About: Hello, my name is Sandy and I am looking forward to taking care of your furry friend. Like most other animal lovers, I’ve had dogs of all kinds and pets all my life. I have patience, problem solving skills and the ability to cope with challenges under pressure. Also a deep love and appreciation of mother nature and animals. I am semi retired but still enjoy working and set my own schedule so I am available weekdays and weekends. Your pet will be well looked after. I love to go to the beach and will look forward to taking your furry friend with me. Shoreline Park is another favorite daily walk activity and just minutes away. My condo has a small fenced yard and a comfortable home for your doggie’s vacation. I live on the mesa in the Highlands with lots of easy walking just outside the front door and in the Honda Preserve so your pet will have plenty of short walks. I have been a dog owner all my life but when my last dog Nates, the absolute best dog in the world my children and I rescued from the animal shelter, left the planet for dog heaven, I couldn’t bring myself to get another and my children were all grown so I very much enjoy taking care of other’s pets.

About: I grew up with dogs and have long term fostered 4 of my own. 2 of which were puppies that I trained, and 1 being a senior dog. My experience with different age ranges has helped me understand the needs of pups at different stages of life. I absolutely love dogs and I am so excited to meet yours. I work part time in the evenings. You can find me during the day on the trail already so I’d love to have your fur babies accompany me! About: Hi, my name is Basilia, I also go by Juno. Although I don’t have any formal dog experience, I have grown up around dogs all my life. I have experience house/dog sitting for my friends and neighbors in high-school, and even more experience taking care of my families big dogs. Further, I have some experience taking care of senior dogs, as my late Akita spent nearly 5 years on intensive medication. I love playing with dogs, taking them on walks, going to the dog park, and making life good in the safety of their own homes. I’m a student at Santa Barbara City College, but my flexible schedule allows me to spend plenty of time with your animals! I have at least 2-4 hours a day available to spend playing with, walking, or otherwise taking care of your babies. I prioritize pet safety in my care. I listen carefully to your rules about where the animal is/isn’t allowed to go, and can provide intensive support for your animals. I make sure to spend time building trust with the animal using treats or soothing methods upon meeting them, so that they feel safe and comfortable around me.

I basically grew up on a farm caring for animals of all sizes, so I’m comfortable with everything from energetic puppies to senior pets who need patience and gentle handling. I can help with basic puppy training like leash manners, crate training, and reinforcement of commands, and I’m very attentive to consistency and routines. For senior dogs, I’m experienced with slower walks, medication schedules, mobility support, and recognizing changes in behavior or health early. I focus on calm, reliable care, clear communication with owners, and making sure each pet feels safe, understood, and genuinely cared for. Pet care fits well into my schedule as a working professional because I have flexibility outside of my job. I’m typically off on Tuesdays or Thursdays, and Saturdays, which allows me to dedicate those days to longer walks, drop-ins, or extended care. On my working days, I’m usually finished by 6pm, so I’m also available for evening walks and check-ins. I’m able to plan my week in advance and remain consistent and reliable, making sure each pet gets the attention and care they need. I prioritize safety, trust, and a calm, structured environment in every home I enter. In a client’s home, I strictly follow all instructions, maintain the pet’s normal routine, and treat the space with respect and care. I make sure doors, gates, leashes, and entry points are always secure, and I never take unnecessary risks during walks or outings. I pay close attention to each pet’s behavior, energy, and health so I can quickly notice anything unusual and communicate with the owner right away if needed. I also make sure pets are never left unattended in unsafe situations.

I love all kinds of dogs and will take care of your pets like I would my own. I'm working part time so I have varying schedules week to week with lots of time to take care of your pet! I'm always available all day Friday and Saturday morning. I frequently take long walks so your dog will have consistent exercise and frequent potty breaks. I have a private fenced in yard and a very friendly dog that loves playing with other dogs! I can easily crate your dog at night depending on what you prefer. I will follow your dog's routine feeding and care so they are happy and feel at home!
