“Margie was amazing with our dog. She was attentive to all his needs, as well as ours. She even made homemade doggie treats. Her correspondence (and photos) while we were out of the country is something we will always be thankful for. Thanks to Margie for taking care of our dog even when he wasn’t feeling well.”

“Bre has only walked our dogs twice and I can already tell you it is life changing! She is so genuine, friendly and keeps us up to date by sending pictures and sweet videos! I would recommend Bre to anyone who needs that extra help with their fur babies!! We are so lucky we found Bre! Can't wait to continue doing business with her!”

About: Hi! I’m Rebecca….lifelong dog lover, proud husky mom, and your local Dog Aunt with Boss Energy. I share my home with two energetic huskies, so I’m very comfortable with strong personalities, high energy levels, and structured walks. If you have a puller, a zoomie enthusiast, or a dog who needs clear leadership on a leash… I’ve got you. I’m also a mom of five, which means patience, multitasking, and staying calm under pressure are basically my superpowers. Professionally, I spent 16 years in leadership roles, where reliability, accountability, and communication were everything. That carries over here. When I say I’ll be there, I’ll be there. You’ll get clear updates, photos, and thoughtful communication every visit. Your dog isn’t just a booking to me…they’re family. Experience & Comfort Level • Owner of two large-breed huskies • Confident with high-energy and working breeds • Comfortable handling strong leash pullers • Experience managing multiple dogs at once • Patient with shy, anxious, or stubborn personalities • Attentive to body language and safety cues • Calm, structured, and consistent approach What You Can Expect • On-time, dependable care • Clear communication and photo updates • Careful adherence to feeding and walking instructions • Respect for your home and routine • A safe, structured, loving experience for your pup Whether your dog needs a quick potty break, a long walk to burn off husky-level energy, or just someone dependable while you’re away…I’m here for it. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine, and I have a flexible schedule that allows me to give pets the attention they deserve. I’m available for dog walks, drop-ins, and in-home pet sitting throughout the week and on weekends. I take pride in being dependable and communicative, and I’ll always make sure your pets stay on their normal routine while you’re away. When caring for pets in a client’s home, my top priorities are safety, consistency, and making sure your pet feels comfortable in their familiar environment. I carefully follow your pet’s routine, including feeding schedules, walks, medications, and any special instructions. I respect your home as if it were my own and provide regular updates so you always know your pet is happy, safe, and well cared for.

“I cannot say enough good things about Emily! She was so great with my boy and took amazing care of him. He was battling a sore leg and Emily was attentive and observant of how he was walking to ensure it continued healing while giving him lots of love! He was always calm and happy when I got home.”

About: I have experience in taking care of dogs and puppies. I have had many experiences in walking dogs. I love to play fetch with dogs and run with them. I am a stay at home mom. I am flexible, and willing to work around my clients schedule. Pet owners can count on me to take great care of their pets, and I get to hang out with some adorable animals, even if its just for a little while. I have two sweet dogs and they have a backyard to play in. They have a doggy door. At night one of my dogs sleeps in a kennel. In my experience with other people's pets. I would go and check on them every 3-4 hours to take them out to go potty and feed them. It is important for me to build trust with my clients. I strive to ensure that my clients can be away confidently and be able to enjoy themselves knowing that their fur baby is being cared for. My clients can rest easy knowing that their pets will never be neglected while under my watch as I take great pride in providing attentive and compassionate care.
“Ann has been an absolute lifesaver for us! She is incredibly kind, super responsive, and always reliable—everything you could hope for in a dog walker. She’s also been very flexible with scheduling, which has made a huge difference for us. Most importantly, my dog Betty absolutely loves her. Betty gets so excited on the days Ann comes to walk her, and it gives me so much peace of mind knowing she’s in such caring and capable hands. Ann walks her three times a week, and I’ve noticed such a positive impact on Betty’s happiness and routine. I can’t recommend Ann enough!”

“Daniel has proven himself to be professional and an excellent communicator while also showing how well he is at handling our dog. Would gladly recommend him to anyone in need of top level dog care”

