“Kristen was amazing!!! We were in town for a scheduled event so we booked Kristen months in advance. Unfortunately, I had some medical issues & an unplanned hospitalization that prevented us from getting to our event. She was so understanding and compassionate when our plans changed. She ended up taking Dozer another day for us so we could spend a day in Arches NP. She also let us have an early drop off (6:40am). We didn’t have the luxury of meeting Kristen before the morning of drop off so we planned to meet Kristen, assess the situation, and make sure both Dozer & Kristen were ok at drop off. I was a little concerned about that…but didn't need to be. Kristen is a very nice, gentle person and Dozer took to her right away. He was even trying to give kisses in the first few mins…which he rarely does as a reactive, anxious, rescue terrier. I could feel immediately that Dozer would be spoiled with love while we were gone. :) Kristen took extra time to introduce her dog to Dozer because of Dozers needs. It went well. Louie was super sweet but Dozer is never really playful with new dogs so he was content to just coexist. Louie got that message right away and didn’t crowd Dozer, Kristen also took the dogs on a hike which is one of Dozers favorite things to do. I wish we lived closer to Moab so we could use Kristen all the time. But, since we don’t, we will just have to rebook with her next year when we are in town again. Thank you Kristen for making things easier for us and for loving on Dozer! After my 2 week unplanned hospital stay, my husband & I really needed the time together at Arches to close out our trip on a positive note. Hope to see you next year!”
