At our meet and greet, we discussed expectations and goals that we have been working on with our dog and he has done amazing work with her! I have seen the results on the daily walks I take her on (we’ve been working on “heel” recently) and I love getting photo updates as well! He snaps a pic of her on their walk and then another of her with the toys & bone I have set out for him to give her at the end of the visit. He is always on time and is very communicative with me on everything! I have appreciated his dedication and kindness to our dog as well as his respect for our home. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement walker.
