“Christopher was awesome. My magnificent, high energy, but somewhat reactive two-year-old, immediately loved him. Christopher matched my dog’s energy and athleticism, taking him on long walks that left him ready to sprawl and fall asleep afterward – – which is exactly what he needs. I think Christopher would adjust to the needs of any dog, he genuinely likes them and understands them. I feel lucky to have found him to play with my boy while I am sidelined with a broken ankle. He has my complete endorsement, great guy.”

“Ella was amazing! Very prompt, professional, and made us feel comfortable that she takes great care of our dog. Even though pur dog Lacey is a bit of a puller on leash, Ella comfortably handled her in walking. Would highly recommend”

About: I grew up surrounded by all kinds of pets and have owned both cats and a dog as an adult, which was a Dalmatian, describe them as eternally young. :-) I'm an active individual whose current living situation doesn't allow pets so would love to help with yours! Those of you in the Larkspur/Greenbrae area may recognize me from walks on the local paths where I’m able to greet many dogs. While on vacation, I also seek out opportunities to contribute or volunteer for various animal causes, which you’ll see in some of my pictures. I'm retired so my schedule is generally flexible unless I'm out of town for personal reasons. Choosing a more limited radius at this point enables greater schedule flexibility, and to be close to local resources should a need arise. I will pet sit in your home so that your fur baby has all of their normal comforts and routines. I realize not all owners have a fenced yard for a dog so understand the importance of daily walks. I always welcome the opportunity to meet or chat about your needs in advance, so that you may advise of any behaviors for which I'll need to be more mindful. I care for fur babies of at least one year of age. I’m allergic to cigarette smoke so that’s my only restriction. I'm a neat, tidy person who's very responsible--former homeowner.

About: As a lifelong pet owner with years of hands-on experience, I bring a deep love and understanding of animals—especially senior dogs who may need a little extra care. I'm well-versed in administering medications and providing the gentle attention older pups often require. I genuinely enjoy the outdoors and would love nothing more than to take your dog on relaxing strolls through the neighborhood or a nearby park, letting them sniff every tree and soak up the sunshine. Whether you're away for a few nights or just out for a long workday, you can rest easy knowing your beloved companion is receiving the same level of care and affection I give my own. Plus, I'll be sure to share our adventures with you through photo updates and fun messages so you can be a part of all the tail-wagging moments we share! As a student enrolled in online courses I am able to prioritize my schedule around your pup's routine. I enjoy an adaptive schedule so you can be supported with flexible hours. When caring for your pet in your home, safety, trust, and a calm environment are always my top priorities. I take the time to build a genuine rapport with your dog, earning their trust through patience, consistency, and gentle interaction—always at their pace, never rushed. Whether your pet is shy, energetic, or somewhere in between, I adapt to their unique personality and comfort level to create a routine that feels familiar, loving, and secure. I’m here to follow your preferences and maintain your dog’s normal schedule and environment, so they feel safe and supported while you're away. My goal is always to make your absence as stress-free as possible, for both you and your beloved pet.

About: I am a genuine and caring individual that truly loves all animals, but especially dogs and cats. Ever since I was younger I knew I wanted to do something that involved pets in my future. I was born and raised in Marin County and graduated from SFSU. I have 20+ years of experience in caring for animals. I have cared for many different breeds including dogs of various sizes, energy levels, and ages. I love running, walking, and hiking with my canine companions as well as staying in for a good cuddle sesh on the couch. I try to look for dog friendly restaurants so I can bring them with me for a little dose of mental stimulation. I work from home in corporate event management and am with your fury friend throughout the day to tend to their needs. Feel free to message me and we can see if our dates match up! Cheers! :) I work remotely so I’m able to dedicate my time and be at home with your pet as needed. I love having them around as my coworkers! I have a friendly yellow lab that gets along with all dogs and I love to give lots of cuddles and love to the pups I take care of.

“Rachel is very conscientious and you can see she really cares about the wellbeing of my dogs. She is comfortable handling my slightly reactive but otherwise docile pack. I would get her again.”

