About: I have been fostering dogs in Moab for the last 2 years. I love having furry friends around and have the perfect space to make their stay comfortable. There are trails right outside our doors for walks and the ability to take pets to work with us. I currently work Mon-Friday at a pet friendly workplace and often bring pets to work. Full time in Moab spring through fall and have a flexible schedule Pets are treated like a member of the house. As long as they are well behaved they are welcome in every part of the house, depending on the owners preferences

About: I have had both dogs and cats. My most recent cat I had to put to sleep due to cancer. I currently dog/cat sit for friends and family. I currently work two part time jobs in Moab. I can make myself available when needed, especially for animals. Would love to chat with you and meet your pets. I can follow detailed instructions if left for pet care. I believe in taking dogs for walks multiple times a day, continuous fresh water and food, play time, and snuggle time.

“We have been using Michael for years to walk and dog sit our Golden Retriever, Bernese Mountain Dog, and our mini Bernadoodle. Our pets have always been so happy to see him each time he comes over. He's a great companion. He's very receptive to their needs and moods. He learns there capabilities very quickly, for example, how far each of them like to walk, which one likes to go into the streams, and which ones are sensitive to weather conditions. He has stayed at our home also and watched them while we have gone on short vacations. He's wonderful with them and we are so glad that he loves our pets as much as we do.”

“My husband and I have known Conner for years. We travel frequently. Our kitty is 16, and she needs someone to sleep over because she doesn’t like being left alone. We trust Conner to stay in our home, so Fluffy has someone to sleep with. She has the biggest crush on Conner. He has the biggest heart and is the most thoughtful human being. He’s an old soul. We would highly recommend him to anyone that needs a loving caregiver for their pet. He’s a rare bird.”

About: Dogs that come visit usually have a blast being part of the pack and end up learning some desirable behaviors with my 2 service animals Bellie and Lola. I am a retired veteran so i am free to work with dogs all day everyday, its very rewarding and works great with my schedule. I have a couple of runners set up and shade structures. When it is hot I let the dogs inside. I take the dogs out to play with my pack often. We will go on walks, throw frizbee, play tag, practice tricks, etc. I like to take the dogs swimming too if thats permitted by the owners before hand ( I have doggy life jackets).

“Mckayla owns a Aussie blue healer. He’s a high energy dog and she’s done a wonderful job training and taking care of him- since she’s adopted him. She’s watched our dogs many times when we have been out of town. Pets are always happy and in good hands. Mckayla is super responsible and a true dog whisperer.”
