About: I've had dogs my whole life ranging from a 105 pound Lab to a 9 pound Chihuahua. Family friends and acquaintances have relied on me time and time again to house sit and watch their dogs/cats. As a college student, I like to keep a structured schedule, making it easy to incorporate your pet's care into my daily routine. I have set blocks of time in the mornings, between classes, and in the evenings that I dedicate to feeding, walks, and check-ins. On weekends and lighter class days, I’m able to spend extra time on longer walks, playtime, or sitting stays. She even got a bigger bucket from her own home to help with our situation. She made our kitty, Uli, very happy, playing with him and petting him. We could see how happy he was. About: I’ve taken care of domestic animals since I was very young. Animals have always been part of my life, and I truly enjoy caring for them, pets are part of our daily routine. My daily routine already includes caring for dogs. I run a small mobile dog grooming business, so I am used to being around pets every day. I’m also used to taking care of animals since I was young, so feeding, walking, playing, and giving attention to pets fits very naturally into my routine. I live in an apartment, but my complex has a dog park and very dog-friendly spaces. Pets will always receive attention, supervision, and a calm environment. I make sure they are safe, comfortable, and follow the routine provided by the owner, including feeding, walks, playtime, and rest.
About: I am a physically active recent retiree and capable dog lover who recently lost my beloved Wheaten Terrier after 11 great years with him, so I'm well able to care for your very active or senior dog that might have special dietary or physical needs. I'm recently retired and home every day, so I have lots of time to care for your pet. Drop-off and pick-up very flexible every day and evening. Although we have a securely fenced and paved back yard, it contains a swimming pool, so we kept our own pet indoors or on our fenced in, covered deck/patio which is also secure. We have a large dog crate which our dog slept in every night, but this is flexible depending on your own dog's sleeping preferences. I do not let pets sleep on my bed. We live on a very quiet street with no 'through' traffic, so it's easy to walk your dog regularly without risking encounters with other pets. Our own dog was not comfortable around other dogs and this was easy for us to manage.

If your dog is up for it, I love taking them on longer walks on paved trails or hikes. However, I do not visit dog parks unless you specifically request it. To ensure your pup receives total attention and love, I only host one dog at a time. Pet sitting is not a business for us; my husband and I are retired empty-nesters who simply miss the companionship of a pet. Because we love to travel, we choose not to own a dog of our own right now. On a typical day, I take your pup out 3 to 4 times: 20-30 minutes in the morning, 1–2 hours in the afternoon (depending on their energy level), and another 20-30 minutes before bedtime. If your dog prefers shorter strolls, we will take multiple brief walks instead. For playtime, we love playing tug-of-war on the deck or keep-away in our safely fenced backyard. My husband and I are active, retired empty nesters who love the companionship of pets. We walk frequently and enjoy having a fur baby join us on our adventures. When your pet stays with us, they become part of the family—we take them everywhere and never leave them home alone. If you have a preferred pet sling or carrier, please bring it along. If not, we can use ours, which is cleaned after each use. We have a large, fully fenced backyard with a clean deck and patio where I can play with your pup. About: I’ve owned pets all my life. I had a dearly loved dog that I saw through from puppyhood all the way to thirteen years old when she passed from cancer. I’ve had two cats since they were kittens, one of which had hyperthyroidism which required daily treatments. He has since passed away from kidney failure at seventeen. As a team with my sister, we personally trained our dog — and even the cats — using books to learn how to bond with the animals. I’ve not had a conventional job working with animals, but I am my friends’ go-to for pet sitting. I’ve done extended stay pet sitting (ten+ days) involving overnight care. I’ve handled daily medications for cats and dogs and worked on leash training for a friend’s dog as well as house training puppies. I currently live with an elderly cat and three freshwater aquariums. I’m available most days of the week and on weekends. I’m a freelance artist and my work is easy to time manage around. I always clean up after a pet and make sure they have easy access to water at all times. I know how to keep dogs inside a fenced area and keep inside cats from running out the door.

Would love to run/walk/train some dogs with lots of energy. I also enjoy showing the older, more chill doggos some love. I am currently looking for jobs so I have a pretty open schedule. I recently graduated and from UC Davis and would love some time with furry friends. I take my dogs on 2 walks per day and let them out a few times in between to potty. I can walk/feed/train/and show some extra love to your pup if you need some extra help!
About: I have a deep care and understanding for dogs. I have taken care of young puppies as well as dogs as old as 16. I truly enjoy spending time with them and just making sure they are happiest they can be I am available for pet care on all days of the week and can work around my schedule for what best fits. I have flexibility I will ensure if there are enclosed areas that they are closed so make sure no runaways. I will also make sure that they are properly enriched with toys and treats.

About: Virtually 24/7 availability! I work from home and can provide care and attention for almost all day long. I have had dogs for about 20 years as well as lots of foster/rescue experience. I work from home so I can care for your pet as needed! Your dog can have run of the house - I allow dogs on furniture and even let them sleep in our bed if that's what they are used to. I have a fenced backyard and a small, friendly, neutered Pomeranian mix to keep your dog company! I am in a single adult home with no children.

They took great care of our pup Kiwi, who can be anxious and slow to warm up to people, and they understood that Kiwi needs to go at her own pace. Upon handoff, they immediately took her for a quick walk around the block which helped ease the transition, and by that evening, Kiwi was comfortable and asking for pets. Katie and Jason are quick to respond and kept us updated with both many adorable photos and brief recaps of walks or fun things that happened in the home.
