About: Hi, I’m Lana (short for Svetlana). I’ve always had a deep love for animals and genuinely enjoy spending time with both dogs and cats. While I don’t have a dog of my own, I’ve spent years caring for friends’ and neighbors’ pets, gaining hands-on experience with a wide range of personalities, including senior dogs who need a little extra patience and care. I understand every pet is different and adjust my care to fit their needs—whether that means a slower, gentler pace for senior dogs, active playtime for puppies, or simply keeping them comfortable and relaxed. I’ve also had the unique experience of walking dogs down the aisle at weddings and caring for them throughout the event, so couples can fully enjoy their special day. I stay calm, reliable, and confident in both everyday care and high-energy, special moments. It’s important to me that every pet feels safe, happy, and well cared for. I’d love the opportunity to meet your pup and give them the attention they deserve. I work full-time during the week with two days from home, but on the weekends, my schedule is completely open and I can ensure potty breaks every 1-2 hours. Just let me know what your dog’s needs are :) We sure can work it out. I will always make sure to never leave your dog unattended. Your dog deserves attention and safety is very important to all of us. I will care for your dog as if it’s my own.

About: I absolutely love animals and especially dogs. I love walking them, taking them on fun outdoor adventures and also checking in on them while you are out and about. I may not currently have a pet of my own but I promise I will love yours as if they were my own. My schedule is very open and I make my own hours with the part-time work that I do. Plenty of time to visit with and walk your fur-baby! I am happy to walk your dog in your neighborhoods. Also, I can come and visit with them at your home as much as needed.

About: I’ve spent over 30 years caring for dogs and other animals, both personally and professionally. My approach is intuitive, compassionate, and grounded in a lifetime of hands-on experience. I run a local Montecito dog walking business, working with dogs of all breeds and specializing in big, athletic, and high-energy dogs. Pet care fits naturally into my lifestyle. As a Montecito-based business owner and endurance athlete, I spend much of my time on the trails and beaches — often with a dog by my side. My lifelong love of animals, combined with my endurance background, makes me especially well-suited for larger or high-energy breeds. I genuinely love bonding with dogs and take pride in being a calm, confident presence — a natural pack leader they can trust. I care for the dogs I walk as if they were my own — with plenty of love, attention, and respect for their individual needs. I’m known for giving dogs the exercise they truly crave, whether that’s an energizing trail walk, a beach romp, or a steady neighborhood outing. About: I grew up around dogs, and have dogsit and housesit for friends and neighbors regularly. I try to maintain a calming presence around animals, and I also enjoy walking energetic dogs that can handle a lot of exercise or even runs. I have experience with washing dishes in a commercial kitchen and basic household carpet cleaning. I'm taking classes part-time, and have availability throughout the day and every night. I'm happy to stop by for check-ins or walks pretty much anytime on weekdays or weekends; it should be easy to fit things in around my class schedule. I like to keep an eye on the animals under my care and not leave them alone for longer than they're comfortable with. Every dog takes a different amount of exercise, but all dogs appreciate company or enrichment. For check-ins and walks I make sure the house & dogs are okay, and try to give them enough exercise to keep them tired enough to not get anxious before their next check-in or walk. For overnight house sitting I'll be around to play with them or be alerted if the dogs need anything, and I can plan a good routine for the dogs' exercise and potty needs.

My job allows me to work from home and have plenty of time to take care of your furry family members. My pup is a cute super social mini husky (see photos). She is friendly with any dog and is not possessive of her home. She always loves to meet new dogs and people so your pup will be welcome with open arms. Personally, I do not want to take more than 2-3 dogs at once. Dependent on their size and temperament, I make sure my place remains a calm, safe and enjoyable environment for both doggies and humans. I have a very flexible work schedule that allows me to take care of multiple dogs during the day, which includes regular walks to the park or the beach. If I have to leave the house I am never gone for longer than 2 hours and usually my best friend or boyfriend stays at the house. I do not like to leave the doggies alone especially if they are new to each other I am very conscientious of making sure they are not alone. We have a very secure home in a nice neighborhood with a fenced patio area where the dogs can go outside to do their business as well. Our puppy Devika (Pomsky) is super playful and welcoming, she would love to share her space with another dog anytime.

