We’re Christina and Brian, a husband-and-wife pet sitting team who love giving pets the comfort and consistency of staying in their own home while their people are away. 🐾 We are both approved Rover sitters and have each completed Rover’s background check, which gives us the flexibility to work together or individually depending on the needs and schedule of each booking. We’ll always communicate with you ahead of time about who will be caring for your pets so you know exactly what to expect. 🐾 One of the perks of our different schedules is that we can offer flexible care. Christina works remotely and when she is the primary sitter, can often work right from your home. This means she is able to spend much of the day with pets who enjoy extra companionship or aren't used to being alone for a traditional workday. Brian works outside of the home during the day, so his housesitting schedule looks more like a traditional work schedule with care before and after work and overnight. 🐾 We understand that every pet has their own routine, personality, and comfort level. We’re happy to follow feeding schedules, walks, medications, bedtime routines, and all of the little things that help your pets feel like life is as normal as possible while you're gone. 🐾 We also know how important it is to feel comfortable with the people staying in your home. The boarding is available daily after around 3 p.m. When I board pets in my home, I treat them as part of the family. About: Not only have I worked with animals my whole life I also work with dogs specifically with a rescue organization called AdoptMeBluegrass. I help with their animal care weekly and am part of their foster program. My family and my own dogs have welcomed hundreds of others into our home and always provide excellent care. I am a local landlord and typically only go out to work at the pet adoption center for AdoptMeBluegrass. I have no set work hours. I spend my time with the dogs. I have a double fenced property on a dead end street. Dogs love the 3/4 dedicated dog yard for them to play on our 6 acres of land. We have crates and can make your pet feel right at home. I’m a treats giver so let me know if there is something they can’t have or any other dietary restrictions. I can also come to your pet for services while you are away.

My classes are evenly broken up into in-person and virtual classes, which leaves me plenty of time to be there for your pet. My schedule is very flexible. I prefer to work in my clients home in order to keep your pet where they are most comfortable and happy. If needed your pet is welcome in to my home, it has a large fenced in back yard.

About: I have a few years of training puppies and senior care of dogs/cats under my belt. I was pre-vet in college, so I am qualified to deal with all kinds of furry (and not so furry) friends. I work from home 2-5 hours a day so I have plenty of time to hang out with my animal friends!! I workout a ton outside and would love an exercise partner. Most weekends I am either outside gardening or hanging with my own dog. Dogs- I own a doodle and am prepared with how to deal with dogs of all ages. Cats- I do not own any cats, but cat-sit my neighbors cat all the time. Lots of experience with them. All other furry friends- Since I was pre-vet, I was trained on how to deal with all kinds of animals. I have an invisible fence for my dog and I do live in a neighborhood. Most of my neighbors either don’t have dogs (so they won’t become aggressive with yours) or have pets that have crossed the rainbow bridge.