About: Having been raised around dogs and cats my entire childhood, as well as raising my own pets since adulthood, I am more than excited to take care of yours! I am wide open during summertime, but work school hours during the school year. I have open availability on the weekends and after school for both overnights and walks. During the day, I would be able to take your pup out in the am, at lunch and afterschool. My friends joke that my dog is my fourth child and they are definitely correct. I believe in routines first, of course, but also letting a dog guide you as the day goes on.

About: I have car for dogs from puppies to seniors over most of my 60 years of life. From basic and house training of puppies, providing for the special needs of a previously traumatized rescue dog and caring for them through their senior years, dogs have always been a central part of my life. Having recently retired and moved to California to be near my daughters family, i find myself without a pet for the first time in a lifetime. I would like nothing more than to share that love and care with your pet. My time is completely flexible so I can provide whatever level of care and companionship you seek for your dog when you have to be apart from them. I am retired and completely flexible to provide whatever level of care and companionship you seek for your pet in your absence and will take care of them exactly as you wish I have experience with all types of dogs and understand that they each have very individual needs. i can provide what level of care you seek

About: Hi, I’m Connor! What sets me apart is that I’ve been surrounded by expert-level dog care my entire life. My mom was a vet tech for over 10 years, and for the past 20, she’s been a professional dog walker, boarder, and trainer. Growing up in that environment, I’ve gained hands-on experience with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments. Whether it’s walking, boarding, or just giving them lots of love and attention, I genuinely enjoy caring for dogs like they’re part of the family. Pet care is my full-time job, so I’m available 7 days a week for dog walking, drop-ins, and house sitting. I have a completely open and flexible schedule, which means I can follow your pet’s routine exactly — whether that’s early morning walks, midday check-ins, evening feedings, or overnight stays. I’m reliable, responsive, and fully dedicated to keeping your pets safe, happy, and loved while you're away. When caring for pets in their own home, I prioritize safety, comfort, and respect for your space. I follow your instructions closely to keep your pet’s routine consistent and reduce stress. During walks and visits, I make sure all doors and gates are securely closed and never leave your pet unattended outside. I keep open communication with you throughout my visits, providing updates and photos to give you peace of mind. Your pet’s safety and well-being, along with respect for your home, are my top priorities.

About: Hi, I’m Maral (pronounced Mer-All)—a professional dog trainer with a deep passion for helping dogs become calm, confident companions. My journey began over a decade ago when I helped raise and train a Doberman puppy who grew into a happy- go-lucky 120-lb giant. That experience sparked my dedication to not just caring for dogs, but helping them thrive. Today, I bring a thoughtful, psychology-based approach to every walk, visit, and day camp session. With a background in balanced dog training, and hands on experience with 100’s of dogs, I focus on fulfillment, clarity, and structure—giving dogs what they need to regulate their excitement, build confidence, and feel grounded in their environment. Unlike traditional pet care, my services are designed to enrich your dog’s mind and manners simultaneously. I implement threshold awareness, leash work, and real-world obedience into every visit. Reactive dog? I will keep them under threshold. Powerful Pup? I have one too! I know how to stand my ground. Shy with new people? I know just how to turn down the pressure. Extra Energetic? I’ll bring my flirt pole or tug toy, and we can work thier mind while also working thier body. For interested clients, I can also introduce crate training or work on off-leash remote collar training—always with clarity and care. Whether your dog is nervous and unsure or strong-willed and overstimulated, they’re in calm, capable hands. My goal is simple: to help fulfill your dog - while improving your lives on the trail, on the sofa, or on the sidewalk. Because I am self employed, I have all the flexibility in my scheduling to be able to accommodate whatever you and your pet might need. I am comfortable administering medication to both dogs and cats, as well as caring for any other pets present in the home in the case of house visits. I will always make sure waters have been topped up before leaving your home. I send daily videos of how things are going, where we went for walks, and training.

About: Hi all! I have always grown up around cats, dogs, and even rodents. I have endless experience taking care of pets and I am an absolute animal lover. I am young, energetic, and very active so I know your pet and I will have a ball between enrichment activities, going to the dog park, and walking/jogging together. I look forward to meeting your fur babies and taking them in as my own :) My schedule is quite flexible and I am more than happy to take on last minute bookings. I am sophomore in college locally and have a pretty flexible schedule and my own reliable car! I go on walks almost daily so bringing your dog along with me is a pleasure! I adore cats and have one of my own, so I would also be overjoyed to visit and care for cats while you're away. I will of course respect and honor all of your directions and house rules if and when I am taking care of your pets in your home as well as if we are out.

