“Gabriella was amazing with our 2 babies while we were away on vacation. We did a meet and greet a few weeks before and our dogs approved. She did 2 drop-ins a day and sent pictures and progress reports each time. She also lives within walking distance to our house so I loved the convenience. My daughter ended up not having to work on the last day we had booked Gabriella so she modified the booking, removed that day and didn’t even charge a cancellation fee which we were not expecting but truly appreciated. Things happen and she was so understanding and ok with it. We will definitely use her again and not be worried about going out of town with her so close by. Highly recommend. She handled our wrecking ball of a Pitbull with ease. 🤭”

About: Growing up, outside of school I spent a good portion of my free time volunteering at a local animal shelter and actively challenging kids around me to help provide care to pets in most need. Over the years, these experiences have translated into a unique skill set of tricks and techniques to provide your pet with the utmost attention and care they deserve. The fenced yard allows for free play at least once every 1-2 hours with my supervision. my home is a partitioned pet safe area where they can freely roam. I have tons of toys for all sizes and want their stay to be a vacation for them. :) I have one small corgi that are extremely friendly and love to play with new friends. If bringing your animal to my residence is not convenient, I offer a pick up and drop off service for a round trip fee. Pets are allowed to roam inside my home or in my yard with my supervision. I take dogs on at least 3 walks a day if weather permits. I can accommodate most requests I currently work a part-time job from home that allows for a ton of flexibility. That being said I have a ton of time to play with your pups and give them the attention and care they deserve. My schedule is very flexible and I seek to make things as convenient as possible for you. I have a fenced in yard and one friendly dog that are always looking to make new friends. When boarding I make sure to keep a close eye on any pet in my supervision. I have spare crates, bowls, blankets, and a mountain of toys to play with. In the summertime I have dog pools, sprinklers, and lots of fun

I’m also respectful of your home and will always make sure your pet is safe and everything is secure before I leave. About: I’ve worked with dogs for over 20 years, with much of that time spent walking and handling shelter dogs—especially those that are anxious or unsure. That experience taught me how important calm, structure, and consistency are in helping dogs feel more confident. I run Trail & Heel, a dog training and adventure-based care service in Louisville. I focus on practical, real-world training—whether that’s working with puppies, improving leash manners, or helping nervous dogs build confidence. Every walk and interaction is handled with intention. For me, care and training go hand in hand, with the goal of helping dogs become calmer, more reliable, and easier to live with. I'm a dog trainer, I fit in Rover appointments among by client work when it's possible to do so. Caring for dogs is already part of my everyday life, so it fits naturally into my routine. Care is always tailored to the dog and the service, but the approach stays consistent: calm, structured, and intentional. In a client’s home, I stick closely to their routine—feeding, potty breaks, exercise, and any specific instructions—while also reinforcing good habits like leash manners, calm greetings, and settling. In my home, I keep the environment structured and low-stress. Dogs get supervised time, appropriate exercise (including trail walks when it’s a good fit), and clear boundaries so they can relax and succeed. I only take on a small number of dogs at a time to make sure each one gets the attention they need.

About: I've always loved dogs! As a dog-owner myself, I know the stress of leaving a pet at home, both during the workday and when on vacation, but also what it's like to have the peace of mind that comes with a trustworthy pet sitter. I love giving pet parents that security of knowing their baby is happy and safe while they're away. I have cared for dogs ranging from the puppy stage to senior years. I have experience providing medical care to dogs ranging from post-surgical care such as monitoring for adverse reactions to anesthesia, to facilitating recovery from ACL repair surgery by providing heat/ice to the affected leg and following surgeon's orders for increasing walk length on a variety of terrains to help the dog regain muscle strength. Most recently, I have cared for a senior dog who was partially deaf and had arthritis. That experience taught me to intentionally stay in his eyesight, and to tailor the pace and length of walks and playtime to meet his gait and energy level. My full-time work allows me to be available on a variety of weekdays, evenings, and weekends. Depending on the day, I am either very flexible and can come whenever your pup needs me, or am more limited with evening-only availability. So just ask! I only walk dogs in an escape-proof device such as a Martindale or chain ("choke") collar. I will not walk a dog in a flat collar or harness, even if the device is advertised as 'escape proof' or the dog does not have a history of escaping. This is for my peace of mind as well as yours, and for the safety of your fur baby. In addition, when I am walking your dogs, they are my first priority. I am not on my phone so I can pay attention to my surroundings and the dogs in order to maximize safety for both of us. Finally, to make my time with your fur baby as positive as possible, I require a meet and greet with you and your pet before coming to care for them by myself.

About: I’ve dog sat and house sat for friends before and they have trusted me with their house and animals, generally for 1 week but sometimes for longer or shorter. I take very good care of the home and animals, listen to instructions careful and apply those instructions in order to be helpful. I will always be upfront and honest with everyone and I always communicate well. I currently work as a full time server at Texas Roadhouse and live by myself. I am not married nor have any kids yet so it’s just me. My schedule is pretty flexible in the morning to early afternoon due to having to serve at night generally. I don’t mind coming in to help before and after work. I don’t have any pets in my own home because I can’t due to landlord rules but I grew up with animals throughout my whole life. I play with the animals if they want to play, pet them, feed them when they need to be fed, take them on walks (dogs), just have fun with them!

About: I’ve had dogs my entire life. All different shapes and sizes from chihuahuas to a 100+ lb Rottweiler. There isn’t a dog that I don’t love. I’ve dog sat for many family friends over the years, and I know how important it is to make your pets comfortable while you are gone. I work full-time in east Louisville, typically working from home on Tuesday’s. I have the ability to take breaks as needed, and would love to spend my lunch giving your pup some love and a nice walk! In my home, my pets are my children. They sleep with me in bed, Watch TV with me on the couch and get the occasional pizza crust if they’re being extra sweet. I will treat your babies just the same unless you have rules for them otherwise!

About: I own my own dog, who is well trained, along with caring for neighbors dogs, and training. I have puppy sat at my own home for multiple nights. In my free time I watch a lot of dog training videos and love to do animal research. I enjoy cats while I do have limited experience. I am a full time college student however, I have my evenings free on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and weekends work great for me as well.
