I always treat dogs like they're my own, I love animals of all kinds and can handle all ages and a wide range of personality types. I'm patient with dogs who pull the leash or go slow and do a lot of sniffing. I work part time so I have a fairly flexible schedule from 10am-3pm on Mo-Fr. I am happy to walk outside no matter the weather. I have a new EV to pick your dog up in and take them to a trail head. I always make sure their collar, leash, and/or harness is secured. I am good at following instructions and am accepting of advice you have about taking care of your dog.

For me this means safety 1st- preventing escapes, hazards, or unwanted wandering. I will always look for things that could become a problem around curious pups and help alleviate such hazards. I don’t allow dogs to interact with off leash dogs unless it’s an explicit request of the owner, otherwise I always walk on leash and keep distance from other dogs we encounter.

About: I've had dogs my whole life ranging from a 105 pound Lab to a 9 pound Chihuahua. Family friends and acquaintances have relied on me time and time again to house sit and watch their dogs/cats. I have set blocks of time in the mornings, between classes, and in the evenings that I dedicate to feeding, walks, and check-ins. On weekends and lighter class days, I’m able to spend extra time on longer walks, playtime, or sitting stays. I prefer caring for pets in their own home because it keeps them comfortable, relaxed, and in a familiar routine. When I’m in a client’s home, I follow all instructions closely—feeding according to their schedule, refreshing water, providing potty breaks, walks, playtime, and any special care they need.

About: Hi, my name is Jessica! I have experience with many breeds of dogs through my work in rescue and previous experience with walking and boarding dogs. I’ve worked with stronger breeds like shepherds, pitbulls/bully breeds, doberman, as well as herding breeds. I have a dog of my own that’s social with other dogs and assisted with teaching rambunctious puppies doggy manners as well as confidence building in shy dogs. My previous experience includes working with dogs with separation anxiety, leash reactivity, and dog selectivity/dog aggression. I live in a home with no breed restrictions. I can administer medication if the dog in my care requires it. I will continue training of the pets in my care according to what is practiced in the dogs home regularly.

About: I have a big house with many comfortable spots to choose from. There is plenty of yard for your curiosity and a warm deck to soak up some sunshine. The house is pet friendly and clean. You have my undivided attention and I can take you with me most of the time. I love your company and miss you when you go home. Discount for multi-dog families and extended stays. I work part time so I have plenty of time to spend with your pet. There is someone home almost all of the time, the exception being a couple of hours in the early afternoon. I have a huge picture window facing a mountainside that sports many animals that entertain us. I have a high fence and secure gate. Not many visitors or much foot traffic. Quiet and safe.
