Pet care is incorporated into my daily routine every day. I work five days a week at The Viridian Plant Co. In Palmer Alaska, from 10-6 every day besides Sundays and Wednesdays, which are my day(s) off. This leaves me plenty time in the morning and evening to care for my fur babies, and possibly yours too!

I have a fenced in yard so the my three dogs are able to roam freely throughout the day and when it is not nice outside, they always get kenneled due to our cat that likes to cause mischief with the boxer. We have a strict feeding schedule which starts with breakfast no later than 8am and dinner at 6pm with occasional treats throughout the day, and being let outside after each feeding for as long as they need until they are ready to come back inside before being let out for the day. Will follow strict routines you have for your pet as long as it works out with my schedule for my job.

I would need to know how friendly your pet is with other dogs, and other humans. How well they do on a leash and if their recall is good. Certain allergies your pup might have or things you would just want us to avoid. How far of a walk/hike they're able to go on and if they are a strong swimmer. The lake is always a good way to burn energy and get exercise in.

I love taking them to a dog park (if able), I think dogs socializing with other dogs is just as important as us humans having to socialize with our friends! Of course a pup cup from Starbucks is always one of my go-to's after a good day of being out. I love going hikes with my boxer and I think he enjoys it a little more than I do, all the smells he gets to smell and good exercise he gets always makes him happy.

I have taken care of family pets, neighbors pets, strangers, and even my own! I am the animal lover of the family and I'm proud to make that known, I am always being asked to pet sit or even to just come over to walk their dog, and I am always pleased to do so since I enjoy the company of animals very much! I have taken care of older and younger animals and have experience with puppies and kittens.

Jaelyn was a fantastic pet sitter and home sitter! She was very pleasant to work with and watched my pets at my home for several days. I was sent many photos of my pets and texted updates on their days. Both my fur babies seemed relaxed and totally comfortable in her care. Jaelyn administered medication for my senior cat. My dog enjoyed walks and play time each day. She also watered plants, brought in mail, and took out trash for us. This was my first time using Rover services and she made the experience very easy. We will definitely request future services from Jaelyn!
Jaelyn was fantastic! Perry was comfortable with her right away which put us all at ease to leave him with her. Perry is an older guy with health issues and she took perfect care of him while we needed to be away. I would definitely use her again and highly recommend her to others. Thank you, Jaelyn!
