About: I have about ten years of experience caring for animals such as dogs, cats, horses, reptiles, birds, fish and small animals including hamsters, guinea pigs, rabbits and rats. I worked at my local pet shop during high school and community college. I am experienced in working with reactive dogs and identifying body language as I have an Australian Shepherd who is wary of strangers and other dogs. I’m currently working four days a week for the State Parks in Half Moon Bay. I have a flexible schedule and usually have early mornings and afternoons free. I provide a safe, calm, and supervised environment where pets can enjoy relaxing and playing. I follow each pet’s normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, potty breaks, walks and any medications they need!
“Ben took excellent care of our two senior dogs and our home! He followed our instructions closely and made sure our older dog got the extra attention and care he needed, especially during feeding time. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of a caring and attentive pet sitter.”

“Elizabeth was a great pet sitter. She was punctual and sent lots of photos of our dog and three cats. The place was clean when we arrived home. The pets seemed very happy.”

“Amazing in every way! Tessa goes above and beyond to care for our critters- our neighbors even tell us how happy our pets were when we were away. Tessa will always be our first call any time we need sitting!”

“Really great with my adult Rotti and occasionally obnoxious puppy! The dogs were happy and seemed very well cared for. Colin also cleaned up after a dog bed disemboweling and left the house spotless. We are already looking forward to our next trip away.”

“Julie was absolutely wonderful! I’d give a thousand stars if I could. Julie stayed at our house to watch our two special needs dogs for 11 days while we were abroad. She provided daily updates daily which really helped put our minds at ease. Julie is extremely professional, flexible and reliable. We would definitely have Julie stay at our place and watch our pups again!”

About: I have many years of experience with dogs. I have grown up surrounded by dogs my whole life. For about 4 years I helped train, walk and babysit pet around my neighborhood and I have always had great feedback! I’m currently community college and I have a part time job that I go to after school once a week and on the weekends. The job goes for no later than 7:30pm. I will be able to have time to feed, walk, and spend time with your pets in the morning and at night on the days I work, and on the weekends I can spend even longer periods of time with your pet. I walk, feed, and clean up after the pets I take care of including my own. I also LOVE dogs so spending time with them isn’t a chore for me, and the cleaning up after just comes with the fun of spending time with them!

“Deborah was great! She watched my dog two dsys in a row. The second day my dog was waging his tail and wanted belly rubs from her. She sends updates during the stay so you will be informed how your pup is doing. She's a great sitter if you are in Half Moon Bay for the weekend.”

About: I’ve had dogs since I was 5 years old. My two recents are Cow and Calf. Cow is a Saint Bernard/german shepherd mix and Calf her son we bred with a Mastiff. I have them trained and capable for any situation. I spent arduous hours training them to be farm hands and hunters. We have a loving home and now reside in Pacifica, CA. I have careers that allow me to be present at home with them and I want to extend that loving, caring and supportive home environment to your dog(s). They won’t have a single day without fun or socialization if they’re with this pack. I am currently working from home and have a flexible schedule. I walk my two dogs about 2-4 hours every day hiking through the Pacifica hills near Mori Point or taking the dogs to the beach. My dogs and I are best friends. We are almost always together and when I’m out handling client calls they are with me. I give them hours of play outside at the beach and mountains daily. These spoiled pups eat an organic whole food diet and have a vast collection of toys they are very happy to share with a play mate. Dogs are welcome in our home and I would gladly take heed of any and all requests from a client in my home or theirs! We would treat a client’s home like our friend and Family’s to ensure it’s as good or better than when I arrived.
About: I’ve taken care of all types of dogs and cats since I was 12 — everything from playtime to hikes to administering medication depending on the pet’s needs. I personally grew up with two big cats and two big dogs, so generally I’m comfortable with any size/temperament! I’m currently working part-time jobs here and there, so I have plenty of time to walk, care for, and check in on your pets as needed! I’m pretty active, so if hikes/walks/runs are needed I’m always down! I have a fenced backyard with plenty of grassy space to roam, 2 friendly labs to play with your pet (they have big crates and can be crated if desired, or your pet can be crated if that’s your preference).
“Esmeralda did house & cat sitting for us while we were away for 2 weeks. She was terrific! She saved our vacation when we had a truly last minute kitchen faucet leak. She took care of emptying out the bucket we placed under the pipe on a daily basis and even took out all the wet items from under the kitchen sink cabinet and dried them off for us. She even got a bigger bucket from her own home to help with our situation. She made our kitty, Uli, very happy, playing with him and petting him. We could see how happy he was. We feel very fortunate to have found Esmeralda on Rover just in time before our vacation when our previous sitter told us he couldn’t make it. Thank you very much, Esmeralda, for all the attention and care you gave to Uli and our home!”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Josh was an absolute gem of a cat sitter! From our initial video chat, I knew Dennis (my recently adopted ex-street cat) would be in good hands. Josh came to the meet & greet fully prepared and even managed to get Dennis to come out from under the bed—no small feat for a cat who spent 8+ years on the streets! 😸 He sent updates, photos, and thoughtful messages each visit, which really helped ease my first-time Rover nerves. He even met me after to return my keys and parking pass—above and beyond. Josh has great energy, and Dennis clearly approved (which says everything). Highly recommend—your pets will be in caring, capable hands. Will definitely book again!”

“Jess was amazing to work with and took such good care of our puppy and our home. She was reliable, responsive, and proactive in communicating each day about how everything went. Our dog seemed very happy spending time with her and we came home to a relaxed dog, clean home, and cookies!”

“From the moment we booked, Regina was communicative, punctual, and incredibly thoughtful. She took wonderful care of our cats and we received regular updates with photos, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. When we returned home, everything was spotless—my house looked even better than when we left it.”

“Cassie took great care of our 3 fur babies, 2 of which are seniors and required multiple medications. All the fur babies felt right at home with Cassie. She took one of our dogs to the vet when needed, and provided daily updates. Having Cassie caring for our fur babies gave us the peace of mind while we were away.”
