Information Chris D. would like to know about your pet
I have a 8 y/o son, Giancarlo, and a 13 y/o daughter Viviana. They have been raised with dogs as part of their worlds from the moment they were born. They know how to approach new dogs, when to give them space, and what to do and not do when a dog is unfamiliar with them. With that being said, I hope prospect clients will be honest with me if they are not confident their dog is comfortable around young kids. The safety of my children, dog Luna and the clients dog are of the utmost importance, so honesty is key.
A typical day
Even dogs just want to have FUN! I have a very large backyard with plenty of room to burn off energy, chase a ball, squirrels, sticks - you name it! If your dog loves to go for walks then I would love to take them. If your dog is a great car rider then they can go with me and Luna when we drop off and pick up the kids from school....oh and I can throw a tennis ball or stick or tug on a toy for days and days.

I love dogs!! I was raised with numerous dogs as a child and cannot imagine a home without a dog...it just wouldn't be complete. I work independently from home so as long as I am not traveling for my business then I will be in the home working about 90% of the time. Since I have been so happy using Rover when I go on vacations and such I have decided to become a Rover Sitter. This accomplishes 2 things: My 6 y/o lab/terrier mix, Luna, will have someone to play with and I will have new experiences with all kinds of pups. I hope you feel confident I will love and care for your precious pup the same way I love and care for ours. Don't hesitate to ask questions or schedule a time to swing by and meet the family, see the home, and introduce your pup. I work from home so your pups will have plenty of time outdoors and plenty of playtime with me. And you’ll never have to worry if your pup gets enough potty breaks. I have a large fenced yard allowing for plenty of space to run, fetch, chew sticks or all of the above. Your pup will only be crated when I leave the house for brief periods of time (picking up kids from school), otherwise they can roam the house and yard…always with supervision of course.

Poppy stayed with Chris and his crew for a full week and it went great! She came home a tired and happy girl. We got updates during the week, Chris is super quick to reply. Chris is so good with the dogs and is very kind with them and knowledgeable. Great experience, we'd love to send Poppy to Chris's house again sometime!
