Cheryl B.

“Cheryl has been super great with our puppy, Noxie! Nox is really timid with people but got along really well with Cheryl, she even perked up and wagged her tail the second time. Cheryl is very accommodating of our schedules and has also personally reached out to me to confirm things when my app was having trouble notifying me. She writes really long and detailed reports after each walk and attaches pictures too. We highly recommend Cheryl for dog walking your fur baby!”

Tharan S.

“Tharan has been so good with Zena! It was pouring down rain and he still took her the full hour and even took extra photos to send me. He’s super sweet & I can tell he loves dogs. Communication is great & his availability is awesome. I can’t wait for Zena’s walk dates with him again.”

“Looked after Baz when he had an upset tummy. Thankyou!”

Charlotte W.
“Charlotte is among the very few people I trust with my kitten. She shows amazing character and truly cares about all animals. Charlotte has had a vast amount of experience working with animals seeing as she owns many pets of her own and is employed at a K-9 resort and athletic club. passion, integrity and selfless is how I would describe Charlotte.”

About: I have been taking care of dogs and sometimes cats for over 5 years now. I’ve had several of my own that i’ve taken care and have been a dog sitter/house sitter for friends and neighbors countless amount of times! I love love love all kinds of animals! I think one thing that sets me apart from others is, my step-mom is a vet and I have learned so much from her just about animals behaviors and I’m ok taking care of any type of animal no matter their behavior. I’ve lived with calm dogs/cats, stubborn dogs/cats, hyper dogs, dogs/cats that get overstimulated, etc. I have some really great experience and I’d love to take care of your pet! I currently work part time at a halloween store in downtown Santa Barbara, but unfortunately it is seasonal and ends in just a few weeks. I then only have a couple weeks in between the end of that job and when I go home for a few weeks for winter break, so I think dog/cat sitting and/or house sitting would be the best fit for me! I do go to school currently 2 days a week (monday & wednesday). I start at 8am and end my school day around 12:30pm. I’ve become very organized with my schedule and I know what works and what doesn’t when it comes to fitting things in and taking care of your pet definitely fits in! I have a cat right now and he is very docile. His name is Mac and he is an indoor cat. I currently live in an apartment so we keep in indoors to avoid him getting lost and confused. Given that I live in an apartments (with 4 other girls) my home will not be an option at the moment for clients to have me dog/cat sit, especially with my cat in the residence.

Ryan K.

“Ryan was a godsend! available all day last-minute on Thanksgiving when everyone else was booked or not accepting a solo-doggie who is not social and therefore needs one-on-one. Ryan was totally flexible, accommodating and very professional in regards to anticipating and prepping for all of Sadie's needs. i would highly recommend Ryan and will definitely call him again when next in Santa Barbara! Sadie had a wonderful 3 hour romp at one beach and later the same day another 90 mins at another beach! Needless to say a tired dog is a happy dog and she slept well that night after a full body massage for well-exercised muscles! Ryan is very caring and enthusiastic regarding animal care for cats and dogs as well as considerate, polite and accommodating towards me - yes, a self professed people-pleaser! Thank you Ryan!”

Soraya S.
“Soraya is the best -- there is nobody I would trust more with my home, dog, or even child. She worked as a nanny for my daughter for many years and has house/dog-sat for me many times. She's always active so you can bet your dog will go for long, fun walks or play on the beach with her or go on a hike with her if you want, and she's an amazing photographer so your dog photo updates will be pretty amazing as well! I can not recommend her highly enough, you and your pets will love her!”

Sarah A.

“Sarah is easy going and flexible, yet clearly knows dogs and their habits. She just wants to be with dogs, no drama, relaxed communication. Easy to schedule with, on time, keeps her word. I used three times in one week because my dog took to her immediately!”

Lisa L.

“In one word: Lisa was FABULOUS!!! I couldn't be happier or more impressed with the thoughtful and loving care my fur baby received from Lisa! Lisa took time to learn about my dog's preferences and quirks, took her to her favorite park, sent lots of pictures and updates, and was generally a delight to work with - she clearly has a big heart. Will absolutely book again!”

Kathy G.

“Kathy is great dog walker who is dependable and trustworthy. Prior to her first walk she came over to get to know our pup and familiarize herself with our training tool. She communicates quickly and we have peace of mind knowing she is taking care of our dog. We recommend her services (:”

Ari N.

“Ari came to our rescue when we were in a bind and managed our 3 energy-filled doggies. He provided excellent communication and got them out for regular exercise.”

Gianna c.
“Gianna is such a reliable and considerate caregiver. She took care of my 3 dogs and 2 cats all summer long while me and my husband were away and they just love her so much. I would hire her over and over again for all of my needs.”

Kaelynn K.
“Kaelynn loves animals and especially adores dogs. I think she would do an amazing job taking care of them because is very responsible, empathetic and energetic. She took our dog for regular walks and enjoyed them as much as the dog! I also witnessed her dog sit on several occasions and she always did an excellent job. I honestly believe Kaelynn’s work ethic, caring nature and sense of responsibility make her a perfect fit for Rover.”

Aaron W.
“Aaron has always been wonderful with our two dogs. We've been able to trust him to go in and out of our house while my wife and I are away for work. On a recent vacation, Aaron volunteered to also watch over our houseplants and put out the bins. Going away for the day, week, or month has been much more stress-free knowing that our pets and house are in the hands of somebody who communicates well and is very trustworthy.”

Ashtyn S.
“Ashtyn is the best! She is so loving and great with dogs! She is so thoughtful and responsible. She always asks if we need anything else done, like putting trash cans back inside or picking up mail, etc. She keeps our mini schnauzer, Stewie, busy with lots of playing when she comes over. I would trust her over anyone else for any pet sitting needs!”

Grace L.
“I've known Grace for over 10 years now and I can't say enough good things about her. She is very responsible, organized, and absolutely loves animals!! She owns two cats of her own who she spoils rotten, and she loves every dog she sees. Any dog owner would be lucky to work with her.”

Payton P.

“Payton did have to change schedule on us last minute once. Other than that she was on time and did a nice job”

Alexander T.
“Alex is an incredible person and a wonderful pet caregiver. He loves to care for others, and this is clear in the way he regards animals and approaches them with gentleness, attention, play and affection. Alex is highly dependable, communicative and trustworthy. He will leave your home cleaner than you left it and your pet happier than you left it too. I fully recommend him with no reservations.”

Tyler W.
“To Whom it May Concern, It is my pleasure to strongly recommend Tyler for a position as dog walker. He is kind, reliable, dedicated and a hard worker. He loves animals and has been a responsible owner of large dogs since he was a child. His summers were spent at ranch camp where he was responsible for the care of horses. Tyler will be an asset for the Rover team. Best, Tracy”
