“Brittney is the best! She was so good to my Dolly. Very communicative, which I appreciated as a first time rover user. She cleaned up the cat dishes too which was no necessary for her to do, but so kind. Would highly recommend and will use her again!”

About: I have been around dogs my whole life. Growing up my family had loving but sassy golden retriever, she was so nurturing and maternal we nicknamed her Nanny Girl. She always groomed and watched over us kids but also our cats lol! I then was blessed to spend 12 wonderfully sweet years with my black lab. He was such a spunky, funny pup and grew into the sweetest, most gentle little old man. I miss him terribly, but I am not quite ready to get another dog. I frequently dog/cat sit for family and friends and I still have boxes of toys left for your pup to play with. I remember the stress and worry of leaving your fur baby behind and in the care of someone else when going on vacation. I can promise you that I will love and spoil your fur baby as if they were my own. I work from home full time so I will be with your dog all day (with the exception of a possible quick errand). I can accommodate any needs that your dog has. If they are high energy I am very familiar with lots of parks, trails and dog parks in the area to run and play and get all that energy out. If they have slowed down a bit I have a comfy couch and lots of blankets to snuggle up with and toys to play at their pace with. I work remotely, so I am able to be with your pet all day. We can go out for walks frequently or if medication needs to be administered throughout the day I am available to do that. I am very clean and am overly cautious when taking pups outside. I always make sure they are on their leash securely and stay alert for things going on around us.

“Danielle was so great helping me out over a holiday. She communicated and we were able to text while she was at my house, which always helps a mom away! Very caring for both my big dog and my senior cat. Will use again!”

About: Dogs have been in my life since I was kid. My first dog, Bandit, was part-Akita and part- Dalmatian. Then I had Riley, a mixed mutt and rescue, for 14 years. I have dog sat for my neighbors as a kid, and recently dog sat for family and friends, including house sitting so the pups don't have to leave home. I give the best head scratches and can play a mean game of fetch and tug of war (try to beat me doggos). I enjoy going on adventures and exploring the neighborhood and will protect my clients from any pesky squirrels and rabbits. I will also send pictures or videos and an amusing caption to keep you in touch with your fur baby! I work full time as a virtual high school teacher, and have plenty of flexibility during the summer. My Riley has passed recently and spending time with dogs will be nice to do. I have a fenced backyard and a decent size house. I have taken care of dogs with fenced yards and those without. When there's no fence, I keep the pups on a leash. I never let my own dogs go off leash. I will love your fur baby as if they were my own. I will play and walk, and in the event of fireworks or thunderstorms, I will provide cuddles and distract them with my favorite movie- Jurassic Park. It worked for Riley.

“Caitlin was great! Checked on my cat for a few days while I was out of town and sent photos and was super communicative through the whole process, I will absolutely use her again when I’m out of town in the future!”

“A total lifesaver who I trust with my baby!! First time using rover and was nervous having someone come into our house....Alicia is reliable and we book her about 4 days every week!”

About: ever since i was born we had at least one dog in my family home. mostly large breed dogs. my husband and i unexpectedly had to say goodbye to our 6 year old german shepherd. he was our absolute WORLD and we would love to spoil and take care of some dogs in the community before we are ready to home our next 4 legged best friend. i'm currently working part-time (usually 6:30-11am, 4x per week) and have a very flexible schedule around those morning hours, so i have plenty of time during the day and in the evening to play with pups. my weekend availability depends on any social events. we have a decent sized fenced in yard and no other animals or children in the house. our dog used to have free range in the house, on the furniture, and in the yard, so we would let your pup use our house as if it were their own as well! we also live right off of a paved bike path that leads to the beach, perfect for walks :)

About: I think that animals have personalities, feelings, and emotions just like humans do. So when I take care of a furry friend, it's like I'm taking care of a baby. They need a lot of attention and require a lot of care. I like to get to know your fur baby and build a bond with them. I know that leaving your pet with a stranger can be nerve-racking but I want you to know that when you leave your dog in my care, that they will be treated with respect and given the best care that I can provide. I am always available and willing to put in the effort it takes. This would help supplement my income and give me the opportunity to spend more time with fur babies of all kinds! I enjoy the company of fur babies, it is very therapeutic. I have plenty of space for fur babies to be comfortable. I love to take my baby on walks and have plenty of play time as well.

About: Hi there! I’m a devoted dog mom and experienced pet sitter with a true passion for caring for pups of all sizes and stages of life. Over the past 14+ years, I’ve raised and trained two incredible dogs—a black lab for 5 years and a golden retriever named Lucy, who I lovingly cared for through her senior years. Lucy had both hypothyroidism and epilepsy, so I’m very familiar with administering daily medications and monitoring for special needs. Now, I’m raising our newest golden retriever puppy, Millie! She’s 4 months old, full of spunk, and currently enrolled in obedience school. We use crate training and positive reinforcement daily in our home, and I know how to create a calm, structured environment that helps dogs feel safe and secure. I’ve also helped care for my neighbor’s dog for several years—walking and feeding him while they were away. Whether it’s a pup who needs extra playtime, a shy dog who thrives on quiet cuddles, or a senior who needs a little extra TLC, I’m here to help. I’d love to meet your furry family member and offer them a home-away-from-home (or care in yours!) with the same love, consistency, and attentiveness I give my own. I have a fenced in back yard and large dog crate, when I care for your dog at their home they have the benefit of staying in their familiar environment. Let me know if your pup needs socialization with my dog loving pup! I use positive reinforcement training & a firm, caring tone to calmly redirect your dog reinforcing their best behavior

“Brittney is the best! She was so good to my Dolly. Very communicative, which I appreciated as a first time rover user. She cleaned up the cat dishes too which was no necessary for her to do, but so kind. Would highly recommend and will use her again!”

Bonnie S.

“Bonnie watched our very energetic, 6 month old, puppy for 10 days last summer. She took such good care of her, walked her twice a day, played with her in the yard, snuggled - as much as you can with a puppy with those sharp teeth:) and basically was a great dog mom while we were gone. Bonnie is a very happy and kind person which carried over to her care of our puppy. I observed her being gentle but firm when interacting with our puppy as well as my daughter's dog and could see that she genuinely loves animals. Upon our return I could tell our puppy missed all the love and attention she was given. Bonnie spent a lot of time with our puppy and took great care of her. I would highly recommend her to be your dog's caregiver!”

Stephanie R.

“Stephanie is great! She is on time and keeps us posted when she begins and ends her visit, and the pics are a nice feature! Will book with her again, and again.”

Heather K.
“Heather is an awesome dog sitter! Extremely punctual, reliable, dependable and trustworthy! She is so good with dogs, they take to her right away. She has such a way with them. When she stayed with my dog for a week, she took him on long walks every day, kept him fed, watered & loved 24/7, took good care of my apartment, and even sent regular photos, messages and videos about my pup so that we never had to worry and knew what he was up to all the time. He was in great hands! I will say, after Heather left, our dog was pretty sad without her!! She is that good—dogs will get attached to her. Whenever he sees or smells her now, he goes absolutely bonkers. 10/10 would hire Heather again. She’s our go-to. I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my doggo!”

“This young man has done wonders!! Idk what I would have done without him. I have two big dogs and a little sassy one (ankle biter) but she loves him!!! He made sure they were well taken care of and very playful with them. Took them to the park, fed them very well as my fur babies are really spoiled. He treated them like they were his own and they adore him!!! He is the one to get! Get him now before he is all booked up! Thank you young man!”