About: Hi there! My name is Bella, and I’d love to help care for your furry friends. I have six years of experience with pet and house sitting. I used to volunteer at the humane society, so I am very familiar and comfortable with animals and their needs. I've worked with dogs of all ages, sizes, and abilities (deaf, blind, etc.). I’m local to Sausalito, and am happy to help you out if you’re located in Marin. Feel free to shoot me a message if you have any questions! I work a hybrid job, so I am in office a few days a week, but my schedule is flexible. I’m most free in the mornings, evenings, and on weekends, but can work in some afternoons as well! My husband, Michael, is also on my account as he serves as my backup, in case I ever need it. Communication is key! Please let me know if there are any special circumstances related safety for your pet. Personally, I keep cameras around my home for ease of mind, so I understand if you do the same.

“Nicole has been walking our pitbull regularly for the past few months, and i’m so grateful for her expertise. Shes a good communicator, knowledgeable about dogs and redirecting, and always on time. She’s been a lifesaver helping us juggle the demands of young kids and an active dog with limited time.”

About: I've dog walked for all sorts of people! Taking care of my two dogs at home, a 12-year-old golden doodle, and a 4-year-old mutt, is one of the things I'm best at! They'd be happy to provide a letter of recommendation too! I just graduated from college, and I will be home for the summer. I am very available and I would love to take care of your dogs :) I can follow whatever instructions are provided and respect any privacy concerns. I like wearing sandals which can make it easy to take off shoes coming into the house but I've got some heavy-duty boots too for more strenuous dog walking adventures.

About: Animals have always been at the center of my life. Training horses and dogs is second nature to me. I have a degree in ethology (animal behavior) and a proven track record being able to communicate with and improve the confidence of animals in my care. Starting during Covid I have had a steady influx of boarding requests first just for friends and it grew into a viable business through word of mouth. Right now I can host dogs but I am available for walks, check-ins, or overnights at your house. I am home full time and when I leave I typically bring the pups with me. My style isn’t to try and replicate exactly what they are used to at your house. Here, I am the leader and they follow and adjust to my rules and preferences. It works on every dog. Yes- Even yours. The yard is safely fenced, the house has plenty of room to explore and sprawl out. Team building starts immediately. Toys and treats and snuggles are not starter currency here. Rewards are respect and access. Clarity is kindness and my leadership is not confusing. Everything in my house is mine and I make all the rules and decisions. We have boundaries and then we have calm and only then do we have fun. And be assured we have great fun :)

“Ella was amazing! Very prompt, professional, and made us feel comfortable that she takes great care of our dog. Even though pur dog Lacey is a bit of a puller on leash, Ella comfortably handled her in walking. Would highly recommend”

Scott O.
“My Lucy loves Scott and gets so excited when she sees him! He loves her too, and has treated her like family from day one. Scott is not just someone who is going to “check-in” on your fur kid. You can see that he genuinely cares. He will go above and beyond to make sure your pet is happy, safe and well cared for…whether out for a walk or just hanging out. I would not hesitate in recommending Scott to anyone who is looking for a caring, responsible and reliable pet caregiver and friend. Lucy is so lucky to have Scott as her “back-up” bestie!”

Jody C.
“It seems I have always had large, strong, willful dogs who pull on leash so I’m extremely careful about who I let walk them — for everyone’s safety. Jody is one of just three people I have trusted to walk them. We grew up with dogs as full members of our family, so being with and caring for dogs — of all sizes! — is second nature for her. Jody is responsible, capable and very much a dog lover. Dogs will be safe and happy with her.”

Rachel L.
“Rachel is a fantastic dog and cat caregiver! She has watched my dog and cats on multiple occasions. She provides me updates on how the pets are doing and I even get photos of them! I have relied on Rachel to walk my dogs when I am busy with work. Rachel has also cared for my pets when I am out of town which I very much appreciate. Rachel has given my dog medicine when she was sick and really cared about helping my dog get better. Rachel is incredibly reliable, very clearly loves animals, and is a positive and caring person.”

