I was very nervous about leaving my babies and my house for an extensive period over the holidays, but Cathy did everything that she could to reduce my anxiety and make sure that the babies were happy. We talked daily and she sent pictures - this as well as interacting with them through the Furbo made me feel connected even thousands of miles away. By day two, I was not nervous any more and was confident that the babies were having a great time with their “grandma”. On Christmas, Cathy worked with my schedule so that I could see the babies “open” their stockings. Cathy even used some home remedies to address a few minor issues that they had been having (skin irritation etc) and went above and beyond in every way - the house was even cleaner when I can home than when I left. The babies are missing Cathy and we all look forward to the next time that we can share our home with her. She is beyond amazing!”

About: I love dogs!!! I’ve been a dog mom to Rocco, my senior rescue, for 5 years now. He is the sweetest, most affectionate, most social baby on the planet :) Being a dog mom has been the greatest joy of my life. We started Rover dog sitting in 2023, and we absolutely LOVE it!!! I’m home pretty much all day so I’m available most of the time to be with your dog. I sometimes check on other dogs and cats in the neighborhood, I might be gone for 30-60 mins. I do have a senior dog, he is pretty low energy at this point. So if you have a dog that can match his energy, and wants to couch snuggle with us, then this will be a great fit for you! My intention for caring for dogs is peace, harmony, safety, and love :) We take multiple dogs at a time, so if this is comfortable for you then yay! We’re looking to care for calm, quiet, peaceful, properly socialized, and well-behaved dogs :) We prefer dogs above 2 years old :) Drop-off times are between 7:30am and 8pm. Pick-up times are between 8:30am and 10pm. Thank you for understanding! I can also do pickups and drop offs if needed! I know how important it is that your pup feel loved, safe, and comfortable while their parents are away. I am ready and able to give that to them. I also have a small, fenced-in backyard. Rocco and I walk twice a day so I’ll be sure to bring your dog with us! Beyond that though, we are a pretty low energy house :) I am a big believer in healing our pet’s trauma and anxiety so that they can feel better and relax. I can help them release trapped emotions and other energies using a technique called The Body Code. It is a holistic approach to healing that treats root causes. “Kristen was very professional, kind, compassionate and attentive towards my fur babies and especially my dog, Baby Gurl! She gifted the doggo a sniffing mat which was so thoughtful and had her own air tag for tracking! My dog fell sick the night before I was leaving and I wasn’t sure what to do. I found some home remedies for her cough and Kristen administered the medicine and found ways to care for my dog that weren’t the usual. She was back in her feet in 24 hours and was able to take her on walks again! She sent me videos throughout the duration and I was so happy to see my fur babies while I was away. About: I absolutely love animals and especially dogs. I feel like there is no other genuine creature on earth like them. They have a big heart and love their human more than themselves. Taking care of a doggie it will be more a pleasure then a business. I love long walkes, play dates or just chilling. Shoot me a text with any questions 🦮 I currently work just mornings so I’m available daily after 4pm, Monday to Friday and in the weekends I am available most of the time . In the house I live in there are two big dogs ( not mine though). One of them is super friendly but the second one is not that good with other dogs. This is the reason why I would prefer pet sit in the customers house or just go out for walkes and play time.

“Brittany was an incredible house and dog sitter. Although she has not utilized River long, she has been pet sitting for a long time. During the orientation and meet’s greet, she asked all the right questions. She wanted to know details of our dog’s typical routines and daily flow. She asked to see how Nelson’s harness worked and as well as how he likes to receive his eye drops. When we returned, the house was impeccably clean. She only asked a few clarifying questions while we were away but was sure to send daily pictures and videos of the dogs. Lastly, we truly appreciated the way she washed and cleaning all the bedding and towels, which was not expected. Brittany was very easy to work with and we will certainly reach out to her again when we travel off island next.”
