About: I’ve cared for dogs my whole life, and for the past several years I’ve specialized in seniors and small, medium breeds, including my own 11-year-old Yorkie with heart and airway conditions. I’m confident with medications, gentle routines, and multi-day stays, and I currently sit regularly for repeat clients in Providence. I run my own practice from home, so my schedule is flexible and pets are rarely alone. My days are built around routine, morning walks, midday breaks, and calm evenings. Guest dogs join my daily rhythm naturally, with consistent feeding times, multiple walks, and plenty of one-on-one attention throughout the day In my home, I host one guest at a time in a calm, quiet space with supervised indoor time and secure, leashed walks. In your home, I follow your routines, feeding times, medications, and house rules. I always start with a meet and greet, keep dogs leashed or secured at all times, and send regular photo updates so you always know how your pup is doing.

About: I’ve taken care of my own dogs and friends’ pets since I was 13. I love animals, and have had added experience working with senior dogs within the last few years as my own little ones are in their golden years! I am currently in grad school, so my availability can fluctuate monthly. I am typically available on weekends and week nights, but depending on the week/month I can be available during some week days as well. My apartment complex has plenty of grassy areas and our own fenced in dog park! The complex is also located in a very suburban area with plenty of quiet streets to go on walks. Your pet’s safety is my priority, and whether I go to them or they come to me, I will make sure they’re safe (and also feel safe)!

About: Ive been taking care of my own pets as long as Ive been able, and began pet sitting, house sitting, and dog walking for others in high school during 2022. I have experience with cats and dogs of varying ages (puppies/kittens-elderly pets) and needs (illnesses and disabilities), as well as more exotic pets like lizards, birds, rodents, and aquatic animals like fish, turtles, and axolotls. I’ve administered medications for dogs, but do not have experience with needles. I’ve spent up to a week taking care of several animals at a time, as well as short periods like nights and checking in daily. I will do all I can to provide your pet and home with the care they need! I’m currently in college, but primarily online, so my school schedule is flexible with your needs! I am not working outside of pet care so I am not tied down to other responsibilities and provide the time needed to care for your pets. I’ve lived with pets my whole life, so I understand that every animal has their own personality, routine, and needs. When caring for pets in their own home, I’ll follow their usual schedule as closely as possible, including feeding, walks, playtime, bathroom breaks, and lots of attention. I’m comfortable paying attention to a pet’s behavior and making sure they’re safe, comfortable, and secure. I’ll also treat your home with respect, double-check doors and gates, and follow any specific instructions you leave. I’m happy to send photos and updates so you can relax knowing your pets are being well cared for while you’re away.

About: My name is Breanne! I own a hound/ GSD, two cats, and I am fostering a lab! I used Rover in a pinch one day so I know how important this job is and how much of a lifesaver it can be! I would love the opportunity to help someone else in a pinch and make a dog happy at the same time. I am very active, I run trails, walk, hike, I can take your dog to the park, hiking, whatever you need. I have experience with various harness tools, etc.. as my dog is a working dog and we are constantly training. I love spending time with pets in all settings and I’m happy to help in any way I can! I also volunteer at a rescue in my spare time and coordinate spay and neuter services. I currently telework three days a week and have the flexibility to increase this when necessary. I work Monday - Friday 8-3:30pm and can work from anywhere. I believe in maintaining a pets routine to the best of my ability. “tl;dr: Julia is the GREATEST. She was super communicative and my cat loved her + very much appreciated the care he needed post-dental procedure! Our sweet kitty, Leo, had a dental issue that meant that he had to get some teeth extracted and I got pulled on a work trip the day of the procedure so we needed someone to hang out with our little guy for a couple days. Julia swooped in and hung out with Leo while he was recovering. She clearly is experienced with giving meds to cats and reading kitty behavior. Would 100000% work with Julia again.”

When we moved here to Rhode Island, my mom continued to be a vet tech and brought her love of animals home while we fostered all kinds! I tailor my visits to their specific pace. I am reliable with strict feeding schedules, and administering medications if needed, including shots, oral pills and oral liquids. I work from home in social media marketing and create my own schedule, so I am available for same day visits and can work from wherever! I’m basically always on call for those last minute drop ins.
