any more and was confident that the babies were having a great time with their “grandma”. On Christmas, Cathy worked with my schedule so that I could see the babies “open” their stockings. Cathy even used some home remedies to address a few minor issues that they had been having (skin irritation etc) and went above and beyond in every way - the house was even cleaner when I can home than when I left. The babies are missing Cathy and we all look forward to the next time that we can share our home with her. She is beyond amazing!”

About: I absolutely love animals and especially dogs. I feel like there is no other genuine creature on earth like them. They have a big heart and love their human more than themselves. Taking care of a doggie it will be more a pleasure then a business. I love long walkes, play dates or just chilling. In the house I live in there are two big dogs ( not mine though). One of them is super friendly but the second one is not that good with other dogs. This is the reason why I would prefer pet sit in the customers house or just go out for walkes and play time.

Ive done pet and property sitting my whole adult life, primarily in Bend, OR. I also spent time in Corfu, Greece caring for dogs with disabilities who were abandoned. I have always owned animals, including cats during my college years, and our family has cared for goats, dogs, chickens, and rabbits. About: I have been around and cared for dogs and cats for most of my life. This care has included walking, feeding, bathing, nail clipping, and maintaining proper sanitation. Being the son of a veterinarian, I also grew up learning the basics on animal first aid, administering routine medications, and caring for senior animals with mobility issues. I currently care for dogs and cats with special needs including skin dermatitis and allergies as well as diabetes. More specifically, I have experience administering sub-cutaneous injections and monitoring blood-glucose levels in cats. I currently work full-time as a research biologist, but typically have a flexible schedule during the week, particularly in the mornings and evenings. My weekends are typically free for any pet care needs. I care for pets based on what the client wants. This includes basic care (feeding, sanitation, exercise) as well as any special treatment the client requests.
