About: I absolutely love animals and especially dogs. I love walking them, taking them on fun outdoor adventures and also checking in on them while you are out and about. I may not currently have a pet of my own but I promise I will love yours as if they were my own. My schedule is very open and I make my own hours with the part-time work that I do. Plenty of time to visit with and walk your fur-baby! I am happy to walk your dog in your neighborhoods. Also, I can come and visit with them at your home as much as needed.

About: I’ve loved dogs for as long as I can remember. I come from a long line of dog people, with generations of family members who have always had dogs in the home. If you ask me my favorite subject, the answer is always “dogs.” I’m the type of person who says hello to every dog I pass, attends dog trivia nights for fun, and spends my free time volunteering at Santa Barbara Humane. If there’s a dog nearby, chances are I’ve already stopped to say hi! My background as an animal lover goes beyond passion. I spent years working in veterinary medicine, gaining hands-on experience caring for animals that need a little extra attention and support. This includes puppies, senior dogs, and dogs with medical needs. I already love spending time walking around beautiful Santa Barbara, so I’m thrilled to combine my daily walks with quality time spent with the doggos of Santa Barbara! I have a flexible, hybrid schedule and can typically adjust on short notice. If I do go into my office, it’s typically for 4-6 hours. I love taking walks throughout the day, so it’ll be easy to add walking your dog to my daily schedule! I have a one bedroom apartment with a sunny balcony. I am able to close off various spaces around the apartment if needed. I’m also comfortable with pets on furniture and giving baths if needed.

About: I'm a 26 year old working part-time so I have plenty of time to take care of your pets! I have experience taking care of and training younger dogs and have a young dog myself. I love all kinds of dogs and will take care of your pets like I would my own. I'm working part time so I have varying schedules week to week with lots of time to take care of your pet! I'm always available all day Friday and Saturday morning. I frequently take long walks so your dog will have consistent exercise and frequent potty breaks. I have a private fenced in yard and a very friendly dog that loves playing with other dogs! I can easily crate your dog at night depending on what you prefer. I will follow your dog's routine feeding and care so they are happy and feel at home!

On my working days, I’m usually finished by 6pm, so I’m also available for evening walks and check-ins. I’m able to plan my week in advance and remain consistent and reliable, making sure each pet gets the attention and care they need. In a client’s home, I strictly follow all instructions, maintain the pet’s normal routine, and treat the space with respect and care. I make sure doors, gates, leashes, and entry points are always secure, and I never take unnecessary risks during walks or outings. I pay close attention to each pet’s behavior, energy, and health so I can quickly notice anything unusual and communicate with the owner right away if needed. I also make sure pets are never left unattended in unsafe situations.

I love to go to the beach and will look forward to taking your furry friend with me. Shoreline Park is another favorite daily walk activity and just minutes away. My condo has a small fenced yard and a comfortable home for your doggie’s vacation. I live on the mesa in the Highlands with lots of easy walking just outside the front door and in the Honda Preserve so your pet will have plenty of short walks. I have been a dog owner all my life but when my last dog Nates, the absolute best dog in the world my children and I rescued from the animal shelter, left the planet for dog heaven, I couldn’t bring myself to get another and my children were all grown so I very much enjoy taking care of other’s pets.

About: Hi, my name is Basilia, I also go by Juno. Although I don’t have any formal dog experience, I have grown up around dogs all my life. I have experience house/dog sitting for my friends and neighbors in high-school, and even more experience taking care of my families big dogs. Further, I have some experience taking care of senior dogs, as my late Akita spent nearly 5 years on intensive medication. I love playing with dogs, taking them on walks, going to the dog park, and making life good in the safety of their own homes. I’m a student at Santa Barbara City College, but my flexible schedule allows me to spend plenty of time with your animals! I have at least 2-4 hours a day available to spend playing with, walking, or otherwise taking care of your babies. I prioritize pet safety in my care. I listen carefully to your rules about where the animal is/isn’t allowed to go, and can provide intensive support for your animals. I make sure to spend time building trust with the animal using treats or soothing methods upon meeting them, so that they feel safe and comfortable around me.

About: I’ve been pet sitting for friends for years. I’ve learned that pets have different needs and try to keep their routine as normal as possible. I work full time Mon-Fri but would be available to visit and provide care afterwards. I am flexible and available most weekends. Open to overnights. I respect the home I’m visiting and will only access areas that are permitted. I also follow provided instructions to ensure pets don’t get stressed.
