About: I have always loved and cared about all animals. I currently own 3 cats, a bearded dragon, a tarantula, and fishes. I am currently a veterinary assistant student and will be pursuing a vet tech degree right after! I have taken care of dogs since I was 12. Family friends would let me walk their dog around the neighborhood. Although I don't own any dogs currently, on my free time i go to the san martin animal shelter and do doggy day out. I take dogs on a field trips out of the shelter whether it is a hike, a day at the beach, or just a walk at a park. About: I’ve been pet sitting for friends and neighbors for about 15 years, and I’ve had dogs my entire life. My first dog came into my life when I was just 7 years old. She was my best friend and lived a long, happy life. As a young adult, I had my next dog—an Akita who absolutely loved people. She, too, was part of our family for many wonderful years and was very loved and spoiled. Since then, I’ve chosen to adopt my family dogs from shelters. My most recent dog recently moved to Los Angeles with my college student, and while I’m so happy for them, I definitely miss having a dog around! Growing up, I spent a lot of time caring for family pets, which taught me responsibility, patience, and how much joy animals can bring to everyday life. He got packages from outside that werent supose to be delivered so that was great too. He showed up on time and stayed until our agreed upon touch down of flight very late the last night.
