“Gabriella was amazing with our 2 babies while we were away on vacation. We did a meet and greet a few weeks before and our dogs approved. She did 2 drop-ins a day and sent pictures and progress reports each time. She also lives within walking distance to our house so I loved the convenience. My daughter ended up not having to work on the last day we had booked Gabriella so she modified the booking, removed that day and didn’t even charge a cancellation fee which we were not expecting but truly appreciated. Things happen and she was so understanding and ok with it. We will definitely use her again and not be worried about going out of town with her so close by. Highly recommend. She handled our wrecking ball of a Pitbull with ease. 🤭”

About: Growing up, outside of school I spent a good portion of my free time volunteering at a local animal shelter and actively challenging kids around me to help provide care to pets in most need. The fenced yard allows for free play at least once every 1-2 hours with my supervision. my home is a partitioned pet safe area where they can freely roam. If bringing your animal to my residence is not convenient, I offer a pick up and drop off service for a round trip fee. I can accommodate most requests I currently work a part-time job from home that allows for a ton of flexibility. That being said I have a ton of time to play with your pups and give them the attention and care they deserve. My schedule is very flexible and I seek to make things as convenient as possible for you. I have a fenced in yard and one friendly dog that are always looking to make new friends. About: I know firsthand how stressful it can be to leave your pets with someone new. I’ve lived all across the country, and every time we moved, one of my biggest worries was finding someone I truly trusted with my dogs. That experience is a big part of why I want to provide the same kind of care and reassurance I’ve always looked for in a sitter. Animals have been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. I have three dogs and two cats of my own, including a rescue pup so I totally get having a dog with some special quirks. I also spend time taking dogs from Louisville Metro Animal Services (LMAS) out on field trips, giving them a chance to get out of the shelter, explore, play, and get some much-deserved one-on-one attention. I have a soft spot for the pets who need a little extra patience. One of my dogs is extremely anxious and terrified of thunderstorms, so I understand that not every dog immediately warms up to a new person — and that’s okay! I’m happy to take things at their pace and learn what makes them feel comfortable and safe. I’m comfortable caring for dogs of all sizes, as well as cats, and I’m comfortable administering medications and following detailed care routines. My experiences as a pediatric ICU nurse has taught me to be attentive to small changes, stay clam under pressure, follow detailed care instructions, and understand just how important it is to have someone you can trust caring for a member of your family. My dogs can be pretty anxious, so leaving them with a stranger has never been easy for me. I’m the pet parent who wants lots of updates and probably way too many pictures while I’m gone! When your pets are with me, expect plenty of photos and updates. I know how reassuring it is to see your dog happily lounging on the couch, enjoying their walk, or just being their goofy self while you’re away. I want you to enjoy your time away without wondering how things are going back home. Most importantly, I genuinely love spending time with animals. Whether your dog wants long walks, someone to throw their toy 100 times, or spend the evening curled up next to me, I’m happy to meet them where they are. I want you to be able to leave home knowing your pets are with someone who understands how much they mean to you - because I know exactly how that feels. I work full-time, but I have a flexible schedule that still leaves plenty of room for pet care! I work from home on Wednesdays and Fridays, which gives me even more flexibility for drop-ins, walks, and spending some extra time with your pets on those days. I’m also an early riser, so morning visits are no problem for me — I’m happy to start my day with a walk, breakfast, litter box cleanup, or some quality time with your pet before heading to work. I know how important reliable scheduling is when someone is depending on you to care for their pets, so I’ll keep my Rover calendar updated to clearly reflect my availability. If I accept a booking, you can feel confident that I’ve made sure I have the time to give your pet the attention and care they deserve — along with plenty of photo updates along the way! Your pet’s safety and your trust are my top priorities. I’ll always follow your care instructions closely and respect your home as if it were my own. Before walks, I’ll make sure collars, harnesses, and leashes are secure, and I’ll never let a dog off leash unless specifically instructed in a safe, designated area. During drop-ins, I’ll be mindful of doors, gates, medications, food, and anything else that could pose a safety risk. I’ll also pay attention to your pet’s behavior and never force interaction if they seem nervous or uncomfortable. As a pediatric ICU nurse, safety, attention to detail, and noticing when something seems “off” are second nature to me. I’ll keep you updated during each visit and communicate right away if I notice anything concerning. My goal is for you to feel completely comfortable knowing both your pet and your home are being treated with care and respect while you’re away.

About: I have had dogs all my life. I currently have two golden retrievers who run my world! One is 4 and the other is 8 months old. I am available to stay at your house overnight and during long periods of time. I am a full time ultrasound student in Louisville but my school schedule is very flexible so I can come home to let the pups out multiple times per day! I am currently a full-time sonography student in Louisville, but my class schedule is very flexible. I am also available all weekends. I am able to stay overnight and take your pups out multiple times per day. I have two golden retrievers of my own (they are cared for by my dad when I am gone so they would not be coming with me) and they are SPOILED rotten. I will make sure your pup is the same! I am very active and love going on walks so that would be a part of our daily activities.

About: Had pets of my own and helped pet-sit for others since I was in middle school. I’ve always had a huge spot in my heart for all sorts of animals. I would say I’m good at walking bigger dogs due to daily strength training and owning a large dog of my own. I make my own schedule for my sales job, therefore I can work things out to be able to take proper care of your fur baby! I have a dog and cat at my apartment, and both are friendly with other animals. Can easily crate my animals or yours depending on your wants. Can either come to your place or bring your pets to mine. However, I don’t have a fenced in yard and have to walk fur babies on a leash if coming to my place.

About: I have been dealing with dogs my whole life. Love all animals. Very reliable and always on time. Easygoing elementary teacher. I dont smoke and rarely drink. I have summer's off. So im pretty much free all day. Im a early riser around 430 500am. So I work out first thing in the morning. When school is back in session I will be free after that and have open schedule on the weekend Im well versed with pets. I love to walk so walking a dog is even better for me. For me, care and training go hand in hand, with the goal of helping dogs become calmer, more reliable, and easier to live with. I'm a dog trainer, I fit in Rover appointments among by client work when it's possible to do so. Caring for dogs is already part of my everyday life, so it fits naturally into my routine. Care is always tailored to the dog and the service, but the approach stays consistent: calm, structured, and intentional. In a client’s home, I stick closely to their routine—feeding, potty breaks, exercise, and any specific instructions—while also reinforcing good habits like leash manners, calm greetings, and settling. In my home, I keep the environment structured and low-stress. Dogs get supervised time, appropriate exercise (including trail walks when it’s a good fit), and clear boundaries so they can relax and succeed. I only take on a small number of dogs at a time to make sure each one gets the attention they need.

The help and support those great people offered us extend way beyond just pet/house sitting. Because of that reason, I would like to provide the same care and support we had experienced to others. I'm currently working part-time, so my time is very flexible. I will be able to spend time with your pet at the comfort of their own environment. I will leave the client's place from time to time through out the day but I will be able to stay there most of my time. Since we have a cat and Stevie is very territorial in our house.