Monica L.
“Monica is the best! She has been sitting my shitzhu and my Great Dane for the past 3 years whenever I go out of town. She’s very reliable and sends daily pictures of Pele and Beckham (my dogs). She loves dogs and treats the dogs like her own.”

Rachel P.

“Rachel is very conscientious and you can see she really cares about the wellbeing of my dogs. She is comfortable handling my slightly reactive but otherwise docile pack. I would get her again.”

“Dwain took such great care of our whippet Lottie and Australian cattle mix Maysie. He immediately put our dogs at ease and it was plain to see his absolute love for dogs! I would not hesitate, to have Dwain care for our girls again. In fact I think I would be hard pressed to get anyone I would trust more than Dwain with our sweet pups.. Thank you Dwain for your love and care with our gals!”

Maral M.
“Maral is the real deal dog-whisperer. We never like to leave our fur-baby behind and were very nervous about being out of town on an extended vacation. We have a mid-sized dog (50 lbs.) who is a bit anxious and can sometimes be skittish around other male dogs. We needed to know (practically and for peace of mind on the trip) that he was in the hands of someone who had the experience and know-how of handling dogs in a variety of settings. Maral has such a calm demeanor and instantly connected with our dog. She followed our feeding/walking schedule but also added extra doggie adventures during the week. We loved receiving the photo updates of our happy pup! We’ve had Maral dog-sit numerous times and our dog is always excited to see her again.”

Margaret F.
“Meg is the best person you could ever have to look after your dog. We have an older (large breed) Bullmastiff with many health issues so we can’t have just anyone look after him because aside from the usual TLC that any dog requires, he needs numerous pills on a timetable each day and sometimes trips to the vet-so we really need someone with a natural feeling for animals and good judgment. My husband and I will only travel at the same time if Meg is available because we know that our big boy is getting care as good as we ourselves could give him with Meg. She is communicative, respectful and responsive so we never have to wonder what is going on. We had tried a few other caregivers before we found Meg and the comfort we have with her level of care, attention to detail and judgment, make it so that we can relax when we’re away, knowing that he’s in the best hands.”

“Sarah was absolutely the BEST!! I feel so fortunate that we found her. I was nervous to leave my dog but when I started communicating with Sarah I knew our pup would be fine. Not only was our dog fine.. she had a great day with Sarah! I would 1000% use her again!”

“Ally has cared for our Bernedoodle Archie multiple times, and he absolutely loves her. She really cares about him, and makes sure he gets enough walking in while tending to anything that needs attention (medications, etc). She's a lover of cats and dogs and I recommend her for any of your pet sitting needs.”

Sarah was absolutely the BEST!! I feel so fortunate that we found her. I was nervous to leave my dog but when I started communicating with Sarah I knew our pup would be fine. Not only was our dog fine.. she had a great day with Sarah! I would 1000% use her again!

We hired Carolina to walk our dogs when we had to go out of town for the day. I always get anxious trusting my dogs and home to a new person, but Carolina was wonderful. She was friendly, punctual, and a great communicator. She followed all my instructions, was sweet to my dogs and sent lots of pics from their walk. I came home to safe and happy dogs. I’m so glad we found her and hope to hire her again!

Olivia was great! Very kind, great communication and very good with my dog Duke, getting in/out and even rinsing bowl after a wet-food meal at the end of the walk. Quick response times and photos on the walk. I highly recommend Olivia and I’ll definitely be rebooking with her in the future!

Allie was the best! She was able to come at such short notice - I was down with the stomach flu and she took my 4-month old high energy GSP for an hour hike within an hour of me reaching out. She was very communicative, punctual, friendly, and my GSP enjoyed a nice long hike with her. Thank you, Allie!

Mari is the best of the best. Our 3 year old cockapoo has a lot of energy and can be reactive on walks if not properly stimulated. But with Mari, we have zero worries because she is a dog whisperer. She is dependable and she genuinely loves our dog. We get great updates and sweet photos — it makes a huge difference knowing our dog is cared for and exercised when we’re at work. Thank you, Mari. You’re an absolute treasure.
