About: Extremely Reliable Pet sitter. Visiting them a few hours a day or staying with them while you are away I will treat your Cat or Dog as if it was my own. They are truly amazing animals and I would want the same for mine. I personally will take the ultimate care of your loved one while you are away. My Dog slept on the bed with me until she could no longer. I picked her up and took her off my bed every day. It did not matter. She was the very best thing ever in my life. Cat or Dog or frog! Does not matter to me. An animals love is like no other. You can depend on me to look in or sit for your pet. It's all I do and I love it. I Pet sit and I truly love it. Moved back to the Bay Area to take care of my 92 yr Mother. Or my mother is taking care of me lol. She is amazingly well. My golden retriever was truly the best thing ever. Now I don't have any pets and certainly Miss the love that they unconditionally provide. I can drop in on your pet or spend the night with them. You tell me. Like you, I want them to be very comfortable in the own surroundings. Some will be afraid and some will miss their owners terribly, but rest assured I will do everything in my power to insure nothing has changed and by the time I'm done sitting they will treat me as they treat you.

About: As a responsible wife and mom of two grown kids, I understand how hectic life can get when you need to work and also balance your home life. I can be the person that fills the gaps when you need to be away from home. I get it - these are your babies, and from me, they will get a second "mom" they can count on and hopefully grow to love when you need to be away. I'm a very mellow person, and animals really pick up on a person's energy, so all animals seem to gravitate towards me. I love all animals and have had the honor of loving many different, such as chinchillas, hamsters, guinea pigs, rabbits, rats, birds of all kinds, many types of fish, and bearded dragons! I currently have 3 cats — Kleo, Daenerys, Noel, 1 dog — Penny, 2 finches — Crow & Chimi and a Bearded Dragon named Mango! I'm also a Reiki healer, so if you would like a separate session added onto your visit, please let me know! My senior cat Kleo needs daily oral medication and weekly injections of B12, so I'm comfortable giving meds when requested. I am currently a full-time animal sitter! I was laid off from a tech company in January and decided I didn't want to go back to the stress and grind. I wake up super early with my husband to make him breakfast and send him off to work, then I meditate, care for my own animals and head out to my first client of the day! I like to get a thorough meet and greet done with new clients to make sure I'm a good fit for yours and your animals' needs. I like to make sure everyone is comfortable (myself included) before we decide on a booking, especially for dogs. Cats are pretty relaxed, but it's always nice to meet them and know where everything is located before the big day. Drop-in visits can consist of not just food replenishment, and potty breaks outside (for dogs) but also a quick play session. Just let me know what you prefer! One hour visits will depend on your needs and requirements. If you have special things you would like me to do with your dog or cat, I'm happy to accommodate! Also, as a thank you for booking a one hour session, I'm offering a free Reiki energy session for your dog or cat at no additional cost to you! (A $50 value)

“Maria is a wonderful dog walker. Our puppy is quite nervous with strangers, and he absolutely loves her. She is kind to him and makes every walk / visit a nice experience!”

About: Have been caring primarily for cats and some elder dogs since 2020. Friends, neighbors, and family know I am the go to person for all their pet sitting needs. Currently living at home with my parents and am available 7 days a week and for a wide variety of hours. Devoting my time caring for your pets. Very good at following your instructions for feeding, brushing, as well as litter box refresh and other "accident" clean up. I particularly enjoy the "Playful Activities" part of caring for your fur baby.

About: Hi! I’m Bella, a dog lover who has been caring for pets for thirteen years. I’m town recently-passed dog was a disabled senior—as such, I’m familiar and comfortable with the gentler care many dogs, particularly older dogs and those with disabilities, need. As a lifelong pet parent, I also know that entrusting your pets to a new person is nerve-wracking, and I strive to be a gentle and positive presence for dogs and their families. I look forward to working with you and your animal friend(s)! :) I’m a recent college grad volunteering and caring for pets while hunting for a job, so I have plenty of availability to spend time with your pets! I have years of experience sitting for pets in their own familiar homes: I strive to disrupt the environment as little as possible to maintain pets’ comfort and safety. I all also careful to be mindful of each dog’s needs — short, long, uphill or flat walks, etc — and routine to help calm any anxiety with unfamiliar people.

About: I'm a devoted pet owner with two dogs and two cats. I love playing with them and understanding their behavior. Right now, I'm actively studying dog training methods and working towards becoming a certified dog trainer. Now that my kids are all in college, I have plenty of time to play and walk with your dogs. Feel free to let me know if you'd like me to spend some time with your pup! Your dog will enjoy tailored adventures, whether it's leashed walks in the neighborhood, energetic runs at the dog park, or playing their favorite games in a secure yard. I carefully follow your pet's existing routine while monitoring their comfort and energy levels at all times. Safety is my priority, all outdoor activities use secure leashes, and I'm always attentive to your dog's body language and emotional cues.

