“Tina has a great place to board our dog. In addition to a large space to run, there are chickens, turkeys, squirrels, and other critters to keep our dog's attention. Of course there is fencing to protect most of these distractions, but squirrels just seem to live in the trees.”

About: I've owned pups my entire life, providing pet care for my family and friends as well. I ive in a quiet neighborhood with a fenced yard.Your dog will be loved and happy here. I am recently retired. I will have lots of time to spend with your dog and I'm happy to walk to our neighborhood park. Your dog will be treated like one of the family. I have full grass in my backyard, and the pups have access to get outside through the doggie door and I have plenty of waterers inside and outside. And they'll get plenty of hugs.

About: I've taken care of cats and dogs over the years since I was a child. I have done drop in visits, boarded dogs and am good with following rules/directions from the owner. I have had dogs my whole life! I also was in 4-H and have trained dogs. I know some tricks to teach your dog. But mainly my role on rover is, I want your dog to think of my home as a sanctuary and have them have fun and feel loved on their get away. I have always loved animals and they are in safe hands. I have 2 fur babys as well, a pug and a brussel griffon who love dogs and love to play. My schedule is extremely flexible being a small business owner. I never leave the house for work until 9:30 am or later in the day. I am up at 6 am for my dogs. I have lunch break to come check on the pups and work close by to come home for breaks. Since my business is appointment based, I only work when I have appointments booked in my calander. I also will block out time to go check on the dogs. I always am off work Sundays and Mondays and occasional Saturdays. I have a big fenced yard. I can crate your dog if needed when I am not home. I also have a pug and brussel griffon to keep them company who love other dogs. :)

Kimber and her loving family have instantly become like a second home for Ginger & Layla! Upon arrival for a meet and greet both my dogs acted like they already had been there and made themselves immediately at home! They were happy to see us when we returned, but Layla barked at us like we were strangers coming in the front door! It was a funny experience but a great sign my dogs were truly feeling at home! I highly recommend Kimber to anyone needing a pet sitter! She is so kind, welcoming, and provided superior with my dogs!
We moved to Star, Idaho in June of 2025 and I was really nervous about finding a new pet sitter for my 11 year old mixed breed Havanese. Bella is my world and I don't trust her with just anyone, so in my search I finally found the right match for her. She can't see or hear very well, but after going on Rover.com and looking at all the reviews I decided to have a meet and greet with Michelle. It went very well. We go out of town every year for about 9 days and I really wanted a home setting with other dogs so she wouldn't get lonely. Michelle sent a number of pictures daily and it seemed like Bella was acclimating very well after the first day or two. This was a huge change for Bella but she made herself at home pretty quickly. Michelle's house is very dog friendly and she even put Bella in a crate near her bed as I do at home. Can't thank her enough and I will definitely use her again!
Abraham was very attentive and helpful. This was my first time using Rover and looked carefully at profiles to handle my pet's needs. Abraham was very conforming to the special diet, medication, and physical imitations requirements for 15 year old chihuahua. He sent photos and updates as the stay progressed. I got a detailed summary of the visit at pickup and would not hesitate to book him again.
I would give 10 stars if I could! Rhonda took care of my pup like one of her own and took him on so many fun adventures, he basically got his own little vacation while we took ours. Our pup is high needs with some medical issues and she truly went above and beyond to make sure all his needs were met and medication were given on schedule. She was communicative and kept me updated the whole time with pictures and videos of their adventures. I am so grateful we found her and for all the love and care she showed to our fur baby.
Lauren is an excellent sitter and someone we would absolutely love to work with again. When a minor incident occurred during our dog’s stay, she handled the situation with such grace and competence that it put us completely at ease. She’s communicative and responsible and will take great care of your pup. We’re so happy we booked with her and we know our dog had a wonderful time.
Staci was incredible to work with. She is unmatched when it comes to communication which I really appreciated. She had a large spacious set up for the dogs to play outside. She was so accommodating for a pre stay meet up. Creed enjoyed becoming familiar with the location. She is super calm confident and knowledgeable in working with and caring for your furry friend. In full transparency Staci was super attentive to Creed. Unfortunately Creed displayed separation issues. Staci wasn’t at all concerned or rattled and knew how to handle the situation. I also have complete confidence in Staci’s ability without question. My son was in town so I ended up cutting Creed’s stay with Staci short and had Creed go home with my son simply to relieve Staci this go around. I will not think twice about rebooking Staci in the future and say you can book with complete confidence.