About: Like many animal lovers, I raised cats and dogs the majority of my life. Even raised 9 pups from my own dog! I’d like to help take care of your pets with you. My previous work had me travel for 3 years so I understand how challenging it can be to have someone watch your pets. You wonder if they’ll be as nice, gentle, caring, and active as you are with them. (Or if your pet will pick them over you for being away so long!) I will be as, if not more, attentive to your pets while you are away. Like the title says - I’m a realtor! My schedule is open and most of my work can be done through my phone or laptop. I do go to the gym and can adjust my schedule to be morning or evening depending on your needs. Early start for my dogs! 5am walks to start their day along with clean bowls before every feeding! I use a filtered water system for them, but that’s also cleaned weekly. If your pets are like mine then all that hair is a bit messy. So, brushing is a must! They do like to get on the couch so vacuuming is a must too! No kennel for them. Just their own cots. As for bathing and grooming - as needed.
About: For more than 40 years, I’ve loved and cared for dogs and cats of my own. After my last Boxer passed away in 2022, I found a new way to share that love by caring for—and spoiling—the pets of others. I’ve provided excellent pet- and housesitting services on TrustedHousesitters in the Boise area for the past year, earning 20 five-star reviews. Many of my sits have been with repeat hosts, which reflects the trust and dependable care I provide. My experience includes dogs, cats, chickens, rabbits, fish, reptiles, and even beetles. Before moving to Boise, I spent 14 years fostering dogs and providing pet-sitting services in the Atlanta area. I understand that every pet has a unique personality, routine, and comfort level, and I take the time to follow instructions carefully while providing plenty of attention, patience, playtime, and affection. For the past 20 years, I’ve worked as a project manager in the technology industry. As I transition into a more personally fulfilling career, I’m excited to devote more time to animals and give your pets the same thoughtful, reliable care I would want for my own. My goal is for every pet to feel safe, comfortable, loved, and thoroughly spoiled while you’re away. I currently work full-time as a pet sitter, so caring for pets is my primary focus. I’m able to organize my schedule around each client’s needs and your pet’s established routine. I’m available for drop-in visits, walks, exercise, playtime, feeding, and overnight stays. I offer flexible availability throughout the day and night, including 24/7 overnight care, and I’ll work with you to create a dependable schedule that helps your pet feel comfortable and well cared for while you’re away. I care for every pet as if they were my own, with a strong focus on safety, trust, and consistency. I carefully follow your instructions and make sure your pet’s individual needs, routines, feeding schedules, medications, and preferences are respected. Whether I’m caring for your pet in your home, taking them on a walk, or enjoying outdoor exercise together, I remain attentive to their surroundings and comfort. I take safety precautions during every visit and activity so your pet can feel secure and relaxed in your absence. You can count on me to provide dependable, thoughtful care while treating your home and your pet with the same respect I would expect for my own.
About: Ever since I can remember my family has had multiple animals, including dogs but also cats/lizards/fish and much more. Naturally I learned how to care for them and take care of them when they might need something! I prefer the company of animals over humans and have an easy time with getting animals to like me :) Currently not in school/working part-time so I have plenty of time to spare for all things animal related! I’m pretty fast at responding and available every day of my schedule past 3pm. I have a fenced backyard with plenty of space for fetch as well as a baby-gate blocking the upstairs off so my lovely kitties can have their own part of the house! Can crate your dog/s if/when needed, can clean kitty litters, etc.

About: I am the biggest dog lover of all breeds, shapes and sizes. I have had a dog all my life and currently have a 4-year-old Corgi and 4-year-old black Lab. My responsibility included walking, bathing, vet appointments, feeding, brushing, cleaning up their outdoor bathroom, and playing with them. I love meeting new dogs and will take care your pet like they are my own. I currently work a full time job Sunday through Wednesday making my availability Wednesday after 2pm and all day Thursday and Friday as you need. While walking your dog I can provide doggy bags. I will be aware of weather to not walk on hot pavement to burn their paws.
About: I have always had dogs and have trained my newest dog since a pup. I have always helped with other animals including fish, cats, snakes and rabbits. I am currently in online piloting school so i will have plenty of time through out the day to take care of your fluffy friends! Depending on your home i will have lots of play time in the yard or where i can with them and will give them everything they could need while they are in my care.

About: With previous volunteer and dog boarding experience, I have substantial hands-on experience in pet care, including training, playgroups, and medication administration across both young and senior stages. I am excited to offer dedicated and compassionate care for your pets, treating them with the same love and attention I give my own. PLEASE NOTE: My young daughter, who is nearly 3 often accompanies me on bookings. She’s gentle and used to being around animals. Other than being a stay-at-home mom, I’m not currently working elsewhere, so my availability is very flexible. I’m able to provide attentive, 24/7 care for your pet in a loving, home-like environment. Please note I do take my 3 year old with me on bookings the majority of the time. I care for your pets just like family, making sure they feel safe, loved, and right at home. My own dogs are well-behaved and friendly—they’re great at adjusting to the needs of each guest, whether that means giving space or joining in for some fun playtime. Your pet’s comfort and happiness are always my top priority.

About: Animals have always had a special place in my heart. From my years in shelters and daycares to raising my own high-energy Wirehaired Pointing Griffon, I've learned that active breeds need mental stimulation and enrichment just as much as physical exercise. I specialize in Structured Walks. Because of my experience with working breeds and training one-on-one with a professional, I am able to focus on manners and reinforce consistent cues if your dog needs it. My priority is providing the 'brain work' that settles a dog’s mind as much as a walk settles their body. With 5 years of corporate leadership experience, I bring a level of professionalism you can trust. I treat your home with total respect, ensuring you always return from your trip to a freshly vacuumed and mopped living space, a tidy kitchen, and a spotless scooped yard. Because I deeply care about the animals I watch, I love bringing a thoughtful, creative touch to my stays by baking homemade human or dog treats for you to enjoy - if you're comfortable with me using a few pantry staples -and even creating custom, pen sketched or hand-painted watercolor portraits of my furry clients as a special keepsake to welcome you home. My ultimate goal is your absolute peace of mind, knowing your home is secure and your pet is in expert, loving hands. Thank you for trusting me with your furry family members—I look forward to giving them the best part of their day (besides being reunited with you, of course!). :) My schedule is fully open after October 31st! For now, I have open availability on Wednesdays and Thursdays for house-sitting. On other days, I can house-sit before and after my shifts at work, and I may also be able to pop in during my lunch break to let them out if they are nearby. Let's help your pets live their absolute best lives with expert enrichment and active adventures! Leaving your pup and your home in someone else’s hands is a big deal, and I never take that responsibility lightly. I’m here to be your dog’s consistent, caring companion, sticking to their favorite walks, meal times, and snuggle routines. I take the trust you place in me seriously, providing active, adventure filled care that prioritizes your dog's exercise needs. I treat your house with the utmost respect, keeping things tidy, secure, and running smoothly.

Yes, you can find walkers who have experience with handling special pet needs in Deal. On Rover:
- 89% of walkers can help with special care needs
- 98% can help with giving oral medications or injections
- 98% can help with daily exercise
You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
