About: I have had dogs all my life. I currently have two golden retrievers who run my world! One is 4 and the other is 8 months old. I am available to stay at your house overnight and during long periods of time. I am a full time ultrasound student in Louisville but my school schedule is very flexible so I can come home to let the pups out multiple times per day! I am currently a full-time sonography student in Louisville, but my class schedule is very flexible. I am also available all weekends. I am able to stay overnight and take your pups out multiple times per day. I have two golden retrievers of my own (they are cared for by my dad when I am gone so they would not be coming with me) and they are SPOILED rotten. I will make sure your pup is the same! I am very active and love going on walks so that would be a part of our daily activities.
About: I have been dealing with dogs my whole life. Love all animals. Very reliable and always on time. Easygoing elementary teacher. I dont smoke and rarely drink. I have summer's off. So im pretty much free all day. Im a early riser around 430 500am. So I work out first thing in the morning. When school is back in session I will be free after that and have open schedule on the weekend Im well versed with pets. I love to walk so walking a dog is even better for me. Just down the street from me is a beautiful dog park, with lots of space to run, play, and socialize with other dogs! Jian looked after my cats for two weeks when I was on vacation. She did absolutely amazing job and my cats loved her so much. Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Meet & Greets are a great way to prepare your pet and sitter for longer stays or first-time bookings. Read our tips for your first Meet & Greet.
sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
