About: I've taken care of cats and dogs over the years since I was a child. I have done drop in visits, boarded dogs and am good with following rules/directions from the owner. I have had dogs my whole life! I also was in 4-H and have trained dogs. I know some tricks to teach your dog. But mainly my role on rover is, I want your dog to think of my home as a sanctuary and have them have fun and feel loved on their get away. I have always loved animals and they are in safe hands. I have 2 fur babys as well, a pug and a brussel griffon who love dogs and love to play. My schedule is extremely flexible being a small business owner. I never leave the house for work until 9:30 am or later in the day. I am up at 6 am for my dogs. I have lunch break to come check on the pups and work close by to come home for breaks. Since my business is appointment based, I only work when I have appointments booked in my calander. I also will block out time to go check on the dogs. I always am off work Sundays and Mondays and occasional Saturdays. I have a big fenced yard. I can crate your dog if needed when I am not home. I also have a pug and brussel griffon to keep them company who love other dogs. :)
About: I’m just a pet lover who believes that your pet deserves a vacation as much as you do. I aim to ensure your pet is well taken care of so that you don’t have to stress while you’re away. No pup is too big, small, young or old. (Must get along with other dogs and a cat) I work from home and have a very flexible schedule, giving me plenty of time to give your pet all of the attention they deserve. Available for boarding any day of the week, checking in on your furry friend or midday walks/potty breaks. For boarding / daycare - I live in a large apartment with park access and walking trails. I currently have a 4 yr old female corgi and a cat who love to make new friends. Experienced with pets who need medication and special accommodations.

I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Beth. Kaia is an incredibly shy dog who has been afraid of unfamiliar dogs ever since she was attacked at a young age. Because of that, I have always been afraid to leave her in the care of someone who wasn’t staying in my home. This was the first time I felt completely comfortable doing that, and Beth gave me something I desperately needed this past week: peace of mind. Not just knowing that Kaia wasn’t alone, but knowing she was being given the same care and attention that I give her. Beth was so patient with Kaia, respected her boundaries, and let her get comfortable at her own pace. The daily pictures and videos meant so much to me because I never had to wonder how she was doing. But more than anything, I could see that Kaia was genuinely happy and coming out of her shell a little more each day. I was in Nashville helping my dad recover from spine surgery, and for the first time ever, I was able to be fully present with my family because I wasn’t worried about Kaia. I knew she was safe, loved, and in incredibly good hands. And the part that made me emotional was that Kaia actually made friends. When I picked her up, she was so excited to see me, but once we got home, she actually seemed to miss her playmates. That is something I have never experienced with her before. You can tell right away that Beth cares for every dog as thoughtfully as she cares for her own, and THAT is something harder to find than I ever thought it would be. If you have a shy, nervous, or particular dog, I cannot recommend her enough. She didn’t just take care of Kaia—she gave her the confidence to enjoy being around other dogs, and she gave me the confidence to know that with continued patience and care, I don’t have to be quite so worried every time we come across an unfamiliar dog.
This was my first time using Rover, and Karen made the whole experience great! I’m happy we found her. She was wonderful with Coco and took great care of her while we were away. Her regular updates and photos were really appreciated, and it was great knowing Coco was in good hands. We’d definitely recommend Karen and would absolutely have Coco stay with her again if needed. We had a good experience with Jennifer watching our dog, Charlie. Charlie seemed happy and well cared for when we picked him up, and it was clear that his needs were being met while we were away. Communication was good, and we appreciated knowing he was in capable hands. We would be comfortable having Charlie stay with them again in the future.
Malybu and Joben were great when caring for my poodle, River. They were understanding of her being shy in the beginning but River and Malybu became besties an hour after I left! I appreciated the updates and felt super comfortable leaving my baby with them. Absolutely will book again!
Kris was really accommodating, welcoming, and loving to our golden retriever and golden doodle. I was really worried abut our doodle’s anxiety level with being left in a new place. Kris let us visit twice and even kept them for an hour “practice” first to help my doodle be ready for his stay. His huge backyard and goats were really fun for them. I hope we can bring them back next time!
