“This was only Sirius' second time with a non-family sitter in his two years, so we were a little concerned about separation anxiety. He did have some issues the first night, and Alexis and Daniel consulted with us and we were able to decide with them how to proceed. Luckily Sirius seemed to become more comfortable the second day. We are planning a longer trip and have no reluctance about leaving Sirius with Alexis and Daniel again.”

“Stephen & Angela are so wonderful with my dog, Zeke. I do doggy daycare twice a week, and just recently did over a week of dog boarding for my dog while I was on vacation. They are always super responsive, friendly, and my dog looks forward to going to their home. I was very anxious leaving my dog for vacation, but I knew Zeke would be in great care and have a fun vacation of his own. I appreciated the daily photos sent to me, and the thoughtful treat bag when I picked up my boy. They even included human treats!”

“Beth was so patient and kind, I have never left my dog with a non-family member and she's a little codependent but Beth (and Tupac/Kiddo!) were so sweet and made her feel at home. She sent updates over the weekend and was amazing with our pickup/drop off schedule and my anxiety. Thanks so much!”

“Provided many updates throughout Woodfords stay which was much appreciated. Jared was consistent in his communication. Drop off and pick-up were a breeze. I could tell Woodford enjoyed his stay and the chance to play with the other dogs and Jared was patient with him.”

“Dan was amazing ! I could tell by the pictures and videos that Neghan really enjoyed himself! He had a lot of walks and potty breaks. I would highly recommend Dan. She is outstanding !”

“Oliver loved his time with Julia and her family. She provided updates and pictures periodically. Easy to communicate. They offered to bath and clip his nails at the end of his stay. Will definitely book with Julia again.”

“Carla was awesome. She sent pictures and updates while we were gone overnight. When our arrival was delayed, she happily took care of my dog 4 hours over the originally scheduled pick up time! Would recommend her to anyone!”

“Sharon is amazing. She took care of Oliver extremely well, and gave us peace of mind while we were gone. Her indoor and outdoor space were perfect, and Oliver enjoyed Sharon’s own dog. I was worried Oliver wouldn’t want to come home! We will definitely request Sharon’s services again.”

“Jessica is amazing. When I picked Zeus up, all he wanted to do was sleep. It wasn't till the next day that he had any energy. I will definitely use her again in the future.”

“Patrick was great! Prompt communication and plenty of picture updates on Guthrie, who looked to be having the time of his life. I swear Guthrie was positively beaming when I picked him up! The afterglow remains several days after.”

“Chris took great care of our Lab while we were visiting our son at college. We asked a lot of him because Seamus had a muscle strain and could not run around or take walks. This is asking a lot of a caretaker trying to keep a 94 pound Lab “not active.” Chris is our go to Rover sitter, we know Seamus is getting great attention and care.”

“Collin is the best! Whenever I’m in KY he’s my go-to go for dog sitting. My Yorkie loves playing with his, he is very great at communicating and sending pics throughout the day. Highly recommend!”

“Nissa took such wonderful care of our dogs! They had so much fun and I loved all the thoughtful updates while we were gone. I felt so much better knowing they were in great hands!”

“Riley had a great time and Mariah did a great job of keeping me updated with information and pictures and videos. I felt safe and secure leaving him there, knowing that he would be well cared for, and he was! Would absolutely recommend and use again.”

“We highly recommend Sarah and Daniel to board your furry family member. Our pup Freddie stayed a few days and they kept contact and sent photos daily which was awesome. We will definitely be boarding Freddie with Sarah and Daniel and family again! 🙌❤️🙌”

“Heather is amazing! We went on a two week vacation and knowing our little bubby was having a great time and being well taken care of made it so much easier and removed the guilt of not being able to take him with us. Thanks so much Heather!”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Middletown
Lydia is THE BEST!! I have 2 dogs. My toy poodle is easy peasy. My other dog is an Aussie Shepard, brilliant, loving, kind, energetic, and high anxiety. I have NEVER used a dogsitting service before and was certainly concerned when I left them. Well, one of the worst things happened. My Aussie's anxiety was so bad, he was hemorrhaging. Lydia took her yo the ER and waited all night for answers. Then, she created a special diet for her and nursed her back to health. When I came to get the dogs, they were happy too see me, but also happy they were truly cared for well. I can never thank Lydia enough for being ther person who was there for my girl, when I could not. She truly is an angel!

Carrie was absolutely amazing. Super sweet and caring for my pup, Carl while we were gone for the weekend. She kept me update on what he was doing and how he was doing. Her home is very clean and comfortable. Her yard is big and perfect for the animals. Will definitely be using her services again!!

Kelsey took amazing care of my dog, Katai, while I was away. From the moment we met, I could tell she genuinely loves animals, and that gave me so much peace of mind. She kept me updated with messages and photos, and Katai looked happy, comfortable, and well cared for the entire time. When I picked him up, he was relaxed, healthy, and clearly had been treated like family. It’s not easy trusting someone with your dog, but Kelsey exceeded every expectation. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone dependable, caring, and attentive. Thank you, Kelsey, for taking such great care of Katai—I wouldn’t hesitate to book with you again!

Poppy stayed with Chris and his crew for a full week and it went great! She came home a tired and happy girl. We got updates during the week, Chris is super quick to reply. Chris is so good with the dogs and is very kind with them and knowledgeable. Great experience, we'd love to send Poppy to Chris's house again sometime!
