About: My love for animals came very young with two family cats, and later also a dog, and has continued into my adulthood, now with my three cats Opal, Basil, and Juniper. I have experience with both puppies and kittens, having helped raised both from just a couple weeks old. I enjoy being a part of your pets routine and love when they are excited for my arrival. I want to make sure they feel loved and safe with me, and know that it will always be a fun time with me around. I know cats are typically more hesitant to trust, but I am willing to take the time to gain it to make them feel safe while I am over. Every pet is different so please let me know how I can best help you and your pet to make this as seamless and enjoyable for every one. I am also familiar with medicating dogs and cats (either pill or liquid oral meds). I have a fairly open calendar so just let me know what works best to continue your pet’s routine so i can do my best to maintain their normal feeding, walking, and activity schedule! I live in a nice, pet friendly community. Any time your pet is outside I will be with them with their leash or harness on if requested.

About: I live in a pet-friendly apartment complex with plenty of space outdoors, perfect for the frequent pit stop and play time. Just down the street from me is a beautiful dog park, with lots of space to run, play, and socialize with other dogs! I would be thrilled to provide a comfortable and safe environment for your loved ones, worry free for both you and them, while on vacation. I'm an animal lover and can promise you they'll receive lots of attention, play time, and affection, while you are off enjoying some time to yourself! My current schedule is flexible and allows me time for drop in visits, daily walks and overnight boarding for most of the day and evening. I know every pet has their own personality, routine, and needs, so I tailor my care to each individual animal. In a client’s home, I follow their normal schedule as closely as possible, including feeding, walks, medications, potty breaks, playtime, and any special instructions you provide. I’m very attentive to changes in behavior, appetite, energy level, or anything else that seems out of the ordinary, and I’ll always communicate with you if I have any concerns. I’m also happy to send photos and updates so you can feel comfortable knowing how your pet is doing while you’re away. About: I have grown up with all types of animals my whole life. I have a deep love and connection with animals. I have one cat right now and I care for a friends giant Schnauzer as needed. I am able to feed your babies and take them for walks or just some fun play time . I work Monday through Thursday 6am-430pm I am available after work and on the weekends. I can do overnight at your home or just come for feeding or walks. I do work in Louisville and I’m there a lot so the distance is no problem. I can have animals overnight at my place but only on the weekends Thursday evening to Sunday evening . My cat has 3 towers for play and many other toys. I clean her box 3/4 times a week, and check food and water daily.

About: Not only have I worked with animals my whole life I also work with dogs specifically with a rescue organization called AdoptMeBluegrass. I help with their animal care weekly and am part of their foster program. My family and my own dogs have welcomed hundreds of others into our home and always provide excellent care. I am a local landlord and typically only go out to work at the pet adoption center for AdoptMeBluegrass. I have no set work hours. I spend my time with the dogs. I have a double fenced property on a dead end street. Dogs love the 3/4 dedicated dog yard for them to play on our 6 acres of land. We have crates and can make your pet feel right at home. I’m a treats giver so let me know if there is something they can’t have or any other dietary restrictions. I can also come to your pet for services while you are away.

About: I love animals and will treat your fur babies as if they were my own. I will communicate consistently and send photo updates on visits. I do work full time, my current hours rotate Monday through Friday. Weekends are always free unless I have military obligations, my schedule will reflect accordingly if so. I have two cats who roam around the house as they please. Security is important to me and I always double check doors and ensure nothing is out that may pose a threat to anyone in the house.

About: Growing up, I’ve always been surrounded with pets and been given the opportunity to care for dogs numerous times. I am very patient with animals and genuinely find joy spending my time with them. After recently graduating from college and moving into a studio apartment, it has been an adjustment not being surrounded by pets. Through Rover, I’m excited to not only help others, but also to find fulfillment spending time with pets. Although I work a 9-5, I am willing to make plenty of time before or after work to accommodate your needs. I am a morning person, so I would be more than happy to take your dog on an early morning walk or be there to let them out. I also will be able to take care of them in the afternoon. About: Hi! I’m a lifelong dog lover with years of experience caring for dogs with very different breeds, personalities, energy levels, ages, and needs. I’ve grown up around pit bulls and retrievers and am currently a proud Chiweenie owner. One thing I’ve learned from caring for dogs is that understanding their behavior is just as important as feeding them and taking them for walks. I’ve had experience recognizing when a dog is frightened or overstimulated and giving them the space and reassurance they need. For example, when my childhood dog became overwhelmed after a stressful interaction, I took him somewhere quiet so he could calm down. During thunderstorms and fireworks, when he would tremble with fear, I would bring him somewhere comfortable and stay with him until he settled. I’m also the person at family gatherings who naturally ends up keeping an eye on the dogs—making sure they’re getting enough exercise and attention while also making sure younger kids give them appropriate space and treat them respectfully. I’m comfortable with walks, playtime, bathing, and overnight care. I enjoy both tiring out an energetic dog and providing a calm presence for a nervous one. I’ve also cared for cats and generally find that they warm up to me pretty quickly. Most importantly, I will enjoy taking the time to learn your pet’s individual personality, routines, and boundaries. My goal is for your pet to feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for while they’re with me. I am available throughout the day. I wake up early and care for my own dog before 8 AM every day. I can come by whenever is needed or stick around if that is preferred! I start by taking any instruction from you to heart regarding your pet's personality and habits. Outside of that, I generally would like to start by having a joint meeting between me, your furry friend, and their best friend: you! That way, they can establish a level of trust for when I come by on my own. I follow the routine that you would like me to follow while remaining alert to your pet in the present, just like with my own pup.

About: I have had pets since my childhood and and proudly have 3 cats and 3 dogs of my own currently! I dote on them as if they were my children :). I have a full-time job and a very supportive husband! I love to meet new friends as much as possible and have 3 dogs and 3 cats of my own who I love deeply! I have a vwry large fenced in backyard with 6 ft wooden fence for safety and privacy with covered patio area! My 3 dogs relax and play to their hearts content everyday and love it!
