About: I’ve had a lifelong love for animals. When I was 14, I begged my parents for a dog, and they finally gave in. I was so excited! I got another dog when I was 18. My first dog had some health issues, like inconsistent urination and alopecia, which helped me learn how to administer medication. In the past few years, I’ve been cat-sitting for family and friends, and I absolutely love spending time with cats during the day! I have a flexible schedule and am available for pet care throughout the week. I work primarily in the evenings, which allows me to provide morning and daytime visits, walks, feeding, playtime, and companionship. I am also available for overnight house sitting and can stay with your pets to help maintain their normal routine and provide comfort while you’re away. About: I’ve been a pet parent myself for 10 years, caring for my own dog while looking after multiple cats. I’ve looked after friends and families animals so I am very comfortable stepping into new environments. I’ve gained hands on experience with pets that require medication (including pills, liquids, injections, etc). I currently am training for my upcoming hockey season! Monday-Thursday I’m available for morning visits before 1 PM (as early as 7 AM), and for afternoon/evening visits anytime after 3PM. On weekends, I’m fully open and can do multiple visits, walks, or overnight stays. I will be going back to college in Salt Lake, Utah at the beginning of August (August 4th) and plan on switching services to that location! I plan my week around confirmed bookings and make sure your pets care never overlaps with something else. When caring for pets in your home, my goal is to keep their routine as normal as possible so they feel comfortable. I always leave the home clean and like to send updates (whether it’s a text or a photo) after visits so you know how things are going. He got packages from outside that werent supose to be delivered so that was great too. He showed up on time and stayed until our agreed upon touch down of flight very late the last night. Knowing he lives in the town we do also is nice. We will definitely get him to stay again if he's free next time we need a sitter. He even fixed our tv remote/sound bar connectivity issues. Growing up, I cared for many species of animals such as cats, dogs, hamsters, guinea pigs, and butterflies. I currently live with an orange tabby named Rosie who’s 10 and a little spicy. I have cared for and pet sat cats and dogs of friends and family for several years. I helped my sibling foster 4 kittens. I walked dogs ages two to fourteen and from 12lbs to 80lbs. No matter the size, I enjoy carrying for fur babies, while making sure each animal is comfortable, safe, and happy. My schedule is quite flexible - from morning to evenings - only working around personal projects and care. Drop-in visits toward the end of the evening are doable. I am generally available on weekends. I appreciate owners who provide detailed information on routines and care, so I can provide best for their pet as to ensure comfort and consistency. I have cared for cats and dogs from 5lbs to 80lbs and from elderly to energetic. I enjoy taking dogs out for regular walks, whether it’s just to get them out of the house or to tire them out. Usually I walk one pup at a time, but I have walked two medium size dogs (40-50lbs each) from the same household together. Some of the dogs I have cared for have been unfazed by people or other pets, while others have been well trained but anxious or potentially reactive to others dogs, requiring a soft muzzle. On overnights and drop-ins, the dogs I have cared for have had various diets, including raw food, kibble, and fruits/vegetables (as treats). I’ve had pets that required separate meals, unique rituals around meals, or specific supplements/pill medications at meals. Some households have asked I crate their dogs at night, while others have pups that want to be in whichever room I sleep.