About: Throughout my life my family and I have always had cats and dogs of various sizes and temperaments from chihuahuas to Dobermans as well as a variety of cats. I have experience crate training and obedience training puppies with consistence and compassion. I work from home and can tailor my schedule to fit the needs of my pet care clients, whether they be at our home or yours. I have a large, fenced in back yard and live less than a minutes walk away from one of the biggest county parks in the area with miles of paved paths and trails.

About: With over 7 years of experience caring for cats, I’ve developed a sharp eye for detail—I often notice injuries or unusual behavior at first glance. I’ve cared for injured and recovering cats, making sure they receive all their medications on time and in the correct dosage. Cleanliness and routine are important to me, so I always wash food and water bowls thoroughly. I understand feline body language and know how to help cats feel safe, relaxed, and loved. I also love sharing updates, so I regularly send photos and videos to cat parents for peace of mind. I have a very flexible work schedule, so I’m able to stay home whenever cats need me. Their well-being is always a priority. I’ve also installed cameras at home to monitor their eating and litter box habits—making sure they’re eating on time and staying healthy. My routine is built around giving them consistent care, attention, and a stress-free environment. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or at a client’s, I prioritize safety, comfort, and routine. I always open and close doors carefully to ensure cats stay safely indoors. I closely follow each client’s instructions—checking food, water, and litter box conditions every visit. After all the essentials are done, I make time to play and bond with the cats so they feel happy and loved while you’re away.

About: I've trained my dog with Canine Good Citizen. I have worked with old and young dogs. I am eager to give your dogs a great day! I work shifts at a sales position a few days a week. I want to be able to work more to get more into my schedule! I love to walk dogs! I walk my friends dog a lot. I used to hike with my dog around trails in San Jose and had a great time!

About: Years of experience caring for all sized dogs (and cats). You can add hamsters, mice, birds, fish to that list too! In 5th grade I became the neighborhood dog walker, walking multiple doggies at a time! Growing up, my family had a German Shepherd (you can also add cat, hamster, chinchilla and birds to this list). Now my family has Mousse, the sweetest Pitbull- boxer mix who is the light in all of our lives (he lives with my parents). I am very passionate about dogs and their happiness and well- being. They aren’t just a pet, they are members of our families; they are the light to our life. My friends and family used to believe that I would be a vet or one who works with animals because of the love and trust I have built with the many dogs that I have been lucky to meet. I am very attentive. Will gladly follow special feeding or care requirements for pets who are a little more particular than others. I am HERE to keep your pets safe, help you socialize them if needed; take them out to parks, trails, or on their favorite route; play with them, and give them all the belly rubs they want! If needed, I’m happy to integrate housesitting tasks for longer trips! Will send photos and video updates and keep you informed on how your furry child is doing during our time together! Responsible. Excellent communicator. Passionate. Loving. And here to make sure you and your pup feel comfortable :) I currently am not working so I am flexible to accommodate as needed, with the exception that I have to drop off/ pick up my daughter to school (drop off 7:50 AM/ pickup 2:30 PM) and Tuesday/ Thursdays (drop off 3:40 PM/ pickup 5:00 PM). She is 10 years old and is always happy to help/ join me when allowed! :) Pets' safety and wellbeing are my top priorities! I believe that you, the owner(s) know best about what your pet needs to feel safe, loved and feel a sense of home away from home; so following your instructions is something I value deeply! I believe in building a bond with your pet and creating a sense of trust, safety, care and love with them. I am flexible and open and value building a relationship with each pet and of course their owner(s)! For dog walking / drop – in visits: Happy to take them on walks around their block, their favorite park, around downtown LG, Vasona Park. I would be happy to have your pet come to my home. I do have a 10 year old daughter who accommodates me when she is allowed in helping with your pets (usually providing them with never ending belly rubs and playtime or as needed). We do live in an apartment however so preferably dogs that don’t have separation anxiety or bark is ideal! When in my clients home I am very respectful of their property and will arrange my schedule to the daily schedule of their pets. You will never come home to a messy home as I enjoy cleaning very much. I will send updates and photos throughout the course of your travels.

“I frequently go out of town for work and don't trust anyone but Diane to come drop in to take care of my two cats Bear and Toby. Typically they're very shy with strangers but they both loved her immediately! She's always great with communication and sends me pics of the boys when she plays with them. I don't feel as guilty when I have to be away because I know Diane is with them and loves them like they're her own kitties. Super dependable and reliable - I can't say enough good things about her or recommended her more highly!”

Norelvis O.
“Paola is a dependable and caring guardian for our Doberman Ai'kauri; though I was concerned at first about our two-year-old dog's energy and rambunctiousness she took to Paola right away and listens to her better than she listens to me. :-) I feel totally at ease leaving Ai'kauri with her and am so thrilled to have found a local sitter I can rely on!”

Monte Sereno dog parents share their Rover experiences
Pam did a great job of walking our puppy while we were out of town. Our daughter was working from home and was unable to get him his usual walks. Pam was punctual and communicative and had some good feedback for us about our pup. Will definitely use her again in the future.
