When we met we warned her that my little one can be very shy and tends to hide from people she doesn't know. Jennifer went out of her way to bond with her and she warmed up and felt secure in no time at all. Amazing! She made sure each of my girls got plenty of attention and play time. She was very respectful of our home and made sure to leave it clean and tidy and even ran a load of laundry so we could come home without the need to do any chores.
