My partner and I are from Denver, Colorado headed out of town to Moab for some mountain biking and off-roading classes for the Bronco, and leaving Jagger and Kili with her gave us complete peace of mind. She was so fantastic with our two golden retrievers, and it was incredibly nice receiving all the wonderful photos and videos she sent us. Her big, grassy yard is a total dream, and the dogs absolutely loved running around in it. Aubrey is so kind, and you can instantly tell how much she genuinely loves taking care of dogs. About: I’ve been working in nonprofit animal rescues in full time capacity for many years. I have various experience including working with behaviorally challenged dogs of all sizes as well as experience working with puppies, seniors, blind, deaf, and incontinent dogs. I currently work as the Operations Manager at Underdog Animal Rescue and Rehab in Moab. On my scheduled work days, I’m able to take care of pets before 8am, during lunch, and after 5pm. I’m able to provide full time services on my days off. I have extensive experience in caring for dogs in my home. My 2 dogs are accustomed to having foster dogs of all temperament. They’re well trained and they do not typically engage with dogs I sit.

About: I have a way with dogs and will happily escort your pup on walks, hikes and can board them in my home which is dog friendly with a large back yard for play. I've lived in Moab and roamed the trails for over 30 years with canine companions of all types including puppies and seniors and understand the needs of all ages of dogs. I do now have a year old female dog who loves meeting new dogs and isn't overly energetic but rather more submissive than dominant with others. I can also help with basic training using both voice and hand commands. i have recently transitioned from my long-time career job to a very part-time gig and have plenty of time and energy to work with dogs and their people. Many days I can be available last minute but advance notice is preferred. Dogs need time to adjust to a new environment or person and I work with them to ease any anxiety then progress from there to trust and adventure. Plenty of exercise geared to their fitness level is key to their wellbeing as well as structured play. Dogs like routine so I try to match what they are used to as much as possible.

About: Dogs that come visit usually have a blast being part of the pack and end up learning some desirable behaviors with my 2 service animals Bellie and Lola. I am a retired veteran so i am free to work with dogs all day everyday, its very rewarding and works great with my schedule. I have a couple of runners set up and shade structures. When it is hot I let the dogs inside. I take the dogs out to play with my pack often. We will go on walks, throw frizbee, play tag, practice tricks, etc. I like to take the dogs swimming too if thats permitted by the owners before hand ( I have doggy life jackets).

About: I’ve taken care of every sort of critter since I was a little kid and have always been passionate about making animals a part of my life. This includes puppies, dogs with disabilities, blind cats, animals needing medication, and lots of animals with big personalities-I even have one my self (Australian blue healer). I have volunteered all over the country at different shelters while traveling and have worked for shelters and animal ranches. You could say I know a thing or two about animals. My dogs are essentially my kids and come on almost every adventure with me. With clients, I treat their dog exactly how I expect others to treat my furry ones when I’m out of town. If there is anything special that you’d like to let me know, then I am all ears. I spend most of my free time rock climbing and adventuring outdoors. I also love to read and paint, so if your dog isn’t as active, I will certainly lounge around with them :) All of my pets get better care than I think most dogs ever get and your dog will be treated just the same! My dogs are always involved in every activity and never feel left out. They all love to learn, play, walk, adventure and of course get snacks! About: I can't imagine a life without animals around. I have been taking care of people's horses, dogs, cats, goats, and birds my whole life. I just sold my business and am in a great space to hang with your pup(s) while you hike or bike or raft in Moab. I have traveled a lot with our pups and know how nice it is to recreate without stressing about dogs in cars or not being able to enjoy the area because it is too hot to leave them unattended. Your fuzzy child is welcome in my air conditioned house and I love taking them on hikes with my pup Louie if they enjoy that kind of thing. Or, my lap is always free too! I just sold my business and I am very flexible. I am available for early drops so you can enjoy the area before the heat of the day. I enjoy hiking with my dog and love it when I can take others with me, which is dependent on the temps when we meet. I have a fenced in back yard but will keep them on leashes at all times when we leave the premises and on hikes unless you instruct otherwise. I have an air-conditioned house and your dog will chill with us inside when not out playing. I love, love my dog and will take care of yours like I do mine.
