About: Ever since I was a kid, my heart would joyously melt in front of any and every four legged friend. I love getting to know other animals, and take care of them as if they were my own. I got my start pet sitting by looking after my friends and neighbors’ dogs and cats on occasion. At present, my longest cat sitting gig was 3 weeks straight in which I stayed with my fur friend for ~6-8 hours a day just to keep her company. I work remotely, so my workstation is mobile. Ideally, i prefer to visit pets and take care of them anytime before 10am, but my calendar is very flexible. My workstation is mobile, so if desired, I can keep your pet company for extended periods of time during the day. I’m also available all day on the weeknds. I have 2 dogs that I love dearly and walk 2-3 times every single day at routine times. I brush them frequently, I strap on little booties for their paws daily to protect them from the hot pavement, and I play with them to their little hearts content.

I have a large partially fenced yard with a dog run. My home is five minutes from the train station and has a large walkable park for the dogs to walk at. We have a lab/greyhound mix that loves making friends and two cats that can be cordoned off to their own space if needed. They are all very mild mannered and friendly with up to date immunizations and regular flea and heart worm medication. Ive been watching dogs in our home for since 2015 and walking them for longer. I do not take more than one family's animals at a time. My two daughters love to play with and spoil the animals. We do allow them on the couch but not on our bed. I have some experience caring for elderly or special needs dogs and will consider them on a case by case basis. I love the opportunity to meet and care for new animals while also supporting the people in my community. I work hybrid and have good flexibility to come home or work from home in order to care for our animals or take them for walks. Someone is home 80% of the time during the week. When we let animals out in our yard, they are chained on a lead while we stand out with them. During walks we make sure that animals do not get close to other people's animals. I understand the unpredictability that can come when mixing animals and I am sure to safeguard any animals in my care. We also ensure that we keep our home extra tidy during visits to prevent accidental ingestion of unwanted items.