About: I have been around and taken care of pets my whole life. I currently live in a house with four cats and frequently assist with pet care, including tasks such as feeding, grooming, cleaning litter, and playing with them. I also have recent experience with dog sitting, which included tasks such as feeding, playing, and taking them on walks. I also have experience volunteering in shelters and taking the dogs out for walks. I have experience caring for dogs of all background, including dogs with behavioral issues. I currently work full time Monday-Thursday and half days on Fridays, but I have an hour lunch that will allow me to check in on the pets. I am free any time after 4-5 pm Monday-Thursdays, after 12 pm on Fridays, and any time on weekends. I work in healthcare, so I am capable of being a responsible and compassionate caregiver. I will diligently follow instructions and ensure safety of the house. I have also worked with pets of different temperaments and behaviors, so I can care for pets of different backgrounds.

About: I have been around and cared for dogs since I was in middle school. I have a deep care for dogs and believe giving them the absolute best life while they are with us is the only way to engage with them. I have a knack for training, it somewhat comes natural to me and I have the patience for it. Im happy to work with your dog to either reinforce or teach commands/tricks. Recently, I left my corporate job. I am taking time off to assess my next career move. Which means I have wide open flexibility and need to take walks to keep thinking. What a better way to do that than to have a walking companion! I do not have pets which means all of my attention goes to yours! There are two couches, a bed and a patio for your babe to enjoy. I am available around the clock to play, walk, teach.

About: Aside from growing up with dogs, cats, a rabbit, hamsters and pet rats, my dog experience spans since a child to present time. I’ve cared for many different breeds,, sizes, temperaments, ages and personalities. I volunteer at a local shelter, so I’ve been fortunate enough to work with dogs from different backgrounds and circumstances. Your pets well-being, safety and enjoyment are my passion and priority. I’m fortunate to work from home so it makes the dog caring experience flexible and attentive. It can be all day or a few hours as needed. I don’t have any pets, so the focus and care will be centered around your dog. I have a fenced yard and patio area for naps in the sun and bathroom breaks. If the sitting is done at the dogs own home, I can take my work with me and follow a routine that they are used to.

About: I’ve been around animals my entire life! I’ve had three dogs (german shepherd, pitbull, lab) and three cats. I have experience with very high energy, fun, loving dogs and it’s never to much.😉 Being around these animals for so long, I’ve gotten experience accommodating diet needs, medicinal needs, even surgery recovery. Any animal you can think of I’ve probably taken care of! I love my babies with everything in me and I’ll love yours just as much! I can wait to meet you and them! I’m available every day of the week! Since becoming a student, I have house sat, fed and gave medications to both cats and dogs, and completed walks for neighbors, friends, and family whenever I was needed. I’m currently a full-time student but will have time daily to help take care of your pets when you are unable to. During the week I am available for a few hours but am more accessible on weekends and most evenings. I have a fenced yard to keep your fur baby company. There are no other pets in the home, so you will not have to worry about this.

If they need frequent potty breaks, daily enrichment, or long walks, you can count on me to place your dogs as a priority. I received dog training and certification at my local animal shelter through their volunteer program, so I come prepared to handle all sorts of behaviors, breeds, and ages. I currently work part time downtown, so I can provide your animal with plenty of care! AM: I am up bright and early, so early morning walks before 8:30am work great for me. PM: My part time job is mainly evening oriented, so I am often available in the late afternoon to early evening on work days. On the days that I am not working, I can be available between 2:00pm to the following morning. Certain weekdays and weekends will be open to overnight pet sitting upon request. I can also work with my schedule to check on your dog throughout the day as agreed upon. Rest assured, I will fully commit to your requirements! If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out! In home, I do my very best to create a comfortable environment for you and your animals. My services will be catered to your animal’s specific needs. I will be sure to communicate with updates according to your preferences, because we all want to know how our pups are doing when we are away! Depending on your preferences, I can take your dogs out for walks around the neighborhood, or to the various local parks! I love to hike, so please let me know if that is something you’re interested in for your dog. You can be sure your dogs will be safe in my car! I treat them the same way I would a human child, with the utmost attention and diligence! I am a very safe driver, and have never received a ticket. I have experience giving my own dogs their prescribed medicine as directed by the vet. If this is required for your animal, I request specific and written instructions. During feeding times, I will follow your guidelines to ensure your animal has their familiar food. They will always have fresh water, and I will check their water supply continuously throughout the day.
