About: I can't remember a time without a furry friend by my side. I literally came home from the hospital to a wagging tail—my family's dog was my first welcome committee, and that set the tone for my entire life. Over the years, I've been lucky enough to share my home with cats, and have owned two amazing dogs who kept me on my toes and filled every day with joy. Each pet has taught me something new about patience, unconditional love, and the unique personality that makes every animal special. My love for animals extends beyond my own four-legged family. I'm a proud supporter of the Santa Barbara Humane Society because I believe every animal deserves a loving home and compassionate care. Giving back to the animal community is something I'm deeply committed to. I live in a cozy casita with a secure, fenced patio area—perfect for outdoor playtime and fresh air. Since I work from home, I'm around throughout the day, which means your pet gets plenty of companionship and supervision. I'm also an active person who loves getting out, so regular walks to the park, beach, or around downtown are part of my routine. About: I've had dogs and cats all my life and I'm very sensitive and attuned to their needs. I love walking dogs, throwing balls/frisbees as well as cuddling on the couch. I can play with cats for hours and love scratching them behind the ears until they purr. I offer short or long walks or if you have a more active pet, hikes on the SB trails or visits to the Douglas Family Preserve. For housesitting, I can guarantee your pet will be given lots of love and attention and that their routines will be honored. I teach part-time at SB City College but have a flexible schedule. I look forward to meeting your fur-baby! I am currently teaching part-time on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I have availability on MWF and most weekends. I can walk dogs in the mornings or afternoons on any of these days. I can housesit every night but cannot stay during the day on T/TH. I care for pets at client's homes. I am an early riser and I tend to your pet's needs first thing in the morning. I take dogs on potty walks right away but can also take them on longer walks as well. I am very clean and always follow directions exactly (I'm a teacher :). You can expect to come home to a clean house and a happy pet!

About: Hi, my name is Basilia, I also go by Juno. Although I don’t have any formal dog experience, I have grown up around dogs all my life. I have experience house/dog sitting for my friends and neighbors in high-school, and even more experience taking care of my families big dogs. Further, I have some experience taking care of senior dogs, as my late Akita spent nearly 5 years on intensive medication. I love playing with dogs, taking them on walks, going to the dog park, and making life good in the safety of their own homes. I’m a student at Santa Barbara City College, but my flexible schedule allows me to spend plenty of time with your animals! I have at least 2-4 hours a day available to spend playing with, walking, or otherwise taking care of your babies. I prioritize pet safety in my care. I listen carefully to your rules about where the animal is/isn’t allowed to go, and can provide intensive support for your animals. I make sure to spend time building trust with the animal using treats or soothing methods upon meeting them, so that they feel safe and comfortable around me.

About: My entire life I have been surrounded by the best furry family. We had well trained, obedient and incredibly kind dogs growing up. I wished upon a star at 10 years old and voila, I got my first golden retriever puppy as a present a few weeks later. Duke Skywalker was my first big responsibility, from working on potty training to letting him off leash on hikes and on the beach. He trusted me and I trusted him. During the pandemic, he was getting older and I did what I could to help him feel comfortable and loved. Even when he wasn’t able to walk, I’d place him in the back of the car and just sit with him watching the waves cuddled up with blankets. Must have patience with the older pups, and I loved every minute. I have trained my family’s adopted pups and they caught on fast. My roommate has a cat who I help care and train for when she is out of town for work, who knew training a cat actually works. Persistence, love and patience is key! I’m currently in between jobs, figuring out if I want a career switch. I have been wanting to surround myself with pets and helping anyone who needs it. I understand not having as much time as one would like, therefore happy to lend a hand in helping walk, feed, sit, even cuddle if your pet allows. I have a big space in my home and love to go outside and enjoy the fresh air, especially if it’s along the beach on a sunny day. In a client’s home, I would play with my new furry friend in the yard if they have or research nearby safe dog parks, or parks to walk with them to. And if the dogs or cats allow, always up for cuddles when sitting on the couch ‘Netflix & chilling’!

About: Loving, conscientious, intuitive, care of your furry friends. I have been around many species of animals, for many years. I am a professional dog groomer, Pet CPR/First Aid Certified, member of the SB Equine Evac team. Comfortable administering both oral, and Sub-Q injections. I have owned/ trained Stock Dogs. I have had in excess of 40 cats. I am early to recognize illness/ lameness. ANIMALS ARE MY PASSION I work a part time job, Monday through Thursday, from 1-5. I am available weekdays 8a-12p, and 6p-8p. Overnights any day. Weekends all hours. I feed/ water/ clean bowls/and walk frequently. I love to play, if animal is up for it. I am very neat, clean and meticulous and usually leave a place without trace of my being there.

About: I’ve loved dogs for as long as I can remember. I come from a long line of dog people, with generations of family members who have always had dogs in the home. If you ask me my favorite subject, the answer is always “dogs.” I’m the type of person who says hello to every dog I pass, attends dog trivia nights for fun, and spends my free time volunteering at Santa Barbara Humane. If there’s a dog nearby, chances are I’ve already stopped to say hi! My background as an animal lover goes beyond passion. I spent years working in veterinary medicine, gaining hands-on experience caring for animals that need a little extra attention and support. This includes puppies, senior dogs, and dogs with medical needs. I already love spending time walking around beautiful Santa Barbara, so I’m thrilled to combine my daily walks with quality time spent with the doggos of Santa Barbara! I have a flexible, hybrid schedule and can typically adjust on short notice. If I do go into my office, it’s typically for 4-6 hours. I love taking walks throughout the day, so it’ll be easy to add walking your dog to my daily schedule! I have a one bedroom apartment with a sunny balcony. I am able to close off various spaces around the apartment if needed. I’m also comfortable with pets on furniture and giving baths if needed.

About: I currently work part-time at a doggy boarding place and I’m trained to work with all the types of puppies and seniors or any in between know how to administer medication and those that are time sensitive have also worked with disabled doggy’s ❤️ I currently work part time so on my extra time off, I like to take care of your pets when you are not available or just need the extra help ❤️ I will care for them the same way I care for my pets and give them all the hugs and love that sweet innocent pups deserve
